The solvatochromic behavior of a penta‐tert‐butyl prydinium N‐phenolate betaine dye was studied using UV‐visible spectrophotometry in several binary mixture solvents. The solvent polarity parameter, ET (1) (kcal. mol?1) was calculated from the position of the longest‐wavelength intramolecular charge transfer absorption band of this penta‐tert‐butyl betaine dye. For binary solvent mixtures, all plots of ET (1) versus the mole fraction of a more polar component are nonlinear owing to preferential solvation of the probe by one component of the binary solvent mixture. In the computation of ET (1) it was assumed that the two solvents mixed interact to form a common structure with an ET (1) value not always intermediate between those of the two solvents mixed. The results obtained are explained by the strong synergism observed for some of the binary mixtures with strong hydrogen bond donors (HBD) solvents such as alcohols.  相似文献

In this study, Bi2S3@BSA–Bio–MTX nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized for the first time by bovine serum albumin (BSA)-mediated biomineralization (Bi2S3@BSA NPs) followed by covalent bonding of biotin (Bio) and methotrexate (MTX) on the surface of the Bi2S3@BSA NPs via carbodiimide chemistry. The synthesized NPs were globular and exhibited uniform morphology with a hydrodynamic diameter of 107.6 ± 6.81 nm (mean ± standard deviation) and zeta potential of −20.9 ± 2.18 mV. Drug release from Bi2S3@BSA–Bio–MTX NPs indicated an enzyme-dependent release pattern. The in vitro biocompatibility of NPs was confirmed by investigating their cytotoxicity against the HEK-293 cell line and hemolysis assay test, whereas the in vivo biocompatibility of the NPs was evaluated and confirmed by the lethal dose 50 (LD50) test. To evaluate the in vitro anticancer activity of the functionalized NPs and MTX, their cytotoxic effects was assessed against 4T1 cancer cells by 5-dimethylthiazol-z-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay with and without X-ray radiation. Results showed that Bi2S3@BSA–Bio–MTX NPs have excellent anticancer activity, especially following X-ray radiation.  相似文献

In this paper, a mild and green protocol has been developed for the synthesis of quinazoline derivatives. The catalytic activity of 7‐aminonaphthalene‐1,3‐disulfonic acid‐functionalized magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SiO2@Propyl–ANDSA) was investigated in the one‐pot synthesis of new derivatives of tetrahydrotetrazolo[1,5‐a]quinazolines and tetrahydrobenzo[h]tetrazolo[5,1‐b]quinazolines from the reaction of aldehydes, 5‐aminotetrazole, and dimedone or 6‐methoxy‐3,4‐dihyronaphtalen‐1(2H)‐one at 100 °C in H2O/EtOH as the solvent. The catalyst was characterized before and after the organic reaction. Fe3O4@SiO2@Propyl–ANDSA showed remarkable advantages in comparison with previous methods. Advantages of the method presented here include easy purification, reusability of the catalyst, green and mild procedure, and synthesis of new derivatives in high yields within short reaction time.  相似文献

The method relies on selective complexation of As(III) with a suitable chelating agent followed by dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) method. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) equipped with microsample introduction system was utilised for determination of As(III). 1-Undecanol and acetone were used as extraction solvent and disperser solvent respectively. Some effective parameters on complex formation and extraction have been optimised. Under the optimum conditions, the enrichment factor of 108 for As(III) was obtained from 9.8?mL of water samples. The calibration graph was linear in the range of 2–15?µg?L?1 with detection limits of 0.60?µg?L?1 for As(III). The relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) for ten replicate measurements of 5.00?µ?gL?1 of As(III) was 6.2%. Operation simplicity and high enrichment factors are the main advantages of DLLME for the determination of As(III) without necessity for hydride generation in water samples.  相似文献

In this work, recently prepared 67Ga-labeled glucagon (67Ga-DTPA-GCG) for imaging studies (radiochemical purity >94%; HPLC, S.A. 296–370 GBq/mM) was used in biological studies. The wild-type rat biodistribution results, 2 h post injection, demonstrated high tissue:muscle ratios for target tissues (liver, kidney, heart, spleen, fat intestine stomach and pancreas), 234, 18.45, 7.12, 1.75, 128.7, 4.9, 6.3 and 1.11, respectively. The tracer binding capacity using freshly prepared rat brain homogenate demonstrated significant specific binding of the tracer to neuronal GCG receptors (67Ga-DTPA-GCG/67Ga:3 and 67Ga-DTPA-GCG/67GaDTPA:2.2 at 90 min). SPECT images also demonstrated target specific binding of the tracer at 4 h. The data suggests the tracer is accumulated in GCGR rich tissues 2–4 h post injection, suggesting potentials of the tracer for future imaging studies in glocagonoma models.  相似文献

A porous cross-linked poly (ethyleneamine)-polysulfonamide (PEA-PSA) as a novel organic support system is synthesized in the presence of silica template by nanocasting technique. The paper demonstrates immobilization of CuI nanoparticles inside the pores (PEA-PSA@CuI) for the facile recovery and recycling of these nanoparticles. The presence of porous PEA-PSA and PEA-PSA@CuI nanocomposites was confirmed using FT-IR spectroscopy, FE-SEM, EDX, TGA, XRD, TEM, BET, XPS, WDX, 1H NMR, and ICP-OES techniques. The PEA-PSA@CuI along with Ag(I)/K2S2O8 was implemented as a reusable cooperative catalyst-oxidant system in the N-arylation of p-toluenesulfonamide with substituted carboxylic acids in mild condition. So, the novel decarboxylative cross-coupling catalyzed by copper and silver has been developed. Aromatic, secondary and tertiary aliphatic acids underwent high efficient decarboxylative processes with p-toluenesulfonamide to afford the corresponding products. This method provides a practical approach for the flexible synthesis of sulfonamides from the readily affordable substrates. The catalyst is highly reusable and efficient, especially in terms of time and yield of the desired product.  相似文献

In this study, five of popularly used medicinal plants as Cichorium intybus, Anethum graveolens seed, Thymus vulgaris, Fumaria officinalis and Hibiscus sabdariffa Syn: Hibiscus gossypifolius were prepared from Herbal Pharmacies in Tehran. The amounts of Al, Br, Ca, Cl, Cr, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, V and Zn in samples were determined using instrumental neutron activation analysis. In this method, Tehran research reactor as a neutron source and relative INAA have been used as the analysis procedure. Highest levels of Cr (5 mg/kg), Ca (28316 mg/kg) and Mg (4134 mg/kg) were detected in Thymus vulgaris and F1umaria officinalis, respectively.  相似文献

In this work, we consider a vacuum solution of Kaluza–Klein theory with cylindrical symmetry. We investigate the physical properties of the solution as viewed in four dimensional spacetime, which turns out to be a stationary, cylindrical wormhole supported by a scalar field and a magnetic field oriented along the wormhole. We then apply a boost to the five dimensional solution along the extra dimension, and perform the Kaluza–Klein reduction. As a result, we show that the new solution is still a wormhole with a radial electric field and a magnetic field stretched along the wormhole throat.  相似文献
