A mild and efficient two-step synthesis of a polystyrene thiol resin is reported. Firstly, a polystyrene resin was reacted with an activated sulfoxide to afford the resin bound bis-(2-methoxy-carbonylethyl)-sulfonium trifluoromethanesulfonate. Smooth β-elimination based dealkylations afforded the polystyrene thiol resin with good and controlled loading. Its reactivity was assessed through a derivatisation step. 相似文献

The time-resolved fluorescence properties of the bacteriophage T4 capsid protein gp23 are investigated. The structural characteristics of this protein are largely unknown and can be probed by recording time-resolved and decay-associated fluorescence spectra and intensity decay curves using a 200 ps-gated intensified CCD-camera. Spectral and decay data are recorded simultaneously, which makes data acquisition fast compared to time-correlated single-photon counting. A red-shift of the emission maximum within the first nanosecond of decay is observed, which can be explained by the different decay-associated spectra of fluorescence lifetimes of the protein in combination with dipolar relaxation. In addition, iodide quenching experiments are performed, to study the degree of exposure of the various tryptophan residues. A model for the origin of the observed lifetimes of 0.032 +/- 0.003, 0.39 +/- 0.06, 2.1 +/- 0.1 and 6.8 +/- 0.8 ns is presented: the 32 ps lifetime can be assigned to the emission of a buried tryptophan residue, the 0.4 and 2.1 ns lifetimes to two partly buried residues, and the 6.8 ns lifetime to a single tryptophan outside the bulk of the folded gp23. 相似文献

A method for the determination of the dynamic surface tension of surfactant solutions is presented which allows to cover adsorption times down to 10 seconds. This method is based on the determination of the pressure inside two communicating bubbles. There is no deformation of the solution/air interface during the experimental procedure. Hence, in evaluating the kinetic data no surface area enlargement has to be taken into account. An automatically operating procedure should allow to cover adsorption times down to approximately one second and should improve the measuring accuracy substantially. Experimental investigations with aqueous n-decanoic acid solutions using the method proposed provided evidence that decanoic acid is adsorbed by a diffusioncontrolled mechanism. 相似文献

A fast and efficient eco‐friendly two‐step preparation of a palladium‐containing mesoporous carbon catalyst ( C1 ) from green and readily available carbon precursors (phloroglucinol and glyoxal), a porogen template (pluronic F‐127) and PdCl2 is described. Catalyst C1 contains ultra‐small Pd nanoparticles (1.2 nm) uniformly dispersed in the carbon network and shows an outstanding activity for Suzuki‐Miyaura reactions in pure water: extremely low amounts of palladium (10 μequiv. in most cases) are sufficient to afford almost palladium‐free products (containing <0.25 ppm of precious metal without further purification steps). 相似文献

Zusammenfassung Üblicherweise wird die multiple Standard-Zumisch-Methode mit äquidistanter Reagensdosierung durchgeführt. Der Nachteil dieses Verfahrens wird anhand der Meßdaten-Dichte im Hinblick auf das Meßpotential und die notwendige Extrapolation bei der Auswertung nach Liberti-Mascini diskutiert. Mit rechnergesteuerten Systemen läßt sich die Reagensdosierung so auslegen, daß konstante Potentialschritte erreicht werden. Hierdurch wird der Arbeitsbereich vergrößert. Die Ergebnisse werden außerdem zuverlässiger, da die Extrapolation über einen kleineren Bereich erfolgt und zusätzlich eine bessere Fehlerfortpflanzung resultiert.
Computer controlled multiple standard addition using ion-sensitive electrodes
Summary Multiple standard addition techniques are commonly used with equidistant volume increments of standard addition. The disadvantage of this method is discussed in respect to data intervals in the measured potentials and to the extrapolation using Liberti-Mascini's method of evaluation. With computer-controlled instruments the standard addition is done in such a way that equidistant intervals of the potential steps to be measured are achieved. Using this method a greater working range will be obtained and the results will be more reliable because of the smaller extrapolation range and better error propagation.相似文献
