Pentacoordinate complex cations of the general formula [(C6F5)2SbL3]3+ stabilized as solid salts in combination with tetraphenylborate (BPh4), tetrafluorobroate (BF4) anions, where L=DMSO, Ph3AsO, PyO, DMF, α-, β- and γ-picoline have been isolated. The newly formed complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance measurements, solid-state IR and and NMR. The effect of the rate of diffusion on the formation ofLiesegang rings of silver chromate in gelatin and agar agar medium has been studied. The rate of diffusion of silver ions in the agar agar gel is much slower than that in gelatin gel during the formation of rings of silver chromate. If the rate of diffusion of silver ions in agar agar gel is increased, even then rings do not form. The only change brought about by the rate of diffusion is for the distance between the successive rings.
Zusammenfassung Der Einflu\ der Diffusionsgeschwindigkeit auf die Bildung vonLiesegang-Ringen aus Silberchromat in Gelatine und Agar-Agar wurde untersucht. Die Diffusionsgeschwindigkeit der Silberionen in den Agar-Agar-Gelen ist viel niedriger als in den Gelatinegelen während der Bildung der Ringe von Silberchromat. Wenn die Diffusionsgeschwindigkeit der Silberionen in Agar-Agar-Gelen gesteigert wird, bilden sich schlie\lich überhaupt keine Ringe. Some 1:1 and 1:2 adducts of cobalt(II), nickel(II) and copper(II) chloroacetates with quinoline N -oxide have been isolated by the interaction of the appropriate metal chloroacetate with quinoline N -oxide (QuinNo). The complexes isolated are of 1:1 stoichiometry of formula (M(CH3-xClxCOO)2QuinNO) (when M=Co(II), Ni(Il); X=l, 2 and 3 and when M=Cu(II), X=1 and 2) except copper(II) trichloroacetate which yields an adduct of 1:2 stoichiometry of formula[Cu(CCl3COO)2 (QuinNO)3]. We demonstrate the efficiency of a modification of the normal homotopy analysis method (HAM) proposed by Liao [2] by including a non-homogeneous term in the auxiliary linear operator (this can be considered as a special case of “further generalization” of HAM given by Liao in [2]). We then apply the modified method to a few examples. It is observed that including a non-homogeneous term gives faster convergence in comparison to normal HAM. We have synthesized bismuth oxychloride (BiOCl) by wet chemical route. Characterization of the synthesized samples has been carried out using XRD, SEM with EDAX, HRTEM, FT-IR, Raman Spectroscopy, PL and UV. XRD and SEM analysis confirms crystallite size varying from 20–40 nm. FTIR spectrum indicates that the prepared material is highly pure and there is no water molecule present. Raman and photoluminescence spectrum of the bismuth oxychloridenanoplate demonstrated strong blue light emission which brings them in a special class of materials which work under visible light exposure. UV-Vis spectroscopy shows very less charge carriers transit time under visible light thus confirming excellent photocatalytic properties of material. 相似文献
