In this study, Ag, Ni2+, and Fe2+ immobilized on hydroxyapatite‐core‐shell γ‐Fe2O3 nanoparticles (γ‐Fe2O3@HAp‐Ag, γ‐Fe2O3@HAp‐Ni2+, and γ‐Fe2O3@HAp‐Fe2+) as a new and reusable Lewis acid magnetic nanocatalyst was successfully synthesized and reported for an atom economic, extremely facile, and environmentally benign procedure for the synthesis of highly functionalized tetrahydropyridines derivatives 4a‐t is described by one‐pot five‐component reaction of 2 equiv of aldehydes 1 , 2 equiv of amines 2 , and 1 equiv of methyl acetoacetate 3 in EtOH at room temperature in good to high yields and short reaction time. The presented methodology offers several advantages such as easy work‐up procedure, reusability of the magnetic nanocatalyst, operational simplicity, green synthesis avoiding toxic reagents and solvent, mild reaction conditions, and no tedious column chromatographic separation.  相似文献

This work investigated the effect of using Kenaf bast fibre kraft pulps compared to Scotch Pine kraft pulps for producing microfibrillated cellulose (MFC) and its employment for improving mechanical and physical properties of handsheets made from unbleached kraft hardwood pulp. It was shown that MFC based on Kenaf fibres can be produced at higher consistencies [>5 % (w/w)] compared to when Scotch Pine is employed [≈2 % (w/w)] as raw material. The possibility of using a higher consistency when processing Kenaf is beneficial for the processing in microfluidizers. The rheological properties of the products were shown to be consistent with what is known for MFC-based systems. The studies indicate that the mechanical properties of handsheets from unbleached kraft hardwood pulp can be improved by replacing part of the unbleached kraft hardwood pulp fibres with either unbleached kraft Kenaf pulp or unbleached Scotch Pine kraft pulp. However, the same levels of improvements were obtained when using only a small amount [≈6 % (w/w)] of MFC based on Kenaf or Scotch Pine, when introduced into the system either as a dry strength additive or by coating pre-made handsheets. Finally, it was shown that the incorporation of MFC in handsheets decreases the air-permeability; this effect became amplified when the MFC was applied as a coating onto the handsheets.  相似文献

In this protocol, Ag supported on the hydroxyapatite-core–shell magnetic γ-Fe_2O_3nanoparticles(γFe_2O_3@HAp-Ag NPs) as a novel, efficient, and magnetically recyclable catalyst is synthesized, and characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and vibrating sample magnetometry(VSM). The use of the catalyst is described in the synthesis of coumarin derivatives by the Pechmann condensation of various phenols with β-ketoesters under solvent- and halogen-free conditions at 80℃.This novel and inexpensive method offers advantages, such as recyclability simple experimental protocol, short reaction time, minimal work-up procedure, and excellent yields of products, together with desirable, eco-friendly, green aspects by avoiding toxic elements and solvents, and ease of recovery from the reaction mixture using an external magnet.  相似文献

A simple, efficient procedure for the preparation of phospho sulfonic acid PO(OSO3H)3 as a Brønsted acidic and recoverable heterogeneous catalyst is described, used for the one-pot synthesis of aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes and 1,8-dioxo-octahydro-xanthenes. A cost-effective, simple and convenient procedure for the synthesis of aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes was developed via a one-pot condensation from substituted benzaldehydes and β-naphthol under solvent-free conditions. The one-pot condensation of substituted benzaldehydes and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione (dimedone) under solvent-free conditions leads to 1,8-dioxo-octahydro-xanthenes. These protocols afford a number of advantages, such as: excellent yields, very short reaction times, easy procedure, simple methodology and ease of preparation and regeneration of the catalyst.  相似文献

1,1-Diacetates derivatives were prepared using the direct condensation of aldehydes with acetic anhydride in the presence of silica-supported boron sulfonic acid (SiO2/B(SO4H)3) as a tri-functional inorganic Brønsted acid catalyst under solvent-free conditions at ambient temperature. Microfibrillated Cellulose (MFC) was isolated from unbleached kraft pulp derived from kenaf bast fiber. MFC gels with different concentrations were manufactured from pulp with varying initial consistencies. The MFC was diluted to a consistency of around one percent using distilled water and was further homogenized by passing through a microfluidizer. In order to gain an understanding of the relative changes in behavior of the resulting MFC gels, their rheological properties were characterized. Results show that all of the gels exhibit a shear-thinning behavior. It was also determined that the rheological characteristics improved with increasing gel concentration, which was achieved by using higher pulp suspension consistencies. Diluted MFC that was derived from highly concentrated MFC had more variable modulus under the same strain and frequency compared to poorly concentrated MFC. But such a strong effect was not observed for viscosity. Additionally, the value of G′, ranging from 76 to 5325 Pa under the studied concentrations, was found to be fourfold the value of G″. In the low frequency range, G′ was almost independent of frequency, but was dependent on gel consistency with a coefficient of 3, indicating that MFC gels are elastic. These results show that it is possible to produce MFC gels with good rheological properties from high consistency kenaf pulp suspensions.  相似文献

In this study, 1-(1-alkylsulfonic)-3-methylimidazolium chloride as a new, green, and reusable Brønsted acid catalyst was prepared. In this protocol, we used for the regioselective ring-opening reactions of various epoxiodes with sodium azide to afford the corresponding β-azido alcohols in excellent yields and short reaction time under mild and neutral reaction conditions. This method offers several advantages including excellent regioselectivity, clean reactions, simple work-up procedure, a recyclable catalyst, and use of an eco-friendly catalyst.  相似文献
