Nickel catalysts prepared using two different clays as support, natural bentonite and palygorskite, and with different nickel contents have been tested in the hydrogenation of a sunflower oil. The influence of the clays, and of the nickel-bentonite ratio on the activity, selectivity and trans-isomer formation was investigated. Previously it was establised that no diffusional limitations were controlling the rate. Bentonite with the highest nickel content was the most active and selective catalysts. 相似文献

This paper describes a procedure for the speciation of antimony by UV-vis spectroscopy using pyrogallol as complexing agent. A partial least squares (PLS) regression was performed to resolve highly overlapping spectrophotometric signals obtained from mixtures of Sb(III) and Sb(V). The relative error in absolute value was less than 5% when concentrations of several mixtures were calculated. The minimum concentration determined was 3.96 × 10−5 mol dm−3 and 3.98 × 10−5 mol dm−3 for Sb(V) and Sb(III), respectively. The analysis of the possible effect of the presence of foreign ions in the solution was performed and the procedure was successfully applied to the speciation of antimony in pharmaceutical preparations and aqueous samples. 相似文献

This paper describes the voltammetric study of the electrochemical oxidation of the antiretroviral drug Nelfinavir using a screen‐printed sensor modified with carbon nanotubes. The performance of the sensor in the determination of the drug was characterized in terms of precision (RSD 5.05 %, n=5) and capability of detection (10.99±0.87 μM for α=β=0.05, n=5) under optimized voltammetric conditions of pH, accumulation time and potential, in the calibration range from 10 to 150 μM of NFV. In order to check the viability of the device, the determination of the analyte in pharmaceutical and biological samples was carried out and its performance was also validated comparing it with HPLC. 相似文献

A new procedure for the speciation of chromium by means of differential pulse voltammetry using screen‐printed carbon electrodes (SPCEs) has been proposed. Two different modified carbon working, a Ag/AgCl reference and a carbon counter screen‐printed electrodes have been connected in array mode for the simultaneous determination of Cr(III) and Cr(VI). Mercury films or gold nanoparticles have been ground onto the SPCEs in order to improve their selectivity to each chromium species. The quantification of the peak currents observed at ?1.25 V in Hg‐SPCE and ?0.1 V in AuNPs‐SPCE were carried out. ISIS 2922 is an antisense oligonucleotide with antiviral activity against cytomegalovirus. However, its rapid degradation in biological fluids and its low capacity for diffusion across cell membranes limit its therapeutical use. One possibility to overcome these drawbacks consists of using nanoparticles as drug carriers. The aim of this study was to develop an analytical method for determining the amount of ISIS 2922 loaded into albumin nanoparticles. For this purpose, capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was performed on a fused-silica capillary filled with borate buffer (12.5 mM, pH 9.5). Paracetamol was used as an internal standard and a diode-array detection system was set at 270 nm. Under these conditions, the limit of quantitation of ISIS 2922 was 1.27 microg and the precision and accuracy of the method did not exceed 7%. Moreover, the use of paracetamol as internal standard and the quantification by means of a 'corrected area' procedure enabled us to reduce the peak variability and accurately determine the amount of oligonucleotide loaded in the albumin nanoparticles. In summary, this assay is a selective and sensitive CZE method for the accurate quantitation of ISIS 2922 oligonucleotide in albumin nanoparticles. 相似文献

Carbon screen-printed electrodes (CSPE) modified with gold nanoparticles present an interesting alternative in the determination of antimony using differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry. Metallic gold nanoparticles deposits have been obtained by direct electrochemical deposition. Scanning electron microscopy measurements show that the electrochemically synthesized gold nanoparticles are deposited in aggregated form. Any undue effects caused by the presence of foreign ions in the solution were also analyzed to ensure that common interferents in the determination of antimony by ASV. The detection limit for Sb(III) obtained was 9.44 × 10−10 M. In terms of reproducibility, the precision of the above mentioned method in %R.S.D. values was calculated at 2.69% (n = 10). The method was applied to determine levels of antimony in seawater samples and pharmaceutical preparations. 相似文献

Acetylcholinesterase (ACh) and acid phosphatase (AcP) have been simultaneously cross‐linked onto an array of SPCEs, which was set up by a Ag/AgCl reference electrode, a carbon counter electrode and two carbon working electrodes. The detection of As(III) and As(V) is based on their enzymatic inhibitory effect. A straightforward and transition metal-free one-pot protocol to synthesize halobenzo[b]furans has been developed employing simple and easily available starting materials such as O-aryl carbamates and alkynylsulfones. The fine-tuning of the different steps involved was key to achieving a successful one-pot procedure. Initially, a directed ortho-lithiation process, which uses the carbamate as the directed metalation group, was crucial in providing access to O-2-alkynylaryl N,N-diethyl carbamates by a direct alkynylation of the o-lithiated carbamate, with arylsulfonylalkynes as electrophilic reagents. Cyclization of the generated o-alkynylaryl carbamates was successfully accomplished through a strategy involving in situ carbamate alkaline hydrolysis under conventional heating or microwave irradiation, coupled with a subsequent heterocyclization step delivering the desired benzo[b]furans. A wide variety of new halobenzo[b]furans has been synthesized and their utility has been demonstrated by their further transformation. 相似文献

The development of analytical methods that respond to the growing need to perform rapid ‘in situ’ analyses shows disposable screen-printed electrodes (SPEs) as an alternative to the traditional electrodes. This review presents recent developments in the electrochemical application of disposable screen-printed sensors, according to the types of materials used to modify the working electrode. Therefore, unmodified SPE, film-modified SPE, enzyme-modified SPE and antigen/antibody-modified SPE are described. Applications are included where available. 相似文献
