The first method for the synthesis of the title compounds has been established involving a stereoselective electrochemical diacylation process. The cathodic reductions of monothiobenzils in an aprotic medium, under constant potential, in the presence of twofold molecular amounts of aroyl chlorides provide previously unknown (Z)-α-benzoyloxy-β-benzoythiostilbenes in high to quantitative yields.  相似文献

A sequential injection methodology for the spectrophotometric determination of calcium, magnesium and alkalinity in water samples is proposed. A single manifold is used for the determination of the three analytes, and the same protocol sequence allows the sequential determination of calcium and magnesium (the sum corresponds to the water hardness). The determination of both metals is based on their reaction with cresolphtalein complexone; mutual interference is minimized by using 8-hydroxyquinoline for the determination of calcium and ethylene glycol-bis(beta-aminoethyl ether)-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid (EGTA) for the determination of magnesium. Alkalinity determination is based on a reaction with acetic acid, and corresponding color change of Bromcresol Green. Working ranges of 0.5 - 5 mg dm(-3) for Ca, 0.5 - 10 mg dm(-3) for Mg, and 10 - 100 mg HCO3- dm(-3), for alkalinity have been achieved. The results for water samples were comparable to those of the reference methods and to a certified reference water sample. RSDs lower than 5% were obtained, a low reagent consumption and a reduced volume of effluent have been accomplished. The determination rate for calcium and magnesium is 80 h(-1), corresponding to 40 h(-1) per element, while 65 determinations of alkalinity per hour could be carried out.  相似文献

The first Fundamental Theorem of Asset Pricing establishes the equivalence between the absence of arbitrage in financial markets and the existence of Equivalent Martingale Measures, if appropriate conditions hold. Since the theorem may fail when dealing with infinitely many trading dates, this paper draws on the A.A. Lyapunov Theorem in order to retrieve the equivalence for complete markets such that the Sharpe Ratio is adequately bounded.  相似文献

Push-pull dithiafulvenes with reduced bond length alternation (BLA) and high optical nonlinearities have been prepared. The interplay between the proaromaticity of the donor and the structural and optical properties of these merocyanines is discussed. [Pd2(μ‐Cl)2(C6F5)2(tht)2] ( 1 ) is a very efficient initiator of the radical polymerization of methyl acrylate, but it is not active in the polymerization of methyl methacrylate or in the copolymerization with 1‐hexene. The addition of an excess of NBu4Cl to solutions of [Pd2(μ‐Cl)2(C6F5)2(tht)2] ( 1 ) provides an initiator system that copolymerizes methyl acrylate and 1‐hexene by an insertion‐triggered radical mechanism. Random copolymers are obtained with 11% incorporation of 1‐hexene in moderate yields (about 35%). Studies of the decomposition products obtained after the first insertion of methyl acrylate in the Pd? C6F5 bond of 1 show that the addition of excess halide in the presence of monomer favors the homolytic cleavage of the Pd? C bond, and the generation of the radicals that are active species in the polymerization, versus alternative evolution pathways. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A validation study was carried out in order to evaluate the efficiency of inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) for the analysis of minor elements (manganese, chromium, copper, iron, and titanium) in aluminium alloys. Aluminium casting samples were obtained by adding compressed powder compacts of each alloying element and aluminium (minitablets) to aluminum baths in a laboratory crucible furnace. Digestion of solid samples was performed using concentrated HCI and H202 35% (v/v) previous to analysis by ICP-OES without any matrix separation. This solution-based method was validated considering direct current arc spectrometry as the reference method based on direct analysis without any pretreatment of the solid samples considered. Univariate statistical procedures were carried out, for which precision <3% and trueness of the analytical results were taken into account.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Several benzo[d]-1,2-oxaphosphole 2-oxides were examined as potential precursors of stabilized C-centered radicals. The transient absorption spectra obtained after laser flash photolysis in the presence of di-tert-butyl peroxide showed the features of benzylic radicals with formation and decay kinetics not significantly influenced by the presence of oxygen. In the case of compounds with two possible diastereomeric forms, the C-H bond of the trans-isomers [corrected] is more reactive toward hydrogen abstraction.  相似文献

The sol–gel method has been used for the synthesis of borosilicate gels from mixtures of methyltriethoxysilane (MTES) and dimethyldiethoxysilane (DMDES) and boric acid. The use of boric acid, B(OH)3 allows the hydrolysis and condensation of hybrid silicon alkoxides without further addition of water or catalyst. The use of difunctional silicon units, –(CH3)2SiO– promote the formation, during the sol–gel process, of linear oligomers which facilitate fiber drawing before gelation. Gel characterization performed by FT-IR, XRD, TG-DTA and DCS analysis indicates the formation of a mixed network with incorporation of the boron units via =B-O-Si≡ bridges. The formation of borosiloxane bonds seems favored by the presence of DMDES. SiBOC glasses were obtained after pyrolysis of the borosilicate gels in argon atmosphere at 1000 °C. TG-DTA study indicates that the ceramic yield decreases by increasing the amount of DMDES. Gel fibers were successfully prepared from convenient partially-aged solutions by hand drawing. Pyrolysis of the obtained gel fibers under argon atmosphere at 1000 °C open the possibility to produce SiBOC homogeneous glass fibers with diameter as low as 10 μm.  相似文献

This article describes a new complementary peptide separation and purification concept that makes use of a novel mixed-mode reversed-phase/weak anion-exchange (RP/WAX) type stationary phase. The RP/WAX is based on N-(10-undecenoyl)-3-aminoquinuclidine selector, which is covalently immobilized on thiol-modified silica particles (5 microm, 100 A pore diameter) by radical addition reaction. Remaining thiol groups are capped by radical addition with 1-hexene. This newly developed separation material contains two distinct binding domains in a single chromatographic interactive ligand: a lipophilic alkyl chain for hydrophobic interactions with lipophilic moieties of the solute, such as in the reversed-phase chromatography, and a cationic site for anion-exchange chromatography with oppositely charged solutes, which also enables repulsive ionic interactions with positively charged functional groups, leading to ion-exclusion phenomena. The beneficial effect that may result from the combination of the two chromatographic modes is exemplified by the application of this new separation material for the chromatographic separation of the N- and C-terminally protected tetrapeptide N-acetyl-Ile-Glu-Gly-Arg-p-nitroanilide from its side products. Mobile phase variables have been thoroughly investigated to optimize the separation and to get a deeper insight into the retention and separation mechanism, which turned out to be more complex than any of the individual chromatography modes alone. A significant anion-exchange retention contribution at optimal pH of 4.5 was found only for acetate but not for formate as counter-ion. In loadability studies using acetate, peptide masses up to 200 mg could be injected onto an analytical 250 mm x 4 mm i.d. RP/WAX column (5 microm) still without touching bands of major impurity and target peptide peaks. The corresponding loadability tests with formate allowed the injection of only 25% of this amount. The analysis of the purified peptide by capillary high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-UV and HPLC-ESI-MS employing RP-18 columns revealed that the known major impurities have all been removed by a single chromatographic step employing the RP/WAX stationary phase. The better selectivity and enhanced sample loading capacity in comparison to RP-HPLC resulted in an improved productivity of the new purification protocol. For example, the yield of pure peptide per chromatographic run on RP/WAX phase was by a factor of about 15 higher compared to the standard gradient elution RP-purification protocol.  相似文献
