Alkaloids from Cortex Phellodendron amurense Rupr. were identified to determine the material basis for the bioactivity of this herb. HPLC–ESI‐MS with photodiode array detection coupled to XCharge C18 column was applied to analyze the alkaloids qualitatively and quantitatively. A total of 37 alkaloids were identified and tentatively characterized from the ethanol extract by online ESI‐MSn fragmentation and UV spectral analysis. A total of ten alkaloids, including four novel natural products, were tentatively identified for the first time in P. amurense. The fragmentation pathways for certain compounds were analyzed. The contents of a pair of isomers (columbamine and jatrorrhizine) and four main alkaloids (phellodendrine, magnoflorine, berberine, and palmatine) were simultaneously quantified using the aforementioned method. Results showed that the newly discovered and known components of P. amurense were helpful in determining the material basis for the bioactivity of the herb. The application of the XCharge C18 column is a suitable and practical method for the isolation of alkaloids in plants.  相似文献

The pH values of lysosomes in cancer cells is slightly lower than that in normal cells, which can be used to distinguish cancer cells from normal cells. According to this, a naphthalimide-rhodamine based fluorescent probe(hereafter referred to as RBN) with a pK_a of 4.20 was designed and synthesized for ratiometric sensing of cellular pH via fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET), which can respond to different pH precisely through ratiometric fluorescence intensity(Ⅰ_(577)/Ⅰ_(540)). RBN can be employed to distinguish cancer cells from normal cells on the basis of different fluorescent response, in particular, RBN showed excellent water solubility and low cell toxicity, all these are quite significant for potential application in cancer diagnose and therapy.  相似文献

Effects of an ultra-strong magnetic field on electron capture rates for 55Co are analyzed in the nuclear shell model and under the Landau energy levels quantized approximation in the ultra-strong magnetic field, and the electron capture rates on 10 abundant iron group nuclei at the surface of a magnetar are given. The results show that electron capture rates on 55Co are increased greatly in the ultra-strong magnetic field, by about 3 orders of magnitude generally. These conclusions play an important role in future study of the evolution of magnetars.  相似文献

采用溶胶负载法制备了高分散的活性炭载纳米Au(Au/AC),研究了其在室温下对低浓度臭氧的催化分解性能,并用N<,2>吸附-脱附、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱等手段对反应前后的催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,与普通的传导加热方式相比,微波加热方式所制备的活性炭载Au颗粒的分布更均匀、尺寸更小,具有更高的催化臭氧分解性能.Au前驱体溶液pH值对Au/AC催化剂的臭氧分解性能有显著影响,以pH=8最佳.降低空速而延长臭氧与催化剂的接触时间可以提高催化剂对臭氧的分解性能.空速120000 h-1条件下.催化剂处理约1 g臭氧后,臭氧去除率降低至78.6%:而60 000 h-1条件下处理1.25 g臭氧后,臭氧的去除率仍保持在93.3%.Au/AC催化剂在分解臭氧后,表面部分C被氧化而含氧量增加,但比表面积和孔容等变化不大,主要通过负载Au颗粒本身催化分解臭氧.  相似文献

Elucidation of ion dissociation patterns is particularly important to structural analysis by mass spectrometry (MS). However, typically, only the charged fragments from an ion dissociation event are detected in tandem MS experiments; neutrals are not identified. In recent years, we have developed an atmospheric pressure thermal dissociation (APTD) technique that can be applied to dissociate ions at atmosphere pressure and thus provide one way to characterize neutral fragments. In this paper, we focus on the detection of neutral CO resulting from amino acid and peptide ion dissociation. In the first set of experiments, several protonated amino acids (e.g., +?1 ion of phenylalanine) were found to undergo loss of a neutral (s) of total mass 46 Da, a process leading to iminium ion formation. We successfully detected the neutral species CO by using a CO sensor, UV-Vis and MS analysis following selective CO trapping with a rhodium complex. The capture of CO from dissociation of protonated amino acids supports the assignment of the loss of 46 Da to neutral losses of CO and H2O, rather than loss of formaldehyde or dihydroxycarbene, other possible fragmentation pathways that have been subject of debate for a long time. In a second experiment, we used the APTD method in combination with the CO detection technique, to demonstrate the formation of CO in the conversion of b ions to a ions during peptide ion dissociations. These results showed the potential of APTD in the elucidation of ion dissociation mechanisms, using simple home-built apparatus.

将TiO2光催化臭氧氧化-生物活性炭(TiO2/UV/O3-BAC)组合工艺用于处理水源水,在优化工艺参数的条件下,该工艺对水源水中溶解性有机碳(DOC)的平均去除率为46.5%,而UV/O3-BAC工艺对DOC的平均去除率仅为41.6%.TiO2/UV/O3-BAC工艺对有机物去除的协同效应较强.TiO2/UV/O3过程将水中的大分子有机物氧化成小分子,提高了出水的可生物降解性,从而有利于后续的BAC对有机污染物的去除.TiO2/UV/O3-BAC工艺对持久性有机污染物的去除非常有效.其中,酞酸酯的去除率均大于94%,但随着烷基链长度的增加而降低;多溴联苯的去除率均超过89%,但随着溴原子取代数目的增加而降低.  相似文献

A fast and sensitive high performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC‐MS) method was developed and validated for the determination of cyclophosphamide in rat plasma with and without the combination of vitamin B6. After addition of digoxin used as the internal standard (IS), plasma samples were extracted by protein precipitation with acetonitrile (1:1, v/v), and the analytes were separated by a Kromasil C18 column (150 × 4.6 mm, 5 µm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile–0.1% formic acid water (40:60, v/v). The detection of the analyte was monitored in positive electrospray ionization by selected ion monitoringmode. The linear range was 0.01–40 µg/mL for cyclophosphamide. The intra‐ and inter‐day precision and accuracy were all <15%. The extraction recoveries and matrix effects of the analyte and IS were all within acceptable range. The selectivity of the method was satisfactory with no endogenous interference. The results for stabilities of cyclophosphamide and IS under various conditions were all within the acceptance criteria. The validated method was successfully applied to evaluate the drug–drug interaction of cyclophosphamide and vitamin B6 in rat plasma. The results showed no differences of pharmacokinetic behaviors between cyclophosphamide administration with and without vitamin B6. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

254nm紫外光辐照下,溶解性Fe3+的存在有效促进了全氟辛酸(PFOA)的光化学降解.Fe3+浓度为30μmol·L-1时,Fe2(SO4)3,FeCl3和Fe(NO3)3三种溶解性铁盐对PFOA的降解和脱氟没有显著的差别.过量的SO24-与Fe3+具有较强的形成配合物的能力,由软件Visual MINTEQ2.52计算得出,Fe3+与过量的SO42-形成Fe(SO4)+和Fe(SO4)-2两种形态的配合物,其分配比的总和占16.32%,从而减少了PFOA与铁离子形成配合物的机会,进而抑制了其有效的光化学降解;过量的Cl-与Fe3+形成一配位的FeCl2+,其生成量仅占所有铁物种形态总和的0.12%,对PFOA的降解没有明显的影响,理论计算与实验结果相一致.羟基自由基捕获剂-异丙醇的加入未抑制PFOA的降解,二氧化钛的存在亦未促进其降解,进一步表明Fe3+诱导PFOA的光化学降解不是羟基自由基直接作用的结果.  相似文献
