The potentially medically valuable pyranocoumarin (+)-pteryxin was isolated for the first time from Peucedanum terebinthaceum Fischer et Turcz. The structure of (+)-pteryxin was rigorously proved using mass spectrometry, NMR, IR, and UV spectroscopy and comparison of the spectral characteristics of this compound and its basic hydrolysis products (+)-cis- and (−)-trans-khellactone and angelic and acetic acids. High resolution laser-atomic-beam spectroscopy was applied to study crossed-second-order effects in the isotope shift of the terms 4f75d6s a10D and a8D for151Eu-153Eu. The term dependent effects lead to a difference in the isotope shift of the terms a10D and a8D of 415(20) MHz. The J dependent effects are interpreted through the use of one parameter z5d for each term; z5d(a10D)=41(7)MHz, z5d(a8D)=50(26)MHz.  相似文献

It was shown that plants of the genus Ferulopsis are valuable sources of coumarins. Nine angular 8-substituted and 8,9-disubstituted 8,9-dihydrofurocoumarins were isolated. The cytotoxicity of these compounds was studied on models of human CEM-13, MT-4, and U-937 tumor cells. X-ray structure data were obtained for peucenidin.  相似文献

For certain remote areas like Mongolia, field-based precipitation, surface and ground water isotopic data are scarce. So far no such data exist for the Mongolian Gobi desert, which hinders the understanding of isotopic fractionation processes in this extreme, arid region. We collected 26 event-based precipitation samples, 39 Bij river samples, and 75 samples from other water bodies in the Dzungarian Gobi in SW Mongolia over a period of 16 months for hydrogen and oxygen stable isotope analysis. δ2H and δ18O values in precipitation show high seasonal variation and cover an extreme range: 175?‰ for δ2H and 24?‰ for δ18O values. The calculated local meteoric water line (LMWL) shows the isotopic characteristics of precipitation in an arid region. Individual water samples fall into one of three groups: within, above or below the 95?% confidence interval of LMWL. Data presented provide a basis for future studies in this region.  相似文献

Oximation of songorine afforded a mixture of its Z- and E-oximes. The crystal and molecular structure of the Z-isomer was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. Its structure was also confirmed by the spectral data (2D 1H—1H and 13C—1H NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry). The structure of isomeric E-oxime was established by comparing its NMR spectroscopic data (1H and 13C) with the data for the Z-isomer.  相似文献
