A highly efficient Fe3O4@VitB1–Ag(I) magnetic catalyst has been obtained using surface modification of Fe3O4. To this end, silver chloride was immobilized on Fe3O4 nanoparticles via vitamin B1 biomolecules. The synthesized biocompatible magnetic catalyst was applied in an A3-coupling reaction in the presence of aldehyde, amine and phenyl acetylene under solvent-free conditions and afforded the desired products in excellent yields. Also, interactions between metal and ligand in the Fe3O4@VitB1–Ag(I) were studied using theoretical calculations.  相似文献

Molecular imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) is a well known technique for the selective extraction and pre-concentration of analytes, are present at low levels in chemically complex materials. Herein, water-soluble, molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) were prepared for solid-phase extraction of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (PSE), which was monitored at 256 nm by the UV spectroscopy. MISPE conditions were optimized to allow the selective and determination of PSE in aqueous samples and composite materials, such as biological fluids and human urine. MIP was prepared by precipitation polymerization method, using methacrylic acid as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a cross-linking agent in either acetonitrile or chloroform. The results suggest that the obtained MISPE exhibits high affinity for PSE, and the imprinted polymer demonstrates much higher efficiency than a non-imprinted polymer (NIP). The imprinting-induced extraction was confirmed by the determination of recovery values for NIP (4%) and MIP (80%) polymers, respectively. The binding capacity of the MIP for PSE was found of 47.6 mg g−1.  相似文献

Two new complexes of [Mn(2-MPyzCI)2Cl2].H2O (1) and [Mn(2-MPyzCI)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 (2) were synthesized from the reaction of MnX2.4H2O (X=Cl? and NO3?) with 2-cyanopyrazine in methanolic solution. The chelating methyl pyrazine-2-carboximidate (2-MPyzCI) ligand is formed via the methanolysis of 2-cyanopyrazine. Although coordination environment around manganes(II) ions is similar, but these complexes are different in geometrical position of 2-MPyzCI ligands. As both compounds are synthesized under the same reaction conditions, the only difference between these two complexes are counter ions and changing of geometrical position of ligands can be considered as a result of influence of the counter-anions on the molecular structures.  相似文献

In the present work, highly efficient epoxidation of alkenes catalyzed by Mo(CO)6 supported on multi‐wall carbon nanotubes modified by 2‐aminopyrazine, APyz‐MWCNTs, is reported. The prepared catalyst was characterized by elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy, FT IR and diffuses reflectance UV–vis spectroscopic methods. This new heterogenized catalysts, [Mo(CO)6@APyz‐MWCNT], was used as a highly efficient catalyst for epoxidation of alkenes with tert‐BuOOH. A new method, involving SPE and HPLC/UV diode-array detection (DAD), was developed for the quantification of colophonium components in different consumer products, such as cosmetics. Colophonium is a common cause of contact dermatitis since its components can oxidize into allergens on exposure to air. Three different resin acids were used as markers for native and oxidized colophonium, abietic acid (AbA), dehydroabietic acid (DeA), and 7-oxodehydroabietic acid (7-O-DeA). The SPE method, utilizing a mixed-mode hydrophobic and anion exchange retention mechanism, was shown to yield very clean extracts. The use of a urea-embedded C(12) HPLC stationary phase improved the separation of the resin acids compared to common C(18). Concentrations higher than 2 mg/g of both AbA and DeA were detected in wax strips. In this product also 7-O-DeA, a marker for oxidized colophonium, was detected at a level of 28 microg/g. The LODs were in the range of 7-19 microg/g and the LOQs 22-56 microg/g. The method is simple to use and can be applied on many types of technical products, not only cosmetics. For the first time, a method for technical products was developed, which separates AbA from pimaric acid.  相似文献

We synthesized a novel recoverable and reusable photocatalyst system for tartrazine degradation by one‐step incorporation of Fe3O4 and TiO2 nanoparticles into a molecularly imprinted polymer through a facile precipitation polymerization method. The as‐prepared samples were systematically characterized using X‐ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive spectroscopy, and vibrating sample magnetometry. Benefiting from the positive synergistic effect, tartrazine was almost completely degraded under UV‐C within 180 min by the multicomponent photocatalyst (Fe3O4 + TiO2 + MIP) in comparison with far fewer activities by the corresponding NIP system and the nonmagnetic and bare structures. On the other hand, the central composite design in response surface methodology was applied to optimize the tartrazine photocatalytic degradation process. Twenty experiments were conducted by adjusting three parameters (nanocomposite dosage, initial pH of the reaction solution, and initial dye concentration) in the multiple variable analysis method. A satisfactory correlation between the experimental and predicted values was obtained (R2 = 0.956). Additionally, ANOVA analysis with a p value of 1.15 × 10–5 indicated that the model terms are highly significant. Under the determined optimum conditions, a verification experiment was conducted and shown the adequately approximate value between the predicted (99%) and the experimental (97%) results, which confirmed the validity of the model.  相似文献

In this work, thiophene derivatives were synthesized in good yields via multicomponent reaction of isoquinoline, alkyl bromides, activated acetylenic compounds, isothiocyanates, and catalytic amounts of ZnO nanorods (NRs) at room temperature under solvent-free conditions. This procedure for the synthesis of thiophene derivatives is green, easy, and simple with excellent yield. In addition, DPPH radical scavenging and ferric reduction power experiment has been studied for the evaluation of the antioxidant activity of some prepared thiophenes, for example, 5b , 5d , 5e , and 5f . As outcome, the compound 5d exhibited a noteworthy radical trapping activity and excellent reducing ability than synthetic antioxidants such as butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) and 2-tertbutylhydroquinone (TBHQ). Moreover, the antimicrobial activity of some synthesized thiophenes was confirmed by employing the disk diffusion test on Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The obtained results of disk diffusion test showed that compounds 5b , 5d , 5e , and 5f prevented bacterial growth.  相似文献

In this work, a combined discrete and continuous wavelet transform analysis was developed for simultaneous spectrophotometric determinations of metformin hydrochloride and glibenclamide, two antidiabetic drugs, in binary mixtures without any chemical pretreatment. Absorption spectra were subjected to the 4-level db4 discrete wavelet transform (DWT) for signal de-noising. Selected continuous wavelet transform (CWT) families (rbio3.1 with scaling factor, a = 80, and gaus2, a = 60) were applied on these de-noised signals. Finally, a zero-crossing technique was used for the construction of calibration curves for both drugs. The proposed method was validated by analyzing synthetic mixtures of the investigated drugs with various concentrations. The amount of metformin hydrochloride and glibenclamide were determined by using CWT amplitudes in zero-crossing points. The mean recovery values of metformin hydrochloride and glibenclamide were found between 98.6-102.0 and 97.9-102.4% for rbio3 and 98.3-101.2 and 97.1-101.4% for gaus2 families, respectively. The obtained results showed that the developed method is a simple, rapid and precise procedure for the simultaneous determination of metformin hydrochloride and glibenclamide in binary mixtures.  相似文献
