High-performance thin-layer chromatography has been used for separation and quantification of nitroguanidine and guanidine
nitrate, for online and off-line quality control of synthesis. The compounds were separated on silica gel 60 F254 layers with dioxane–tetrahydrofuran 1:1 (v/v), as mobile phase. UV detection was performed at 210 and 265 nm for guanidine nitrate and nitroguanidine, respectively. Quantitative

The complexation reactions between 7,10,13-triaza-1-thia-4,16-dioxa-20,24-dimethyl-2,3;17,18-dibenzo-cyclooctadecane-6,14-dione ( TTD ) and 7,10,13-triaza-1-sulfoxo-4,16-dioxa-20,24-dimethyl-2,3;17,18-dibenzo-cyclooctadecane-6,14-dione ( TSD ) macrocycles with Ag+, Cd2+, Cu2+, Pb2+, Sr2+, Tl+, and Zn2+ ions have been studied in ethanol and methanol solutions at 25°C. The complexes formed between macrocycles ( TTD ) and ( TSD ) with these metals cations had a stiochiometry of 1:1 and 1:2, respectively. The stability constants of the resulting complexes were determined and found to decrease in the order Cu2+ > Zn2+ > Ag+ > Tl+ > Cd2+ > Pb2+ > Sr2+ with macrocycle ( TTD ) and Tl+ > Zn2+ > Cd2+ > Pb2+ > Cu2+ > Ag+ > Sr2+ with macrocycle ( TSD ). 相似文献

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a hydrophobic non-psychoactive compound with therapeutic characteristics. Animal and human studies have shown its poor oral bioavailability in vivo, and the impact of consuming lipid-soluble CBD with and without food on gut bioaccessibility has not been explored. The purpose of this research was to study the bioaccessibility of CBD after a three-phase upper digestion experiment with and without food, and to test lipase activity with different substrate concentrations. Our results showed that lipase enzyme activity and fatty acid absorption increased in the presence of bile salts, which may also contribute to an increase in CBD bioaccessibility. The food matrix used was a mixture of olive oil and baby food. Overall, the fed-state digestion revealed significantly higher micellarization efficiency for CBD (14.15 ± 0.6% for 10 mg and 22.67 ± 2.1% for 100 mg CBD ingested) than the fasted state digestion of CBD (0.65 ± 0.7% for 10 mg and 0.14 ± 0.1% for 100 mg CBD ingested). The increase in bioaccessibility of CBD with food could be explained by the fact that micelle formation from hydrolyzed lipids aid in bioaccessibility of hydrophobic molecules. In conclusion, the bioaccessibility of CBD depends on the food matrix and the presence of lipase and bile salts. 相似文献

在Mn髤模板作用下,2,6-diacetylpyridine(DAP)及合适链状胺化合物通过[1+1]环缩合反应,合成了3个大环席夫碱配合物,并进行了红外、元素分析、质谱及电导率等表征及研究。测得了配合物[MnL1(CH3CN)](ClO4)2的晶体结构,中心离子呈现出稍微扭曲的五角锥配位构型。研究了配合物对S.aureus(ATCC 6633),B.cereus(ATCC 7064),C.xerosis(ATCC 373)(gram-positive bacterial strains),E.coli(PTCC 10009),K.pneuomoniae(MTCC 109),and P.vulgaris(lio)(gram-negative bacterial strains)的抗菌活性。结果显示[MnL3](ClO4)2抗菌活性明显优于[MnL1(CH3CN)](ClO4)2and[MnL2](ClO4)2。在25℃条件下0.1 mol·L-1 KCl溶液中,通过电位计量法测定了化合物的质子化常数。 相似文献

The effect of target rotation rate on the structural and morphological properties of pulsed laser deposition grown Bi:YIG garnets is investigated. The rotation rate dependence of the surface morphology and magnetic properties of the thin films were studied using atomic force microscopy combined with a magneto-optical measurement setup. The results show that decrease in the target rotation rate can also increase the roughness, the index of refraction, and the surface skewness and can decrease Faraday rotation by an order of magnitude. 相似文献

Song and Mason equation of state (EOS) with a simple modification has been extended to modelling PVT properties of ionic liquids (ILs). The considered ILs are [C1mim][MeSO4], [C1mim][CH3OC2H5SO4], [C1mim][(CH3)2PO4], [C2mim][MeSO4], [C2mim][BF4], [C2mim][SCN], [C2eim][NTf2], [C4mim][C(CN)3], [C4mim][CF3SO3], [C4mim][SCN], [C5mim][NTf2], [C8mim][NTf2], [(C6H13)3P(C14H29)][Cl], [(C6H13)3P(C14H29)][NTf2], [(C6H13)3P(C14H29)][Ac], [C3mpyr][NTf2], [C4mpyr][NTf2] and [Py][C2H5OC2H4SO4]. Three temperature-dependent parameters in the proposed EOS have been scaled as functions of reduced temperature with the use of the law of corresponding states. It is shown that the knowledge of just critical temperature and critical density is sufficient to predict the PVT properties of these ILs. The overall average absolute deviation of calculated densities from literature values for 1347 data points of 18 ILs was found to be 0.58%. The predicted density of ILs from proposed EOS has been compared with those obtained by other literature work. Moreover, we indicate that the Zeno line regularity can well be predicted by proposed model for ILs. 相似文献

In this work wüstite nanoparticles have been prepared via high-energy ball milling, using high-purity hematite (Fe2O3) and iron (Fe) powders as the starting materials. In order to get a single-phase wüstite different mole ratios of (Fe/Fe2O3) were milled, using a planetary mill. X-ray diffraction studies of the as-milled powders show that a single-phase wüstite was formed for a mole ratio of 0.6. Lattice parameter of the wüstite was obtained from XRD data, by which a value of 0.072 was obtained for x in Fe1−xO. A mean crystallite size of 13±1 nm was calculated for the single-phase wüstite, using Scherrer's formula. The morphology of the powders was also checked by TEM. Variations of pressure and temperature in the vial were recorded with respect to the milling time, using a GTM unit. Hysteresis loops of the as-milled powders at 5 K and room temperature have been obtained by SQUID and by VSM systems, respectively. The loops show non-zero coercivity, in contrast to the bulk wüstite. The observed magnetizations can be explained by a model based on the spinel-type defect clusters in non-stoichiometry wüstite. 相似文献

A series of M-type strontium hexaferrite powders with substitution of Mn2+, Ni2+ and Ti4+ ions for Fe3+ ions according to the formula SrFe9(Mn0.5−xNixTi0.5)3O19, where x ranges from 0 to 0.5 with a step of 0.1, has been prepared via the conventional ceramic method. In order to get nanoparticles, the obtained powders were milled in a high energy SPEX mill for 1 h. XRD investigations of the unmilled and milled powders show that the prepared samples are all single phase hexaferrite. Lattice parameters and mean crystallite sizes of the powders were determined from the XRD data and Scherrer’s formula. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) was used to analyze their structures. Room temperature magnetizations and coercivities of the samples in a magnetic field of 15 kOe have been determined from the hysteresis loops. It was found that magnetizations of the milled samples were smaller than the magnetization of the unmilled samples. This decrease, based on core-shell model, has been attributed to the presence of a magnetically dead layer on the particles’ surface of the milled powders. In addition, the magnetizations of the milled samples decrease with the increase in x value. This decrease has been discussed according to site occupation of the substituted cations on the sublattices. The discussion also supports the increase of lattice parameters and the decrease of Curie temperature as x increases. 相似文献
