Substituted ]-(6-methoxy-2-benzothiazolyt)-2-pyridones were prepared from 2-amino-6-methoxybenzathiazate through N-(6-methoxy-2-benzothiazotyl) cyanvorearmileaznd-3-aryl-N-(6-methoxy-2-benzothiazolyt)-2-cyano-2-propenamides. The cyclization of the latter with malonodinitrile in the presence of piperidine gave the corresponding pyridones. Summary An indirect polarographic method for the determination of phosmet was elaborated. It is based on the fact that N-hydroxymethylphthalimide formed by the reaction of phosmet with sulphuric acid is polarographically active and exhibits a behaviour during electrolysis at a Hg dropping-electrode similar to that of phthalimide. The method has been applied to the determination of phosmet in apples. The sensitivity is 0.1 ppm.

Zusammenfassung Das Verfahren beruht darauf, daß N-Hydroxymethylphthalimid, das bei der Reaktion von Phosmet mit Schwefelsäure gebildet wird, polarographisch aktiv ist und sich bei der Elektrolyse mit der Quecksilber-Tropfelektrode ähnlich wie Phthalimid verhält. Die Methode wurde zur Bestimmung von Phosmet in Äpfeln angewandt. Die Empfindlichkeit beträgt 0,1 ppm.

Oxycellulose belongs to the wide range of pharmaceutically and medically used cellulose derivatives unique in its properties of biodegradability, non-toxicity, antioxidative activity, haemostasis supporting, tissue healing improvement, etc. Glycyrrhizin (Gly) represents the most prominent licorice triterpenoid glycoside, which is responsible for its pharmacological activity, and is closely linked to increasing levels of gastroprotective prostaglandins. In order to study the anti-ulcer activity of oxycellulose sodium and Gly, pellets containing only oxycellulose, or in combination with glycyrrhizin, were prepared using an extrusion/spheronization method. The physical properties and in vitro release rate of the prepared pellets were tested. Based on the obtained results, one sample prepared from oxycellulose only, and one containing glycyrrhizin were chosen for in vivo testing. The healing effect of the prepared pellet formulations was evaluated in the acetic acid induced gastric ulcers in rats. The improvement in gastric ulcer healing was documented for myeloperoxidase activity, alkaline phosphatase activity and gastric wall mucin levels using the Alcian blue binding capacity. The tested pellets significantly reduced myeloperoxidase and alkaline phosphatase activity, and increased gastric wall mucus levels compared to the non-treated group. The in vivo tests showed that oral administration of the prepared pellets accelerated the healing of gastric ulcers in rats.  相似文献

14C releases in the stack air of the NPPs V1 and V2, Jaslovske Bohunice was determined during the year 2004–2010. Radioactivity concentration of 14C in the stack air was determined in the forms of inorganic 14CO2 and 14C n H m . The annual average activity concentration in the stacks air samples varies between 12 and 121 Bq m−3. NPP V1, starting with 45 Bq m−3 in 2005 is decreasing due to the shutting down of the reactors (the first reactor was shut down in December 2006 and the second reactor in December 2008). The average value of radioactivity concentration for power unit V2 was 32 Bq m−3 in 2004 and reached the value of 102 Bq m−3 in the first-quarter of the 2010. The average normalized yearly discharge rates were between 0.39 and 0.64 TBq GWe−1 year−1 (2005–2008), NPP V1 and 0.19–0.61 TBq GWe−1 year−1 (2004–first-quarter 2010) for NPP V2, Jaslovske Bohunice. Most of the discharged 14C is in a hydrocarbon form, (95% for Jaslovske Bohunice NPP V2), but the CO2 fraction may reach 37% in the air stack for Jaslovske Bohunice V1.  相似文献

The first examples of ring-closing metathesis (RCM) reactions of a series of terminal alkene-derived cyclic phosphazenes have been carried out. The tetrakis-, hexakis-, and octakis(allyloxy)cyclophosphazenes (NPPh(2))(NP(OCH(2)CH=CH(2))(2))(2) (1), N(3)P(3)(OCH(2)CH=CH(2))(6) (2), and N(4)P(4)(OCH(2)CH=CH(2))(8) (3) and the tetrakis(allyloxy)-S-phenylthionylphosphazene (NS(O)Ph)[NP(OCH(2)CH=CH(2))(2)](2) (4) were prepared by the reactions of CH(2)=CHCH(2)ONa with the cyclophosphazenes (NPPh(2))(NPCl(2))(2), N(3)P(3)Cl(6), and N(4)P(4)Cl(8) and the S-phenylthionylphosphazene (NS(O)Ph)(NPCl(2))(2). The reactions of 1-4 with Grubbs first-generation olefin metathesis catalyst Cl(2)Ru=CHPh(PCy(3))(2) resulted in the selective formation of seven-membered di-, tri-, and tetraspirocyclic phosphazene compounds (NPPh(2))[NP(OCH(2)CH=CHCH(2)O)](2) (5), N(3)P(3)(OCH(2)CH=CHCH(2)O)(3) (6), and N(4)P(4)(OCH(2)CH=CHCH(2)O)(4) (7) and the dispirocyclic S-phenylthionylphosphazene compound (NS(O)Ph)[NP(OCH(2)CH=CHCH(2)O)](2) (8). X-ray structural studies of 5-8 indicated that the double bond of the spiro-substituted cycloalkene units is in the cis orientation in these compounds. In contrast to the reactions of 1-4, RCM reactions of the homoallyloxy-derived cyclophosphazene and thionylphosphazene (NPPh(2))[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CH(2))(2)](2) (9) and (NS(O)Ph)[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CH(2))(2)](2) (10) with the same catalyst resulted in the formation of 11-membered diansa compounds NPPh(2)[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CHCH(2)CH(2)O)](2) (11) and (NS(O)Ph)[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CHCH(2)CH(2)O)](2) (13) and the intermolecular doubly bridged ansa-dibino-ansa compounds 12 and 14. The X-ray structural studies of compounds 11 and 13 indicated that the double bonds of the ansa-substituted cycloalkene units are in the trans orientation in these compounds. The geminal bis(homoallyloxy)tetraphenylcyclotriphosphazene [NPPh(2)](2)[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CH(2))(2)] (15) upon RCM with Grubbs first- and second-generation catalysts gave the spirocyclic product [NPPh(2)](2)[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CHCH(2)CH(2)O)] (16) along with the geminal dibino-substituted dimeric compound [NPPh(2)](2)[NP(OCH(2)CH(2)CH=CHCH(2)CH(2)O)(2)PN][NPPh(2)](2) (17) as the major product. The dibino compound 17, upon reaction with the Grubbs second-generation catalyst, was found to undergo a unique ring-opening metathesis reaction, opening up the bino bridges and partially converting to the spirocyclic compound 16.  相似文献

Thin epitaxial alumina layers were grown on the Cu(111) surface using simultaneous aluminum deposition and oxygen exposure. Different substrate temperatures during the deposition resulted in layers with different thicknesses, growth rates, crystallinity and epitaxy. Low energy electron diffraction measurements confirmed the epitaxial growth for substrate temperatures above 870 K. The Al 2p doublet was studied by means of photoelectron spectroscopy in order to determine the alumina termination at the metal-oxide interface. A strong dependence on the preparation temperature was found and both aluminum and oxygen terminated interfaces were created.  相似文献

Thin epitaxial alumina films were grown on Cu(111), Cu–9 at.%Al(111), Ni(111) and NiAl(110) single crystals. The alumina films grew in such a manner that hexagonal or pseudo-hexagonal oxygen lattices were parallel to the surface of the substrates. Photoelectron spectra were obtained either with synchrotron or Al K-alpha radiation. We measured Al 2p spectra and determined the atomic species that terminated the interface between the alumina films and the substrates. The influence of Al in the substrates on the species that terminated the interface has been discussed based on thermodynamics. From valence band spectra, p-type Schottky barrier height (energy difference between the Fermi level of the metallic substrates and the valence band maximum of the alumina films, band offset) was determined. Differences in interface terminating species resulted in variations in p-type Schottky barrier height, or band alignment.  相似文献

Abstract

Mid-infrared, far-infrared, and Raman vibrational spectroscopic studies were combined with density functional theory (DFT) calculations and normal coordinate force field analyses for N,N′-dimethylurea (DMU), N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylurea (TMU), and N,N′-dimethylpropyleneurea (DMPU: IUPAC name 1,3-dimethyltetrahydropyrimidin-2(1H)-one). The equilibrium molecular geometry of DMU (all three conformers), TMU, and DMPU and the frequencies, intensities, and depolarization ratios of their fundamental infrared (IR) and Raman vibrational transitions were obtained by DFT calculations. The vibrational spectra were fully analyzed by normal coordinate methods as well. A starting force field for DMPU was obtained by adapting corresponding force constants for DMU and TMU, resulting after refinements in the stretching force constants C=O (7.69, 7.30, 7.68 N·cm?1), C–N (5.16, 5.55, 5.05 N·cm?1), and C-Me (5.93, 4.00, 4.22 N·cm?1) for DMU, TMU, and DMPU, respectively. The dominating conformer of liquid DMU was identified as trans-trans, strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding was verified in solid DMU, and weak dipole–dipole association was found in liquid TMU and in DMPU. Special attention was paid to analyzing the methyl group frequencies, which revealed deviations from local C3v symmetry. A linear correlation was found between the CH stretching force constants and the inverse of the CH bond lengths (1/r 2). The averaged NH stretching frequencies of gaseous, dissolved, and solid urea and of DMU, with variations for hydrogen bonding of different strength, are linearly correlated to the NH stretching force constants. Characteristic skeletal vibrations were assigned for a broad variety of urea derivatives and also for pyrimidine derivatives, which all contain the N2C=O entity. The very strong IR bands of C=O stretching (1,676 ± 40 cm?1) and asymmetric CN2 stretching (1,478 ± 60 cm?1), and the very intense Raman feature of symmetric CN2 stretching or ring breathing (757 ± 80 cm?1), can be recognized as fingerprint bands also for the pyrimidine derivatives cytosine, thymine, and uracil, which all are nucleobases in DNA and RNA nucleotides.  相似文献
