In this article, we apply the notion of hierarchic control on a distributed system in which the state is governed by a parabolic equation. This notion assumes that we have two controls where one will be the Leader and the other, the Follower. The first control is of controllability type subjected to a constraint, while the second expresses that the state does not move too far from a given state. The results are achieved by means of an observability inequality of the Carleman type, which is ‘adapted’ to the constraint. 相似文献

The antibacterial activity of honey samples from different sources were collected and investigated against Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 27736, Morganella morganii, Micrococcus luteus NRRL B-4375, Escherichia coli ATCC 35218, and Candida albicans. Pathogens exhibited different sensitivities towards the honey samples. The results showed that majority of the honey samples (75%) generally inhibitied the bacteria tested. The honey samples which were obtained from Izmir (samples 1 and 2) proved more effective as inhibitors against P. aeruginosa, E. coli, and S. aureus. The honey which was obtained from Mu?la (sample 5) exhibited high anticandidal activity on C. albicans. A comparison of the honey samples on the basis of pollen content revealed that they were heterofloral, and samples which had highest antibacterial activity against P. aeruginosa, E. coli, and S. aureus were dominated by pollen from Chenopodiaceae/Amaranthaceae (sample 1), and Trifolium, Trigonella, Cyperaceae, Zea mays and Anthemis taxa (sample 2). The honey proved more effective on bacteria than antibiotics. 相似文献

A differential pulse polarographic method for the determination of the herbicide thiazopyr has been developed. The polarographic study of thiazopyr exhibited two well-defined cathodic peaks within the pH range of 1.0 to 8.0. The variation of pH and polarographic parameters indicated that the optimum conditions under which thiazopyr could be reduced were a pH 7.0 BR buffer solution, a reduction peak potential of ?1270 mV (vs. SCE), scan rate of 5 mV s?1, pulse amplitude of 50 mV with pulse duration of 50 ms at an ambient temperature of 25 ± 3°C. The main reduction peak was characterised by cyclic voltammetry as being irreversible and diffusion-controlled. A linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of thiazopyr was obtained in the range of 0.43–38.6 µg mL?1, with a detection limit of 0.127 µg mL?1. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of thiazopyr in spiked fruit juice and soil samples. The mean recoveries of the 19.8 µg g?1 and 3.96 µg mL?1 thiazopyr spiked to soil and orange juice were 20.2 ± 1.0 µg g?1 and 3.84 ± 0.12 µg mL?1, at 95% confidence level, respectively. The sufficiently good recoveries and low relative standard deviation (RSD) data confirm the high accuracy and precision of the proposed method. The interferences effects of several commonly used pesticides and inorganic species were also studied. In this study, some new 4,6‐dimethoxy pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized. 2‐Amino‐4,6‐dimethoxy‐5‐thiocyanatopyrimidine ( 2 ) was synthesized by a reaction of 2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxypyrimidine with KSCN and was converted into 2‐amino‐5‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐ylthio)‐4,6‐dimethoxypyrimidine ( 4 ) by treatment with NaN3 in the presence of NH4Cl in DMF. Then, 1,5‐disubstitute tetrazole compounds were obtained from 4 by the alkylation reaction. In addition, some 2‐chloro‐4,6‐dimethoxy‐5‐substitute‐pyrimidines were synthesized by the diazotization method. The structures of these compounds were established on the basis of IR, 1H NMR, APT, and HRMS spectral data and were evaluated for antibacterial activities against various bacterial strains. The results showed that some of these compounds exhibited good antibacterial activity as that of standard antibiotics Penicillin, Ampicillin, and Erythromycin. 相似文献

A GC-MS method with HP-5MS capillary column was developed for the simultaneous determination of underivatized flunitrazepam, clonazepam, alprazolam, diazepam and ketamine from drinks by extraction with chloroform: isopropanol 1:1 (v/v). All linearity ranges were between 50 and 1,000 μg mL?1 for all compounds both in beer and in peach juice. Limit of detection was between 1.3 and 34.2 μg mL?1, limit of quantification was between 3.9 and 103.8 μg mL?1, the range of recoveries was 73.0 and 112.6% for all drugs in both beverages. The reported method was sensitive, rapid, and suitable for the analysis of the spiked drinks as evidence of sexual assault and robbery phenomena. 相似文献

Abstract The synthesis and characterization of 18 novel thiosemicarbazones have been investigated as part of a research program on development of compounds with antibacterial and antioxidant activities. Among the tested compounds, 2-(4-hydroxybenzylidene)-N-[4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl]hydrazine carbothioamide (3g) and 2-(thiophen-2-ylmethylidene)-N-[4-(morpholin-4-yl)phenyl]hydrazine carbothioamide (4b) showed excellent inhibition potency at low concentration (0.5 μg/mL) against Gram-positive pathogens (Enterococcus faecalis and Staphylococcus aureus). All tested compounds were also found to possess antioxidant activity against 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical and 2,2’-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) radical cation.
