Polycrystalline hydroxyapatites Ca(10-x)REE(x)(PO(4))(6)(OH)(2-x)O(x) were synthesized and studied by X-ray powder diffraction, infrared absorption, diffuse-reflectance spectroscopy, and thermogravimetry. The solubility limits x(max) of rare earth elements (REE) in Ca hydroxyapatites decreases with an increasing REE atomic number from x(max) = 2.00 for La, Pr, and Nd to x(max) = 0.20 for Yb at 1100 °C. Refinements of X-ray diffraction patterns by the Rietveld method show that REE atoms substitute for Ca preferentially at the Ca(2) sites of the apatite structure. The substitution decreases the Ca(2)-O(4) atomic distances in the calcium coordination polyhedra and increases the Ca(2)-O(1,2,3) distances. This observation shows that interatomic distances depend not only on radii of the ions involved in the substitution but also on their charges.  相似文献

Considering the frightening high level of mortality from cancer, studies of anticancer agents are vital nowadays. The 24 thioderivatives of 2‐alkyl(aryl)‐quinazolin‐4(3H)‐thiones and 20 thioderivatives of [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐c]quinazoline‐2‐thiones were synthesized and evaluated for preliminary in vitro anticancer activity with subsequent in silico QSAR analysis. The substance 18 had the best results inhibiting growth of eight cancer cell lines: CCRF‐CEM of leukemia; SF‐539, SNB‐75, and U251 of CNS cancer; 786, RXF393, and UO‐31 of renal cancer; and MDA‐MB‐231/ATCC of breast cancer (?31.50 – 47.41% of cell growth) with low procancer effect. Calculated QSAR‐models for CCRF‐CEM of leukemia, T‐47D and HS 578T of breast cancer, and mean cell growth demonstrated good rate of anticancer activity prediction (r2 = 0.7 – 0.8,  = 0.5 – 0.7).  相似文献

Anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) is a cytokine of transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) superfamily able to induce apoptosis in cells bearing specific AMH type II receptors (AMHRII). AMHRII is overexpressed in some malignant cells, so at present recombinant AMH (rAMH) is considered as a new candidate antineoplastic drug. The use of rAMH may be especially effective in case of such severe diseases as ovarian, prostate and breast cancer. However, the development of a new drug is hampered by the laboriousness of obtaining highly purified rAMH and by the lack of data about the pharmacological characteristics of rAMH derivatives. In this work, we obtained preparations of prohormone, half-cleaved rAMH and a C-terminal fragment of rAMH, which was confirmed by qualitative and quantitative analyses. To obtain rAMH and its derivatives we used a previously developed highly effective producer strain containing the optimized human AMH gene. The production process has been divided into several stages: (a) rAMH biosynthesis in the bioreactor; (b) culture media preparation; (c) purification of rAMH and its derivatives using immunoaffinity chromatography and reversed-phase HPLC; (d) identification of the purified proteins by immunoblotting and analytical reversed-phase HPLC; and (e) evaluation of the hormone forms activity. The obtained proteins may be used in preclinical trials and in vitro study of rAMH derivatives properties.  相似文献

Interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN) of polyurethane and polyurethane acrylate were obtained. A small-angle x-ray scattering technique was used to study the character of the microheterogeneities in IPN and their variation with composition. It was shown that IPN formation is accompanied by phase separation of constituent components. On the basis of experimental data, which involved the mean square of fluctuations of electron densities in IPN, scattering intensity extrapolated to the zero angle, thickness of the transition layer between two phases, degrees of component segregation and diffuseness of phase boundary, degree of miscibility of components on the molecular level, specific inner surface, and the extent of the heterogeneous regions and their mean radius were determined. Parameters that characterize the intensity of microphase separation are dependent on composition: at a higher content of PUA the segregation degree is higher than that of low content. The dimensions of the heterogeneous regions, which extend from one network to the matrix of the other, depend on the composition of IPN and changes most sharply in the range of mean composition due to phase inversion. Thickness of the transition layer ranges from 20 to 40 Å.  相似文献

Precipitated γ-alumina support was decorated with Mn(acac)3 by incipient wetness impregnation with toluene solutions containing Mn(acac)3 in amount equivalent to loading of 0.35, 0.74, 1.38, 2.38 and 3.50 Mn(acac)3 moleculs per nm2 of the support. In order to evaluate the mechanism of Mn(acac)3 interaction with the surface of γ-alumina support and subsequent transformations of the supported Mn(acac)3 species, oxidative thermolysis of Mn(acac)3/Al2O3 samples in air was studied by diffuse reflectance FTIR, thermogravimetric analysis (TG/DTG), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and XRD. It has been found out that decoration of γ-Al2O3 support with Mn(acac)3 results in the formation of surface bound Mn(acac)3−x species when Mn(acac)3 loading does not exceed 1.38 Mn(acac)3/nm2. At higher Mn(acac)3 loading the formation of the supported bulk-like Mn(acac)3 species also occurs. The interaction of Mn(acac)3 molecules with the support surface occurs via substitution of acetylacetonate ligand(s) with the oxygen atom of surface hydroxyl group(s) accompanied by elimination of acetylacetone molecules. The evolved acetylacetone reacts with the alumina surface that results in the formation of surface Al(acac)3−x species. The oxidative thermolysis of Mn(acac)3−x species on the surface of γ-alumina proceeds via partial elimination of acetylacetonate ligands and partial oxidation of the remaining ligands without destruction of their cyclic structure within 425-550 K. The complete oxidative destruction of acetylacetonate ligands takes place within 600-700 K and results in the formation of manganese oxide species on the alumina surface. The dispersed surface manganese oxide species originate upon the oxidative thermolysis of the surface bound Mn(acac)3−x species while crystalline Mn2O3 phase results from the supported bulk-like Mn(acac)3 species.  相似文献
