We have developed a method for synthesis of N-(3-clzloro-2-quinoxalyl)sulfonamides by reaction of 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline with substituted arylsufonamides. Based on the IR spectra, we have established that in the solid state, the synthesized compounds exist in the form of amide tautomers. Alkylation of these compounds leads to N-metliyl-N-(3-chloro-2-quinoxalyl)arylsulfonamides. We demonstrate the possibility of nucleophilic substitution of the halogen upon treatment with O- and N-nucleophiles. The invariant differential cross section, the tensor analyzing power A yy , and the vector analyzing power A y for the reaction 9Be(d, p)X are measured at an initial deuteron momentum of 4.5 GeV/c and a proton detection angle of about 80 mrad. The data obtained for the differential cross section are consistent with the results of measurements at 3.5 and 5.78 GeV/c and a proton emission angle of 2.5°. The values found for the tensor analyzing power A yy are compared with similar data obtained previously for the deuteron-fragmentation process occurring on a carbon target at various values of the initial deuteron momentum and leading to proton emission at zero angle. The data on the differential cross section for the reaction 9Be(d, p)X can be satisfactorily described within the relativistic impulse approximation by using standard deuteron wave functions; however, the approach based on this conceptual framework proves to be inadequate in dealing with data on the tensor analyzing power. These results indicate that it is necessary either to change the method for describing the relativistic deuteron or to take into account additional mechanisms.  相似文献

A new method for the synthesis of pseudo-cross-conjugated mesomeric betainic heterocyclic compounds with an angular nitrogen atom has been developed consisting in the reaction of 1,4-dielectrophile — -carbethoxy-2-(3-chloro)quinoxalylacetonitrile with azoles. Experimental regularities have been studied and a reaction mechanism has been proposed including the stage of formation of an ylide from a quaternary azolium salt. The reaction of -substituted 2-quinoxalylacetonitriles with 1-alkyl(aryl)imidazoles, -benzimidazoles, -1,2,4-triazoles and 5,6-dihydroimidazo[i,j]quinoline was studied. It was found that during the course of the reaction an unusually easy dealkylation of the azole ring takes place, while the aryl substituent is not split off. A reaction mechanism has been proposed including the formation of an ylide intermediate, followed by subsequent electrophilic attack on the C(2) position of the azolium ring. The effect of salts on the behavior of aqueous solutions of poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone), which is known to show no thermal sensitivity in the absence of additives, has been studied. The introduction of some salts, for example, KF, KH2PO4, K2CO3, and Na2SO4, leads to the occurrence of phase transitions. The corresponding phase transition temperatures depend on the nature and concentration of salts. Even moderate concentrations (0.3–0.6 mol/l) of the most active salts (K2CO3 and Na2SO4) are shown to reduce the phase transition temperature to 10–20°C.  相似文献

The process of macropore formation in silicon electrodes has been investigated by electrochemical etching. The stationary distribution of the concentration of non-equilibrium holes with thickness of n-Si films on irradiation with strongly absorbed light on the side opposite to the semiconductor-electrolyte contact has been calculated. A regime for irradiation of the semiconductor anode and the electric field intensity during pore formation which provides a stationary concentration of holes at the extremities of the macropores has been determined. The relation of the diameters of cylindrical pores to the extent of doping of n-Si with additives (to the lifetime of non-equilibrium charge carrier) has been studied.
