Infrared and Raman spectra were recorded for cis-3,4-difluorocyclobutene (cDFCB) and trans-3,4-difluorocyclobutene-d4. Unscaled density functional theory (DFT) calculations of frequencies and intensities at the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level supported the complete assignment of the vibrational fundamentals. The previous assignment of fundamentals of trans-3,4-difluorocyclobutene was revised. An unusual blue shift occurs for the methylenic CH-stretching frequencies of cis-3,4-difluorocyclobutene in going from the gas phase to the liquid phase. This hydrogen bond effect is related to similar observations recently reported and interpreted. The blue shift does not occur for the vinylic CH bonds of the cis isomer and does not occur for either type of CH bond in the trans isomer.  相似文献

采用两段式催化气化方式研究了生物质热解气化过程中碱金属的挥发对Ni基催化剂活性的影响。实验结果表明,负载K盐的纤维素水蒸气催化气化过程中,K挥发后会在催化剂表面沉积,而少量K的存在和表面沉积不但能够提高镍基催化剂的抗积炭能力,而且有助于提高其催化活性,产生更多的氢气。然而纤维素中K的浓度过大,将会抑制Ni基催化剂的效果;K在催化剂上的沉积随催化剂循环次数的增加而增加,K的含量愈高,对催化剂的抑制效果愈明显,从而缩短了催化剂的使用寿命。  相似文献

针对EAST上2.45GHz低杂波,完成了低杂波平行波数测量磁探针的设计、仿真与测试。利用有限元仿真软件COMSOL Multiphysics 5.2对磁探针尺寸进行仿真优化,确定了单匝环、矩形缝以及陶瓷片厚度等影响磁探针耦合性能的关键尺寸。测试结果表明,该磁探针对2.45GHz低杂波有良好的耦合性能和鉴别波极化的能力,与仿真结果一致。研究结果为EAST装置上低杂波平行波数测量诊断系统的建立提供重要的参考依据,从而为进一步开展高密度低杂波电流驱动实验研究提供必要的实验数据。  相似文献

Phase-alternated compositeπ/2 pulses have been constructed for spinI=1 to overcome quadrupole interaction effects in solid state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Magnus expansion approach is used to design these sequences in a manner similar to the NMR coherent averaging theory. It is inferred that the symmetric phase-alternated compositeπ/2 pulses reported here are quite successful in producing quadrupole echo free from phase distortions. This effectiveness of the present composite pulses is due to the fact that most of them are of shorter durations as compared to the ones reported in literature. In this theoretical procedure, irreducible spherical tensor operator formalism is employed to simplify the complexity involved in the evaluation of Magnus expansion terms. It has been argued in this paper that compositeπ/2 pulse sequences for this purpose can also be derived from the broadband inversionπ pulses which are designed to compensate electric field gradient (efg) inhomogeneity in spinI=1 nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) spectroscopy.  相似文献

A general, nanosecond equilibrium method is described for determining thermodynamically meaningful oxidation potentials in organic media for compounds that form highly reactive cation radicals upon one-electron oxidation. The method provides oxidation potentials with unusually high precision and accuracy. Redox ladders have been constructed of appropriate reference compounds in dichloromethane and in acetonitrile that can be used to set up electron-transfer equilibria with compounds with unknown oxidation potentials. The method has been successfully applied to determining equilibrium oxidation potentials for a series of aryl-alkylcyclopropanes, whose oxidation potentials were imprecisely known previously. Structure-property trends for oxidation potentials of the cyclopropanes are discussed.  相似文献

Matrix assisted inlet ionization (MAII) is a method in which a matrix:analyte mixture produces mass spectra nearly identical to electrospray ionization without the application of a voltage or the use of a laser as is required in laserspray ionization (LSI), a subset of MAII. In MAII, the sample is introduced by, for example, tapping particles of dried matrix:analyte into the inlet of the mass spectrometer and, therefore, permits the study of conditions pertinent to the formation of multiply charged ions without the need of absorption at a laser wavelength. Crucial for the production of highly charged ions are desolvation conditions to remove matrix molecules from charged matrix:analyte clusters. Important factors affecting desolvation include heat, vacuum, collisions with gases and surfaces, and even radio frequency fields. Other parameters affecting multiply charged ion production is sample preparation, including pH and solvent composition. Here, findings from over 100 compounds found to produce multiply charged analyte ions using MAII with the inlet tube set at 450?°C are presented. Of the compounds tested, many have ?COH or ?CNH2 functionality, but several have neither (e.g., anthracene), nor aromaticity or conjugation. Binary matrices are shown to be applicable for LSI and solvent-free sample preparation can be applied to solubility restricted compounds, and matrix compounds too volatile to allow drying from common solvents. Our findings suggest that the physical properties of the matrix such as its morphology after evaporation of the solvent, its propensity to evaporate/sublime, and its acidity are more important than its structure and functional groups.  相似文献

Results from extensive 70 ns all-atom molecular dynamics simulations of catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) enzyme are reported. The simulations were performed with explicit TIP3P water and Mg2?+ ions. Four different crystal structures of COMT, with and without different ligands, were used. These simulations are among the most extensive of their kind and as such served as a stability test for such simulations. On the methodological side we found that the initial energy minimization procedure may be a crucial step: particular hydrogen bonds may break, and this can initiate an irreversible loss of protein structure that becomes observable in longer time scales of the order of tens of nanoseconds. This has important implications for both molecular dynamics and quantum mechanics–molecular mechanics simulations.  相似文献

Observations show that there are two sources of positron annihilation radiation from the region of the Galactic Center: a variable, compact source at or near the Galactic Center and a steady, diffuse source in the galactic disk. We suggest that the annihilating positrons responsible for the variable, annihilation line radiation, observed from 1977 through 1979, result from photon-photon pair production, most likely around an accreting black hole, and that the annihilating, interstellar positrons, responsible for the steady, diffuse galactic annihilation radiation, result from the decay of radionuclei produced by thermonuclear burning in supernovae.  相似文献

In this work, ion-selective electrodes for calcium ion were investigated. Two ionophores were used in the membranes: ETH 1001 and ETH 129. An internal filling solution buffered for primary ion was used that allowed the lower detection limit to be decreased down to 10−8.8 M. Theoretical and experimental electrode characteristics pertaining to both primary and interfering ions are discussed. Better behavior was obtained with the electrode prepared with ETH 129 in the membrane. This electrode would be the most likely candidate for obtaining a low Ca2+ detection limit in measurements performed with high K+, Na+, Mg2+ background, which is found inside the cells of living organisms, for example. The potentiometric response of the electrode in solutions containing main and interfering ions is in good agreement with simulated curves obtained using the Nernst–Planck–Poisson (NPP) model.  相似文献
