完备流形上带位势的热核估计

在完备非紧流形上获得了关于带位势热方程正解的梯度估计；接着，利用测地线的技巧获得了Harnack不等式；进一步，建立了两个积分不等式，综合Harnack不等式获得了热核的上下界；最后，利用函数的结果来控制p形式的热核。     

Small Peptides Catalyzed Direct Aldol Reactions of Aldehydes with Hydroxyacetone with Regiocontrol in Aqueous Media

Very recently, we[1] found that L-proline amides and dipeptides acted as efficient catalysts for the asymmetric direct aldol reaction. We report here that L-proline-based peptides 1～5 can catalyze the aldol reactions of hydroxyacetone with aldehydes 6 in aqueous media, to give 1,4-diols (7), the disfavored products with either aldolase or L-proline. Both peptides 3 and 4 give good results.

Activity Essential Residue Analysis of Taxoid 10β-O-Acetyl Transferase for Enzymatic Synthesis of Baccatin

Taxoid 10β-O-acetyl transferase (DBAT) is a key enzyme in the biosynthesis of the famous anticancer drug paclitaxel, which catalyses the formation of baccatin III from 10-deacetylbaccatin III (10-DAB). However, the activity essential residues of the enzyme are still unknown, and the acylation mechanism from its natural substrate 10-deacetylbaccatin III and acetyl CoA to baccatin III remains unclear. In this study, the homology modelling, molecular docking, site-directed mutagenesis, and kinetic parameter determination of the enzyme were carried out. The results showed that the enzyme mutant DBAT^H162A resulted in complete loss of enzymatic activity, suggesting that the residue histidine at 162 was essential to DBAT activity. Residues D166 and R363 which were located in the pocket of the enzyme by homology modelling and molecular docking were also important for DBAT activity through the site-directed mutations. Furthermore, four amino acid residues including S31 and D34 from motif SXXD, D372 and G376 from motif DFGWG also played important roles on acylation. This was the first report of the elucidation of the activity essential residues of DBAT, making it possible for the further structural-based re-design of the enzyme for efficient biotransformation of baccatin III and paclitaxel.     

基于Demons算法改进的图像去噪模型研究

在Demons算法的基础上, 将扩散过程看作图像配准, 建立一种新的基于图像配准的Demons 去噪模型. 实验表明, 该模型去噪效果优于经典的Perona-Malik模型, 排除了模型的病态性. 考虑到新模型在图像去噪过程中仅靠梯度信息表示图像的局部特征还不完善, 故将水平集曲率作为控制图像结构的驱动力因素引入到此模型中, 提出了一种新的梯度和曲率双重驱动力的图像去噪模型. 分析和仿真结果表明, 两种新模型都可有效抑制噪声, 清晰度也有明显的提高, 其中双重驱动力的图像去噪模型去噪效果更具优越性.     

Small peptides catalyze highly enantioselective direct aldol reactions of aldehydes with hydroxyacetone: unprecedented regiocontrol in aqueous media

[reaction: see text] L-Proline-based small peptides have been developed as efficient catalysts for the asymmetric direct aldol reactions of hydroxyacetone with aldehydes. Chiral 1,4-diols 7, which are disfavored products in similar aldol reactions catalyzed by either aldolases or L-proline, were obtained in high yields and enantioselectivities of up to 96% ee with peptides 3 and 4 in aqueous media.     

Enantioselective Michael addition of anthrone to nitroalkenes catalyzed by bifunctional thiourea-tertiary amines

A highly bifunctional thiourea-tertiary amine-catalyzed enantioselective Michael addition reaction of anthrone to a wide variety of nitroalkenes has been developed, and the corresponding adducts were obtained smoothly in high yields (up to 97%) and good enantioselectivities (up to 94% ee).     

TODGA/[C_2mim][NTf_2]萃取Th~(4+)

研究了N,N,N′,N′-四辛基-3-氧戊二酰胺(TODGA)溶于疏水性离子液体咪唑类离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐([C2mim][NTf2])中对硝酸水溶液体系中四价钍离子(Th4+)的萃取行为。详细考察了接触时间、酸度、Th4+浓度、TODGA浓度、温度对TODGA/[C2mim][NTf2]体系萃取性能的影响。作为对比,我们还考察了TODGA在传统有机溶剂异辛烷中对Th4+的萃取。结果表明:TODGA/[C2mim][NTf2]体系对Th4+的萃取是吸热反应,且在50℃下,能在5 min内达到平衡。萃取体系随着酸度对Th4+的萃取性能先降后增大;Th4+浓度的增大,TODGA浓度的降低,对Th4+的萃取性能下降。TODGA在离子液体萃取体系中比在有机体系中有更好的Th4+萃取效果,特别是在低酸条件下。通过萃取机理研究,推测出在低酸下萃取反应是离子交换且TODGA与Th4+配比为2∶1,在高酸下萃取是中性配位。     

基于梯度与曲率相结合的图像平滑模型的研究

在图像处理过程中, 为了在图像去噪时更好地保留图像边缘细节信息, 首先结合扩散系数和曲率的性质建立了一个曲率平滑模型. 考虑到图像受到噪声污染时曲率会发生显著变化, 将图像的水平集曲率作为一个检测因子代入到上述模型中, 提出了一个梯度与曲率相结合的新模型. 分析与仿真结果表明, 该模型与Perona-Malik模型相比较保留了更多的图像信息, 有效地增强了图像尖锐的边缘, 同时很好地保持了图像的直线和曲线边缘、角点、斜坡和小尺度特征, 是一个理想的模型.     

铜-钼源漏电极对非晶氧化铟镓锌薄膜晶体管性能的改善

在铜(Cu)和非晶铟镓锌氧化物(a-IGZO)之间插入30 nm厚的钼(Mo)接触层, 制备了具有Cu-Mo源漏电极的a-IGZO薄膜晶体管(TFT). Mo接触层不仅能够抑制Cu与a-IGZO有源层之间的扩散, 而且提高了Cu电极与玻璃基底以及栅极绝缘层的结合强度. 制备的Cu-Mo结构TFT与纯Cu 结构TFT相比, 具有较高的迁移率(～9.26 cm²·V^-1·s^-1)、更短的电流传输长度(～0.2 μm)、更低的接触电阻(～1072 Ω)和有效接触电阻率(～1×10^-4Ω·cm²), 能够满足TFT 阵列高导互联的要求.
