The qualitative composition of the mixture of diterpene alkaloids from the roots ofAconitum septentrionale from various growth sites has been studied. Twenty-one bases have been detected. The mass-spectrometric method of multipeak monitoring has been used for the rapid checking of the amounts of the main component and seven subsidiary components. Hydrogen exchange in intramolecular cycloalkylation of 2-methyl-4-phenyl-2-butanol (I) and 2-methyl-5-phenyl-2-pentanol (II) in the presence of 85% D2SO4 has been studied. The product 1,1-dimethylindane(III) is shown to contain deuterium in both aromatic ring and polymethylene fragment, whereas 1,1-dimethyltetralin (IV) contains deuterium only in the aromatic ring. A probable mechanism of the reaction is discussed.

Three new guaipyridine sesquiterpene alkaloids, rupestine A, B, C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), and the new nor‐sesquiterpne alkaloid rupestine D ( 4 ) were obtained from the flowers of Artemisia rupestris L. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of sepectroscopic data and by comparison with those of the related compounds reported in the literature. In addition, the absolute configurations of 2 and 4 were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

A study of boron behavior and its distribution in boron doped iron-, nickel- and aluminum-base alloys subjected to various treatment conditions has been performed. For this purpose a technique based on the detection of 10B(n,)7Li reaction products with track etch detectors has been applied. High boron enrichment of grain boundaries of both iron base and ingot nickel base alloys has been observed. After hot and then cold rolling of the latter specimens boron rearrangement along with the proper deformation of the structure took place. Striation of boron in a hot rolled aluminum alloy along the rolling direction has been observed.  相似文献

From the roots of Aconitum septentrionale Koelle we have isolated the new nor- and bisnorditerpenoid alkaloids septerine (1) and septefine (2), each containing a N-methylanthraniloyl fragment. Their structures have been established from IR-, mass-, and PMR-spectral results.
