In this paper, the effect of bismuth doping on the structural, morphological, optical and electrical properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) films has been investigated. The undoped and bismuth doped CZTS films (0, 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2 mol%) were deposited on glass substrates by solution based method. The XRD result shows a significant improvement in the crystallinity of the films with increase in bismuth concentration. The Raman spectra of the films show the dominant peak at 334 cm–1 corresponding to A1 vibrational mode of CZTS kesterite phase. The FESEM micrographs of the films show an enhancement in the grain size and densification with the addition of bismuth ion concentration. The optical bandgap of the films was found to vary (1.59–1.40 eV) with the doping of bismuth ions. The IV characteristics indicate twofold increment in the photoconductivity for the bismuth doped CZTS films under 100 mW/cm2 illumination suggesting their potential application in photovoltaic devices. An efficient three-step synthesis of 2-halo-3-aryl-4(3H)-quinazoliniminium halides from commercially available materials is described. Upon reaction with hydrogen halides, generated in situ from a Lewis acid (MX) and trace water, a variety of easily accessible heteroenyne-allenes underwent facile intramolecular cyclization to afford the title compounds in good yields. The method is highly versatile and provides a general way to construct quinazoliniminium ring systems with a variety of different substitutions.  相似文献

The current density–voltage (JV) behavior of polymer PDY 132 thin films has been investigated in hole-only device configuration, viz., ITO/poly(ethylene-dioxthiophene):polystyrenesulphonate (PEDOT:PSS)/PDY 132/Au, as a function of polymer (PDY) film thickness (150 nm and 200 nm) and temperature (290–90 K). Hole current density was found to follow two distinct modes of conduction, (i) low electric field region I: ohmic conduction where slope 1, and (ii) intermediate and high electric field region II: non ohmic conduction where slope 2. Region I has been attributed to the transport of intrinsic background charge carriers while region II has been found to be governed by space charge limited currents (SCLC) with hole mobility strongly dependent on electric field and temperature. The respective hole transport parameters determined from the SCLC regime, μp0 is 3.7×10?3m2/Vs, μp(0,T) is 3.7×10?8m2/Vs, and zero field activation energy (Δ0) of 0.48 eV is obtained.  相似文献

Number of bonds formed by sharing an electron pair between two atoms is not restricted to one, it can go beyond four and six is the maximum. While homopolar sextuple bond in Mo2 and W2 has been reported, such a high bond order in heteropolar diatomics has remained elusive. In the pursuit of the sextuple bond in polar diatomics, the present study depicts the existence of such multiple bonds in Rhodium-Scandium hetero-diatom based on relativistic quantum chemical calculations. [4?+?2]-Photocycloadditions of benzo[b]thiophene-2,3-dione with electron-rich and electron-deficient alkenes have been described. Olefins preferentially add at both carbonyl groups to give the head-to-head [4?+?2] cycloadducts, i.e., dioxanes only. Comprehensive molecular orbital calculations at DFT-B3LYP level have been carried out to address the mechanism as well as regiochemical course of the reaction.  相似文献

Epoxy/poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) interpenetrating polymer network gels were prepared by varying the excess amine content in the matrix (0.4–0.6 equivalent). All the samples were characterized for mechanical properties and swelling in distilled water. The topography of polymer network was characterized by atomic force microscopy. The 0.5 equiv. excess amine sample exhibited optimum properties. Studies on swelling at different pH and electroactivity in different aqueous solution were performed. The bending angle observed during first 1 min was 1–5° at 3–10 V and a maximum of 25° in 5 min at 20 V for 0.5 equiv. excess amine in NaCl solution. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

We demonstrate a novel, polarization-insensitive scheme for multiwavelength nonreturn-to-zero to return-to-zero format conversion at 10 Gb/s rate with significant timing-jitter suppression and signal-to-noise ratio improvement. The scheme utilizes a self-starting electroabsorption-modulator based optoelectronic oscillator that simultaneously generates a 10 GHz-rate microwave signal and a train of 15 ps-wide optical pulses with 40 fs timing jitter (100–10 MHz range). Under direct optical injection locking of the oscillator with an incoming data stream, we demonstrate the extraction of a high-quality clock that enables in-line format conversion of multiple, synchronized nonreturn-to-zero channels.  相似文献
