For either of the two reflection spectra of cadmium difluoride that are known from experiments, a complete set of the fundamental optical functions is calculated in the energy range 4–45 eV with the Kramers-Kronig relationships. The basic features of the optical spectra are established, and a hypothesis for their origin is suggested based on the known theoretical results for the band structure.  相似文献

The software developed within the framework of the MCU project which implements the Monte Carlo method for solving the transport equations for various kinds of radiation is widely used for calculating nuclear reactors of different types. The final version of MCU-5 is described. The developed libraries of constants are briefly described, and the potentialities of the MCU-5 package modules and the executable codes compiled from them are characterized. The bands, state densities N(E), and permittivity are theoretically found for TlCl crystals. On the basis of the experimental characteristic electron loss spectra, the spectra of the complete set of optical functions including permittivity and bulk electron loss spectra are calculated and decomposed into components. A comparative analysis of the techniques of laser isotope separation in monatomic vapors is presented. The restraints inherent in the conventional isotope separation technique AVLIS (atomic vapor laser isotope separation) are discussed as applied to the large-scale production of various isotopes. The requirements that should be met by the chemical reactions are formulated for the use of these reactions in isotope separation. Results are presented of a measurement of density and temperature on the stagnation line of a cylinder in cross flow at Mach number M=5, Knudsen number Kn=0.06?0.33, and with temperature factor varying from 1 to 0.11. The effect of degree of rarefaction and the temperature factor on the structure of the perturbed region ahead of the cylinder has been investigated.  相似文献

A method for the synthesis of previously unknown pyrido[3´,2´:4,5]thieno[3,2-c]isoquinolin-5(6H)-ones was suggested, which includes a condensation reaction of substituted 3-cyanopyridine-2(1H)-thiones with methyl 2-(chloromethyl)benzoate and subsequent treatment of the condensation products with potassium tert-butoxide. The oxidation of the condensation products to sulfoxides or sulfones and subsequent treatment of these compounds with potassium tert-butoxide led to substituted pyrido[3´,2´:4,5]thieno[3,2-c]isoquinolin-5(6H)-one 11-oxides or substituted pyrido[3´,2´:4,5]thieno[3,2-c]isoquinolin-5(6H)-one 11,11-dioxides.

The physical aspects of the formation of an ion marker in a low-density gas jet are examined. The properties of the method of measuring velocity by using a known base of two double probes to record the flight time of a marker are studied.
