We analysed the triacylglycerol, tocopherol and sterol composition of hazelnut oil, olive oil and their mixtures (90% olive oil with 10% hazelnut oil, 70% olive with 30% hazelnut oil and 50% olive oil with 50% hazelnut oil). The main triacylglycerols were 1,2,3-trioleylglycerol, 2,3-dioleyl-1-palmitoylglycerol, 2,3-dioleyl-1-linoleylglycerol and 2,3-dioleyl-1-stearoylglycerol. Non-saponfiable compounds (tocopherols and sterols) were derivatised as O-trimethylsilyl ethers. Alpha-tocopherol was the main vitamin E isomer in all samples; however, small amounts of beta-tocopherol and gamma-tocopherol were also found. Beta-sitosterol and delta5-avenasterol were the principal sterols in all samples; campesterol and stigmasterol were minor sterol compounds in all samples. Obtusifoliol, which was a major sterol in olive oil and oil mixtures, was not found in hazelnut oil. The discriminant analysis showed that hazelnut oil, olive oil and oil mixtures were clearly separated according to their triacylglycerol composition. 相似文献

The effect of pH on the interfacial adsorption activity of pulmonary surfactant was examined. Measurements of the surface tension were made in a Wilhelmy-like surface microbalance specially designed to assay small volumes of hypophase in thermostatically controlled conditions. Alkaline pH caused a significant decrease of the surface activity of both pulmonary surfactant and a lipid extract from surfactant (LES) (containing all of the lipids and surfactant protein-B (SP-B) and surfactant protein-C (SP-C) hydrophobic surfactant proteins, but lacking surfactant protein-A). The pK calculated from the change of surface activity versus pH was 9.18±0.26 and 9.27±0.31 for pulmonary surfactant and LES, respectively. The results from this study support the idea that electrostatic interactions between basic residues of SP-B and SP-C and negatively charged surfactant phospholipids could be important for the interfacial adsorption activity of pulmonary surfactant. 相似文献

Liquid chromatography coupled with ionspray mass spectrometry in the tandem mode (LC/MS/MS) with negative ion detection was used for the identification of a variety of phenolic compounds in a cocoa sample. Gradient elution with water and acetonitrile, both containing 0.1% HCOOH, was used. Standard solutions of 31 phenolic compounds, including benzoic and cinnamic acids and flavonoid compounds, were studied in the negative ion mode using MS/MS product ion scans. At low collisional activation, the deprotonated molecule [M - H](-) was observed for all the compounds studied. For cinnamic and benzoic acids, losses of CO(2) or formation of [M - CH(3)](-*) in the case of methoxylated compounds were observed. However, for flavonol and flavone glycosides, the spectra present both the deprotonated molecule [M - H](-) of the glycoside and the ion corresponding to the deprotonated aglycone [A - H](-). The latter ion is formed by loss of the rhamnose, glucose, galactose or arabinose residue from the glycosides. Different fragmentation patterns were observed in MS/MS experiments for flavone-C-glycosides which showed fragmentation in the sugar part. Fragmentation of aglycones provided characteristic ions for each family of flavonoids. The optimum LC/MS/MS conditions were applied to the characterization of a cocoa sample that had been subjected to an extraction/clean-up procedure which involved chromatography on Sephadex LH20 and thin-layer chromatographic monitoring. In addition to compounds described in the literature, such as epicatechin and catechin, quercetin, isoquercitrin (quercetin-3-O-glucoside) and quercetin-3-O-arabinose, other compounds were identified for the first time in cocoa samples, such as hyperoside (quercetin-3-O-galactoside), naringenin, luteolin, apigenin and some O-glucosides and C-glucosides of these compounds. 相似文献

Ultrasonic transducers made with 1-3 connectivity piezocomposites are frequently used in Medical applications and nondestructive testing. When the transducer is used for special applications as, for instance air-coupled transmission, it is necessary to compensate for the high difference of acoustic impedance between transducer and medium using high amplitude pulses to generate high acoustic signal. Thus, the nonlinear behavior of the transducer must be taken into account in similar application conditions. The newly developed method, which performs the nonlinear characterization with burst signal excitation near the thickness resonance frequency, is based on the measure of the current as well as the vibration velocity of the piezocomposite transducer. The current of the stationary response is measured before the end of the burst signal excitation. Burst excitation enables us to measure the nonlinear characterization without producing overheating in the transducers. The amplitude level dependence of mechanical losses tandelta(m) and the stiffness increases |Deltac/c(0)| have been studied, as well as the velocity dependence of a point of the transducer, measured with a laser vibrometer. In this method, the power level applied to the transducers can be higher than other nonlinear measurement methods, providing measurements of high accuracy. 相似文献

A comparative study is carried out between the nonlinear behavior of a composite and the piezoceramic used to obtain it. This characterization is necessary for using the composite in power transducer applications. A study of the losses and the resonator stiffness variations has also been done. Both these effects, as well as the possibility of the frequency hysteresis, show different behavior in the composites, since the increases in the ceramics are different from those in the composites. In this study two measurement methods are used: principally the motional impedance increase with the motional current measurements. The results obtained are normalized in order to make them independent of the resonator size, and thus make the comparison between the composite and the ceramic easier. The figure of the mechanical loss tangent tan delta m versus the mean strain shows that the losses can be greater in the ceramic than in the composite for soft ceramics. The dependence behavior of the losses and stiffness variations versus the mean strain is studied for both resonators. 相似文献

This article presents recent developments on the use of inorganic nanoparticles (NPs) for environmental remediation in polluted soil, water and gas. The number of publications on these topics has grown exponentially in recent years, especially those focused on wastewater treatment. Among these topics, removal of metals has become the most popular, although some works relate to the use of nanomaterials for the elimination of nutrients (e.g., nitrogen and some persistent organic pollutants). However, this growth has not been accompanied by knowledge about the behavior of NPs once used and released into the environment. In this article, we also comment upon the current situation with respect to NP toxicology (nanotoxicology). A remarkable number of different toxicology tests has been applied to NPs, often making it very difficult to interpret or to generalize the results. We analyze in detail the bioluminescence, Daphnia magna and other tests, and give some preliminary results obtained in our work. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound has been determined. Crystals of [HgC12{μ-S(CH2)3NH(CH3)2}] are monoclinic, space group P21/n, with a = 10.136(2), b = 6.519(1), c = 15.940(6) Å and β = 97.20(3)°. The structure consists of (---Hg---S---)n helicoidal chains linked by hydrogen bonding, which give rise to chemically unconnected layers along the (
02) planes. Each mercury is tetrahedrally coordinated to two terminal chlorine atoms and two bridging sulphur atoms. Assignments of νas(SHgS) and νs(SHgS) for this complex and its isostructural bromine analogue, and of νs(C1HgC1) and νs(BrHgBr) from IR and Raman spectroscopy are reported. Comparison of Hg---S frequencies with those reported for closely related compounds as well as correlation with Hg---S bond distances are made. 相似文献
