Samples of yttrium oxide doped with trivalent europium have been prepared by ceramic techniques, under different synthesis conditions; barium chloride (BaCl2) and sodium tetraborate (Na2B4O7) were tested as flux. The improvement of luminescence properties in dependence on substitution of Eu3+ for Y3+ in the host lattice, under electron and UV excitations is demonstrated. The lattice parameter as a quantitative assessment of activator incorporation degree is proposed. The obtained results are discussed with respect to the employed processing method.  相似文献

Let (X,ω) be a compact complex Hermitian manifold, and let T?γ be a d-closed (1,1) almost positive current on X. A variant of Demailly's regularization-of-currents theorem states that T is the weak limit of a sequence of (1,1)-currents Tm with analytic singularities of coefficient 1/m, lying in the same cohomology class as T, whose Lelong numbers converge to those of T, and with a loss of positivity decaying to zero. We prove that if the (1,1)-form γ is assumed to be closed and C, the regularizing currents Tm can be chosen such that Tm?γ?Cm for a constant C>0 independent of m. The development of the hydration-hydrolysis processes in the 3CaOSiO2-H2O system is studied by X-ray diffraction in presence of varying contents of a new plasticizer, belonging to the lignosulphonates class. The influence of the additives upon these processes with increasing time is observed and it is shown to depend on the nature and content of the additives and the reaction time. This influence of the additives on the kinetics of the hydration-hydrolysis processes, retardation or acceleration, is due to the strong adsorption of these admixtures on the surface of the anhydrous or partially hydrated particles of the system. The influence of the additives also appears during the development of the formed hydrocompounds according to structure and composition. As a result of these complex actions provided in the forming system (3CaOSiO2-H2O), the mechanical strength is favorized mainly by certain proportions of plasticizer admixtures (0.1% LSC and 2% ADCOM).  相似文献

A model-based sensitivity analysis was performed in order to evaluate the importance of the individual operating parameters of a three-phase fluidised-bed biological reactor used for removing mercury ions from wastewater. The parameters analysed involve the immobilised biomass load (bacteria P. putida) on alginate beads, particle size, inlet flow-rate, mercury ion loads in the fed wastewater, and the solid fraction in the reactor. Predictions were generated by using pseudo-first-order, Michaelis-Menten, or pseudo-Haldane kinetic models. The results highlight the major influence of the biomass/solid load and of the liquid residence time on the reactor efficiency. Also, the resultant significant differences in the model predictions underline the importance of using a more accurate kinetic model for process design and control purposes.  相似文献

Fresnoite (Ba2TiSi2O8, BTS) nano-particles were successfully synthesized at a low temperature of 900?°C by a modified Pechini sol?Cgel process with starting materials of Ba(NO3)2, Si(OC2H5)4 and Ti(OC3H7)4. The structural characterization of the precursors and derived synthesized oxide powders is done by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermal analysis (TG-DTG) and electron microscopy (SEM, EDX and TEM) studies. The effect of heat-treating temperature on the crystallinity of the fresnoite was investigated. Combined the XRD data and the strong FTIR peaks assigned to Ti?CO and Si?CO vibration, indicate the formation of fresnoite phase at a temperature of 900?°C. Also the nano-crystals size distribution was studied and the main diameter of nanoparticles was about 47?nm.  相似文献

The mass attenuation coefficients of water, bakelite and concrete sample defined in the simulation package were obtained using the FLUKA Monte Carlo code at 59.5, 80.9, 140.5, 356.5, 661.6, 1173.2 and 1332.5 keV photon energies. The results for the mass attenuation coefficients obtained by simulation have been compared with experimental and the theoretical ones and good agreement has been observed. The results indicate that this process can be followed to determine the data on the attenuation of gamma-rays with the several energies in other materials. Also, the deposited energy by 661.6 keV photons at several thicknesses of each media was determined as being an important data for radiation shielding studies.  相似文献

Magnetic aerogels with very low volume density of ~0.2 g/cm3 were prepared by sol-gel method and supercritical drying. The resulting materials were monolithic and displayed high surface area. By X-ray diffraction and Mössbauer spectroscopy the crystalline phase formed inside the mesopores of the SiO2 matrix was identified as a spinel iron oxide. Comparison of the magnetic measurements with Mössbauer spectra at various temperatures contributed to the elucidation of the magnetic state of this nanocomposite system with restricted magnetic interactions, in particular its transition to a superparamagnetic state.  相似文献
