Previously unknown 3-arylamino-1,2-dihydro-1-isoquinolones were obtained by condensation of 2-cyanomethylbenzoic acid with arylamines. Isonicotinoylation of the compounds was shown to proceed at the carbon atom in the 4-position to give 3-arylamino-4-isonicotinoyl-1,2-dihydro-1-isoquinolones which were quaternized with alkylating agents and formed the corresponding pyridinium salts. Deprotonation of the latter induced intramolecular conjugated addition with the pyrrole ring closure and formation of spiro compounds. The structure of the products was confirmed by NMR, IR and UV spectroscopy and by synthesis of the model compound, 3-(4-tolyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-c]isoquinoline-1,5-dione.  相似文献

The reaction between basic [(PCP)Pd(H)] (PCP = 2,6-(CH2P(t-C4H9)2)2C6H4) and acidic [LWH(CO)3] (L = Cp (1a), Tp (1b); Cp = η5-cyclopentadienyl, Tp = κ3-hydridotris(pyrazolyl)borate) leads to the formation of bimolecular complexes [LW(CO)2(μ-CO)⋯Pd(PCP)] (4a, 4b), which catalyze amine-borane (Me2NHBH3, tBuNH2BH3) dehydrogenation. The combination of variable-temperature (1H, 31P{1H}, 11B NMR and IR) spectroscopies and computational (ωB97XD/def2-TZVP) studies reveal the formation of an η1-borane complex [(PCP)Pd(Me2NHBH3)]+[LW(CO3)] (5) in the first step, where a BH bond strongly binds palladium and an amine group is hydrogen-bonded to tungsten. The subsequent intracomplex proton transfer is the rate-determining step, followed by an almost barrierless hydride transfer. Bimetallic species 4 are easily regenerated through hydrogen evolution in the reaction between two hydrides.

ABSTRACT: BACKGROUND: The peri-adolescent period is a crucial developmental moment of transition from childhood to emergent adulthood. The present report analyses the differences in Power Spectrum (PS) of the Electroencephalogram (EEG) between late childhood (24 children between 8 and 13 years old) and young adulthood (24 young adults between 18 and 23 years old). RESULTS: The narrow band analysis of the Electroencephalogram was computed in the frequency range of 0--20 Hz. The analysis of mean and variance suggested that six frequency ranges presented a different rate of maturation at these ages, namely: low delta, delta-theta, low alpha, high alpha, low beta and high beta. For most of these bands the maturation seems to occur later in anterior sites than posterior sites. Correlational analysis showed a lower pattern of correlation between different frequencies in children than in young adults, suggesting a certain asynchrony in the maturation of different rhythms. The topographical analysis revealed similar topographies of the different rhythms in children and young adults. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) demonstrated the same internal structure for the Electroencephalogram of both age groups. Principal Component Analysis allowed to separate four subcomponents in the alpha range. All these subcomponents peaked at a lower frequency in children than in young adults. CONCLUSIONS: The present approaches complement and solve some of the incertitudes when the classical brain broad rhythm analysis is applied. Children have a higher absolute power than young adults for frequency ranges between 0-20 Hz, the correlation of Power Spectrum (PS) with age and the variance age comparison showed that there are six ranges of frequencies that can distinguish the level of EEG maturation in children and adults. The establishment of maturational order of different frequencies and its possible maturational interdependence would require a complete series including all the different ages.  相似文献

The fragmentations of [AA + M]+ complexes, where AA = Phe, Tyr, Trp, or His, and M is a monovalent metal (Li, Na, or Ag), have been exhaustively studied through collision-induced dissociation (CID) and through deuterium labeling. Dissociations of the Li- and Ag-containing complexes gave a large number of fragment ions; by contrast, the sodium/amino acid complexes have lower binding energies, and dissociation resulted in much simpler spectra, with loss of the entire ligand dominating. Unambiguous assignments of these fragment ions were made and formation mechanisms are proposed. Of particular interest are fragmentations in which the charge was retained on the organic fragment and the metal was lost, either as a metal hydride (AgH) or hydroxide (LiOH) or as the silver atom (Ag?).

The reactions of the octahedral dihydrido complexes [MH(2)(PP(3))] [M=Fe, Ru, Os; PP(3)=P(CH(2)CH(2)PPh(2))(3)] with a variety of weak ROH acids have been studied by IR and NMR methods in either CH(2)Cl(2) or THF in the temperature range from 190 to 290 K. This study has allowed the determination of the spectral and thermodynamic properties associated with the formation of dihydrogen bonds (DHB) between the terminal hydrides and the OH group. Both the DHB enthalpy values and the hydride basicity factors (E(j)) have been found to increase in the order Fe < Ru < Os. The proton transfer process, leading to the DHB complexes, and eventually to eta(2)-H(2) products, has been found to depend on the acidic strength of the alcohol as well as the nature of the solvent. Low temperature IR and NMR techniques have been used to trace the complete energy profile of the proton transfer process involving the osmium complex [OsH(2)(PP(3))] with trifluoroethanol.  相似文献

A convenient synthesis of intermediate 4,5‐diamino‐3‐aryl‐1‐phenylpyrazoles 4a – 4c was reported. The different cyclization reactions were carried out with chalcone, 2‐mercaptoacetic acid and p‐anisialdehyde, ethyl chloroformate, glyoxal and thiourea to afford different N and S containing heterocycles. The reaction conditions were compared by conventional heating and microwave irradiation. The structures of the cyclization products were determined by analytical and spectroscopic data. All the synthesized compounds were screened for antibacterial activities in vitro.  相似文献

The mechanism of transition-metal tetrahydroborate dimerization was established for the first time on the example of (Ph(3)P)(2)Cu(η(2)-BH(4)) interaction with different proton donors [MeOH, CH(2)FCH(2)OH, CF(3)CH(2)OH, (CF(3))(2)CHOH, (CF(3))(3)CHOH, p-NO(2)C(6)H(4)OH, p-NO(2)C(6)H(4)N═NC(6)H(4)OH, p-NO(2)C(6)H(4)NH(2)] using the combination of experimental (IR, 190-300 K) and quantum-chemical (DFT/M06) methods. The formation of dihydrogen-bonded complexes as the first reaction step was established experimentally. Their structural, electronic, energetic, and spectroscopic features were thoroughly analyzed by means of quantum-chemical calculations. Bifurcate complexes involving both bridging and terminal hydride hydrogen atoms become thermodynamically preferred for strong proton donors. Their formation was found to be a prerequisite for the subsequent proton transfer and dimerization to occur. Reaction kinetics was studied at variable temperature, showing that proton transfer is the rate-determining step. This result is in agreement with the computed potential energy profile of (Ph(3)P)(2)Cu(η(2)-BH(4)) dimerization, yielding [{(Ph(3)P)(2)Cu}(2)(μ,η(4)-BH(4))](+).  相似文献

The reaction of 2-(cyanomethyl)benzoic acid with amines RNH2 (R = Ar, Het, CH2Ar, CH2Het) leads to the formation of the corresponding 3-NHR-isoquinolin-1(2H)-ones. When R = CH2Ar and CH2Het, there is a side reaction involving hydrolysis of the hydrolytically-unstable intermediates, derivatives of 2-(2-amino-2-iminoethyl)benzoic acid, leading to 2-R-isoquinoline-1,3(2H,4H)-diones.  相似文献
