化学键合吸附剂的合成及吸附行为

在无定型硅胶上化学键合十八烷基三氯硅烷，键合率17%-20％，粒度5μm-10μm，以此键合的吸附剂可有效地吸附香烟烟气中的焦油、亚硝胺，吸附率分别为15%-18％和37%-43％，研究了化学键合吸附剂的粒度和加入量对吸附性能的影响。     

Variational electrostatic projection (VEP) methods for efficient modeling of the macromolecular electrostatic and solvation environment in activated dynamics simulations

New methods for the calculation of electrostatic interactions between the active dynamical region and surrounding external solvated macromolecular environment in hybrid quantum mechanical/molecular mechanical (QM/MM) simulations are presented. The variational electrostatic projection (VEP) method, and related variational reverse-mapping procedure (VEP-RVM) utilize an expansion in Gaussian surface elements for representation of electrostatic interactions. The use of a discretized surface that surrounds the active dynamical region greatly reduces the number of interactions with the particles of the external environment. The methods are tested on two catalytic RNA systems: the hammerhead and the hairpin ribozymes. It is shown that with surface elements numbering from 302 to 1202 points the direct VEP and VEP-RVM methods are able to obtain relative force errors in the range of 0.5-0.05% and 0.09-0.0001%, respectively, using a 4.0 A projection buffer. These results are encouraging and provide an essential step in the development of new variational macromolecular solvent-boundary methods for QM/MM calculations of enzyme reactions.     

Beta-sheet preferences from first principles

The natural amino acids have different preferences of occurring in specific types of secondary protein structure. Simulations are performed on periodic model beta-sheets of 14 different amino acids, at the level of density functional theory, employing the generalized gradient approximation. We find that the statistically observed beta-sheet propensities correlate very well with the calculated binding energies. Analysis of the calculations shows that the beta-sheet propensities are determined by the local flexibility of the individual polypeptide strands.     

笃斯茎中六种无机元素含量分析

应用原子吸收光谱法测定了内蒙古地产的笃斯茎、叶中的Cu,Fe,Zn,Mn,Ca,Mg等六种人体必需微量元素及宏量元素的含量。从而为评价笃斯的品质及其药理、药效提供了具有一定价值的数据。     

异喹啉酰肼构筑锌配合物的合成、晶体结构及其性质

采用普通溶液法合成了配合物[Zn(eiqnthz)_2]·DMF(1)和[Zn3(piqnthz)_2Cl_2]·2H_2O(2)(Heiqnthz=N,N′-乙酰异喹啉甲酰肼,H2piqnthz=N,N′-丙酰异喹啉甲酰肼)。通过X射线单晶衍射分析、X射线粉末衍射分析、红外光谱分析、热重分析以及荧光光谱分析等分析方法对2个配合物进行结构测定和性质表征。结构分析表明配合物1是单核结构,单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,锌离子周围有4个氮原子和2个氧原子与之配位,形成一个畸变的N4O2八面体构型。配合物2属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,三核结构。中心原子Zn(1)、Zn(2)、Zn(3)均为5配位,Zn(1)、Zn(3)位于分子两端并且是变形四角锥配位构型,Zn(2)位于中间形成三角双锥配位构型,整体呈V字型。荧光分析表明Heiqnthz、H2piqnthz与锌(Ⅱ)离子配位后其荧光都发生较大的红移。     

Effects of hydrophobic polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane coating on water vapour barrier and water resistance properties of paperboard

The substitution of fossil based packaging materials with materials from renewable sources is a topic of current interest. Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes with fatty acid moieties can have a renewable content of more than 90 % and are therefore called bio-POSS. In this study the bio-POSS octa-(ethyl erucamide) silsesquioxane was coated on a paperboard substrate as a liquid coating. The water resistance and the water vapour barrier properties of the paperboard were improved. Samples on which the bio-POSS coating layer was dried at 80 °C had a slightly higher water resistance and water vapour barrier than samples dried at room temperature. UV treatment of the coating layer had little effect. Solid state ¹H-NMR of UV treated coatings showed no reaction of double bonds of bio-POSS in the coating layer. Multiple coating considerably enhanced the water resistance and water vapour barrier properties of the paperboard, due to an increase in the coating thickness and a reduction in number of pores on top coated surfaces.     

A study on the real-time radiation dosimetry measurement system based on optically stimulated luminescence

The optically stimulated luminescent (OSL) radiation dosimeter technically surveys a wide dynamic measurement range and a high sensitivity.Optical fiber dosimeters provide capability for remote monitoring of the radiation in the locations which are difficult-to-acoess and hazardous.In addition.optical fiber dosimeters are immune to electrical and radio-frequency interference.In this paper,a novel remote optical fiber radiation dosimeter is described.The optical fiber dosimeter takes advantage of the charge trapping materials CaS:Ce, Sm that exhibit OSL.The measuring range of the dosimeter is from 0.1 to 100 Gy.The equipment is relatively simple and small in size,and has low power consumption.This device is suitable for measuring the space radiation dose and also can be used in high radiation dose condition and other dangerous radiation occasions.
