[3,3]-Sigmatropic rearrangements of allyl tetronates and allyl tetramates to give 3-allyltetronic or -tetramic acids, respectively, proceed within 20-60 min under microwave irradiation (300 W, 130-190 °C). Consecutive (homo)sigmatropic [1,5] H-shifts such as oxa-ene reactions are promoted less effectively, which allows the isolation of Claisen intermediates of sigmatropic domino sequences, in contrast to conventional heating.  相似文献

Three α‐phenylmalonamides have been prepared by the selective nucleophilic cleavage of 5,7‐dimethyl‐2‐phenyl‐1‐oxo‐1H‐pyrazolo[1,2‐a]pyrazol‐4‐ylium‐3‐olate in solventless microwave syntheses. The three weak nucleophiles employed were aniline, p‐chloroaniline and m‐toluidine. The α‐phenylmalonamides of these three aniline derivatives could not be prepared using the previously reported solvent syntheses via 3‐oxopyrazolo[1,2‐a]pyrazol‐8‐ylium‐1‐olates. All products were characterised using, infrared spectroscopy, 1H nmr and electrospray mass spectrometry. The single crystal X‐ray structures of the starting pyrazolo‐[1,2‐a]pyrazole and α‐phenylmalon‐m‐toluidide are also reported.  相似文献

A highly sensitive and selective liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method has been developed for the determination of epirubicin in serum and cell specimens using daunorubicin as an internal standard. Using atmospheric pressure chemical ionisation (APCI), the epirubicin metabolites were readily distinguishable by their fragmentation pattern in the mass spectrometer. Selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode was employed for quantitation of epirubicin and the metabolites. Following extraction, chromatography was performed on a C18 column with a mobile phase consisting of water-acetonitrile-formic acid, pH 3.2, with a flow rate of 200 μl/min. The limit of detection (LOD) and the limit of quantitation (LOQ) of this method in serum were determined to be 1.0 and 2.5 ng/ml, respectively. Linearity of the method was verified over the concentration range of 2.5-2000 ng/ml, with a high correlation coefficient (R2 ≥ 0.998). For the extraction procedure, an aliquot of 500 μl serum, spiked with internal standard, was extracted using a chloroform-2-isopropanol (2:1, v/v) mixture. The method has been applied to the analysis of epirubicin in cancer cell samples and the identification of known and unknown metabolites in clinical trial patient serum samples.  相似文献

The reaction of the cluster complex HCC[Co2(CO)6]CCo3(CO)9 with (or without) BrCCo3(CO)9 under Cadiot-Chodkiewicz coupling conditions gave the unusual alkynyl carboxamide complex C2H5N(H)C(O)CC[Co2(CO)6]CCo3(CO)9 rather than a coupled product containing two tricobalt cluster units. Steric demands imposed by the Co3 cluster allow attack at the least hindered alkyne carbon and stabilise the formed ynamine, so allowing subsequent CO insertion. The product has been characterised by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

We report the estimation of random errors in the refinement of the rigid body displacements of the -helices of the enzyme 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase. Least-squares refinement of the TLS parameters of the helices has been carried out using X-ray reflection data of 2.1 Å resolution, resulting in anR-factor of 19.5%. Standard deviations were estimated from the normal matrix. The results show that the translational mean-square displacements of nearly all the helices are significant at this resolution. However the libration parameters are only significant when the helices have at least four turns. Screw-rotation tensor values cannot be determined at this resolution.  相似文献

High yield syntheses for 1,2-, 1,3-, and 1,4-xylyl distibines (1,2-C6H4(CH2SbMe2)2, 1,3-C6H4(CH2SbMe2)2, 1,4-C6H4(CH2SbMe2)2, respectively) from Me2SbCl (conveniently made in situ from Me2PhSb and HClgas) and the appropriate di-Grignard are reported. The 1,3- and 1,4-phenylene distibines, 1,3-C6H4(SbMe2)2 and 1,4-C6H4(SbMe2)2, were made similarly. The new ligands have been characterised by mass spectrometry, 1H and 13C[1H] NMR spectroscopy, and by the preparation of methiodide derivatives. The crystal structures of 1,4-C6H4(CH2SbMe2)2 and [1,3-C6H4(CH2SbMe3)2]I2 have been determined. The synthesis of 1,2-C6H4(CH2SbPh2)2 has been achieved similarly in modest yield and the distibine converted into the tetra-iodo-derivative 1,2-C6H4(CH2SbPh2I2)2. The coordination modes available to these ligands have been probed by the synthesis and characterisation of complexes with nickel, iron and tungsten carbonyls. The crystal structure of [[Fe(CO)4]2[micro-1,3-C6H4(CH2SbMe2)2]] has been determined. The spectroscopic properties of these carbonyl derivatives have been compared with those of complexes of other antimony ligands, and in some cases with diphosphine and diarsine complexes, to probe the electronic properties of the new ligands.  相似文献

The preparations of the new complexes [AsBr(3)[MeS(CH(2))(2)SMe]], [AsX(3)([9]aneS(3))] (X = Cl, Br or I; [9]aneS(3) = 1,4,7-trithiacyclononane), [AsCl(3)([14]aneS(4))] ([14]aneS(4) = 1,4,8,11-tetrathiacyclotetradecane), [AsX(3)([8]aneSe(2))] ([8]aneSe(2) = 1,5-diselenacyclooctane), [(AsX(3))(2)([16]aneSe(4))] ([16]aneSe(4) = 1,5,9,13-tetraselenacyclohexadecane), and [(AsBr(3))(2)([24]aneSe(6))] ([24]aneSe(6) = 1,5,9,13,17,21-hexaselenacyclotetracosane) are described. These are obtained from direct reaction of the appropriate AsX(3) and 1 mol equiv of the thio- or selenoether ligand in anhydrous CH(2)Cl(2) (or thf for X = I) solution. The products have been characterized by microanalysis and IR and (1)H NMR spectroscopy. In solution they are extensively dissociated, reflecting the weak Lewis acidity of AsX(3). Reaction of AsX(3) with MeSe(CH(2))(2)SeMe or MeC(CH(2)EMe)(3) (E = S or Se) gave only oils. Treatment of PCl(3) or PBr(3) with Me(2)S, MeE(CH(2))(2)EMe, or [9]aneS(3) failed to give solid complexes, and there was no evidence from NMR spectroscopy for any adduct formation in solution. [AsBr(3)[MeS(CH(2))(2)SMe]] and [AsI(3)[MeS(CH(2))(2)SMe]] reveal discrete mu(2)-halo As(2)X(6) dimeric structures involving distorted octahedral As(III), with the dithioether ligand chelating. [AsCl(3)([9]aneS(3))] adopts a discrete molecular distorted octahedral geometry with the thioether behaving as a weakly coordinated fac-capping ligand. [AsCl(3)([14]aneS(4))] forms an infinite sheet involving two mu(2)-chloro ligands on each As but bridging to two distinct As centers. Each macrocycle coordinates to two adjacent As centers via one S atom, giving a cis-octahedral Cl(4)S(2) donor set at As(III). The structures of [(AsCl(3))(2)([16]aneSe(4))] and [(AsBr(3))(2)([16]aneSe(4))] adopt 2-dimensional sheet structures with mu(2)-dihalo As(2)X(6) dimers cross-linked by mu(4)-tetraselenoether macrocycles, giving a disorted cis-X(4)Se(2) donor set at each As center. These species are compared with their antimony(III) and bismuth(III) analogues where appropriate.  相似文献

The selection of an appropriate isotope dilution mass spectrometry technique for the practical application of this potentially primary method of analysis is highly important. The NARL approach for the application of the exact matching double isotope dilution mass spectrometry technique developed by Henrion is presented. NARL's approach utilises exact matching to minimise the effect of measurement biases within the method but also includes the thorough examination of all other biasing factors. The approach has been successfully tested in international CCQM intercomparisons with other national metrology institutes.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of the potent and orally active 5-HT1A agonists, (R)-(+)- and (S)-(-)-1-formyl-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-N,N-dipropyl-3H-benz[e]indol-8-amines 1a and 1b , is described. This synthesis was accomplished in twelve steps from commercially available 1,5,6,7-tetrahydro-4H-indol-4-one ( 5 ). The key step involved a regio-controlled Friedel-Crafts acylation of 1-(p-toluenesulfonyl)indol-4-acetyl chloride with ethylene to yield a versatile synthon, 3-(p-toluenesulfonyl)-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-3H-benz[e]indol-8-one ( 10 ). Subsequent coupling of this ketone with chiral α-methylbenzylamine under reductive amination conditions yielded a mixture of diastereomers. These diastereomers were efficiently separated by either chromatography or fractional recrystallization of the derived hydrochloride salts. Debenzylation of the pure diastereomers was followed by alkylation and formylation to yield (R)-(+)- and (S)-(-)-enantiomers 1a and 1b with >99% purity.  相似文献
