Abstract

The synthesis of 5-O-[5-(pentanoic acid)]-phosphono-L-erythro-pent-2-ulose 2 was successfully achieved by coupling benzyl 5-hydroxypentanoate 9b and 1-O-benzyl-L-erythro-pent-2-ulose ethane- 1,2-diyl dithioacetal 13 with the enediol pyrophosphate 18. Compound 2 was coupled to carrier proteins, porcine thyroglobuline and bovine serum albumin and the conjugates were treated with KCN to give conjugates of the hapten 1, designed to raise catalytic antibodies.  相似文献

We show a connection between the \(CDE'\) inequality introduced in Horn et al. (Volume doubling, Poincaré inequality and Gaussian heat kernel estimate for nonnegative curvature graphs. arXiv:1411.5087v2, 2014) and the \(CD\psi \) inequality established in Münch (Li–Yau inequality on finite graphs via non-linear curvature dimension conditions. arXiv:1412.3340v1, 2014). In particular, we introduce a \(CD_\psi ^\varphi \) inequality as a slight generalization of \(CD\psi \) which turns out to be equivalent to \(CDE'\) with appropriate choices of \(\varphi \) and \(\psi \). We use this to prove that the \(CDE'\) inequality implies the classical CD inequality on graphs, and that the \(CDE'\) inequality with curvature bound zero holds on Ricci-flat graphs.  相似文献

The mechanism of action of amiclenomycin ( 1a ), a naturally occuring inhibitor of diaminopelargonic acid aminotransferase, has been established. The enzyme catalyzes the formation of an aromatic adduct between the inhibitor and pyridoxal‐5′‐phosphate. The structure of the adduct, determined by mass spectrometry, is in agreement with the reported X‐ray crystal structure. Kinetic parameters, characteristic of kcat inhibitors, have been observed, with a KI value of 2 μM and a kinact value of 0.4 min?1. The irreversibility of the inactivation observed, in spite of the absence of covalent bond between the inhibitor and the protein, reveals the high affinity of the adduct for the active site. Two other cis‐1‐amino‐4‐substituted‐cyclohexa‐2,5‐dienes, 3a and 4a , were also found to efficiently inhibit the enzyme. The trans‐isomers were either much less potent ( 1b ) or inactive ( 3b and 4b ). The aminocyclohexadiene moiety, which is, apparently, responsible for the inhibition, could constitute an original pharmacophore for the design of new herbicides.  相似文献

Discovery of the anomalous generation and extinction of crystal nuclei in nonequilibrium supercooled liquids reflects essentially the effects of the real heterogeneous structure and its irreversible relaxation on the stability of the nucleus. The kinetic model involving one order parameter was developed to study the impact of both asymmetry and external field on crystallization, thus allowing looking, in particular, into the heterogeneous structure relaxation in such materials. The role of asymmetry and external field on phase transitions in the presence of an intermediate metastable state is described in comparison with such generic model. We found that the influence of the external field on the system with an intermediate metastable state is to reduce the stability of phases, and, therefore, the crystal nuclei generation could be slowed or even stopped. Meanwhile the role of cubic term in order parameter of the Landau-type potential associated to the asymmetry of the system is to increase the stability of new phase for the suitably varied control parameter. Finally, the cases which allow analytical solution of the problem and the realization of different transition scenarios are discussed.  相似文献

We investigated the influence of B substitution for Al2W3O12 on thermal changes of UV–Vis and Raman spectra, and colors. First, B-substituted Al2W3O12 powder was synthesized by a solid-state reaction method. Single-phase Al2?xBxW3O12 powders with x = 0, 0.10 and 0.20 were successively prepared. B substitution promoted thermal changes of the UV–Vis spectra, resulting in a more pronounced color change of Al2W3O12 in the range of 30–150 °C. Raman spectra of the Al2?xBxW3O12 powders with x = 0 and 0.20 indicated that the lattice vibrations of Al2?xBxW3O12 with x = 0.20 were larger than those of Al2W3O12. The thermal change of the color phase (ΔE) in the range 30–150 °C of Al2W3O12 was increased by B substitution. The color of the B-substituted Al2W3O12 powders changed reversibly from pale white at 30 °C to light yellowish green at 150 °C.  相似文献
