鱼体中有机毒物的气相色谱分析

在对第二松花江水中有机污染物进行深入探查(用GC-MS,GC-ECD,GC-FID配合方法)的基础上,为调查所探出有机毒物在该江鱼体中的残留量,建立了本法。实验表明,方法回收率平均超过80%,检测限分别为0.0001～0.015μg/g(ECD)和0.0092～0.14μg/g(FID)。本法测定“二松江”鱼,检出多种江水中存在的有机污染物。     

Study on the anodic reaction of Ni in an alkaline solution by transient pH detection based on scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM)

The anodic reaction of Ni in an alkaline solution was studied by the tip–substrate voltammetry mode of scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). A platinum microdisc electrode was selected as the tip electrode, which functioned as a pH sensor with transient response capability. The pH value of the solution near the Ni electrode surface varied while the Ni substrate oxidation reaction occurred, and the pH variation could be detected by the tip faradic current. The cyclic voltammogram results showed that two types of hydroxides: i.e. α‐Ni(OH)₂ and β‐Ni(OH)₂ were formed during Ni oxidation in the lower potential region. In the proceedings of α‐Ni(OH)₂ → γ‐NiOOH and β‐Ni(OH)₂ → β‐NiOOH, the process of OH^? concentration decrease in the solution was ahead and behind of electron transfer in the solid phase, respectively. These results indicate that the OH^? adsorption process occurs as an elementary step in the former reaction and the H⁺ diffusion process from the inner to the outer layer of the solid phase occurs as a subsequent step in the latter reaction. The results also revealed that the oxide film on the Ni surface has a two‐layer structure. The real potential of the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) on the Ni surface with different cycles is also analyzed in the paper. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

微量稀土对超导稳定化基体铜材的性能和组织的影响

研究了微量稀土元素对铜的机械性能、导电性和组织的影响，在铜中加入微量钇、钕、镝、铒和富铈混合稀土后，使铜的抗拉强度有所提高，并保持良好的塑性和导电性。     

正烷酵母作为饲料的最近研究

本文叙述了近十年来我国对正烷烃酵母研究的进展。我们用的菌种是热带假丝酵母Y-17,本所实验厂的生产规模是年产一百吨酵母。发酵罐为6米~3的内或外循环空气提升式,两级连续发酵,50％废水循环利用。生产能力为2克/升·小时。酵母产品的化学分析,包括蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、核酸、维生素等,都证明该产品为一优良蛋白饲料。有毒物质含量(如苯骈(a)芘、重金属)符合国际标准。动物试验(包括用大白鼠、鸡、猪的营养试验,慢性毒性试验,传代试验)证明该正烷烃酵母为安全可靠的优良饲料。我们也研究了酵母的核酸和脂肪的综合利用、并筛选了一株高产新菌株球拟嗜烷烃酵母(新种)4B-2,使生产能力提高至2.8克/升·小时。     

An Micro-Bandpasss (6.3≈7.6μm) Filter for the Multichannel Scanning Radiometer

Optical coatings are designed and produced for the multichannel scanning radiometer meteorological space instrument operating in the spectral range 6.37.6m. First the choice of substrates and layers materials is discussed. Then the substrate temperatures dependent effects of three different Te-enriched PbTe single layers on the dispersion and absorption characteristics and carrier concentration are studied. The experimental results demonstrate that the performance of the coating made using PbTe + 0.3 at. % Te material is better than that of the others. Finally, details of the spectral design and manufacture of such a filter which meets the demanding bandwidth and transparency requirements of the application are presented. This design model is based on the optical and semiconductor properties of a multilayer filter containing PbTe layer materials in combination with the dielectric dispersion of ZnSe deposited on the a Ge substrate. Comparisons between the computed spectral performance of the model and spectral measurements from manufactured coatings over a wavelength range of 6.37.6m are presented.     

Minimizing multi-homogeneous Bézout numbers by a local search method

Consider the multi-homogeneous homotopy continuation method for solving a system of polynomial equations. For any partition of variables, the multi-homogeneous Bézout number bounds the number of isolated solution curves one has to follow in the method. This paper presents a local search method for finding a partition of variables with minimal multi-homogeneous Bézout number. As with any other local search method, it may give a local minimum rather than the minimum over all possible homogenizations. Numerical examples show the efficiency of this local search method.

     

GPS技术在金川露天矿边坡变形监测中的应用

本文结合金川露天矿边坡变形GPS监测研究，主要论述监测基点的选择，基点WGS-84坐标的确定，变形监测网的布设，GPS数据采集、处理和质量，坐标转换的实施等，给出反演推出的若干四等三角点及其它控制点的变形数据，这些数据和造成变形的物理成因符合得很好，最后概括出GPS技术应用于变形观测的若干优点。     

广饶县海(咸)水入侵灾害防治的水文地质环境研究

广饶县咸水入侵灾害的发生在于自然环境的脆弱性和社会经济环境的严峻性。本文分析了引起海(咸)水入侵的基本矛盾, 制定了防治咸水入侵灾害的对策和措施──水文地质环境调整方案。     

Gold nanomaterials based pseudostationary phases in capillary electrophoresis: A brand‐new attempt at chondroitin sulfate isomers separation

In this work, a CE method with bare gold nanorods (GNRs) based pseudostationary phase was developed and applied for the separation of chondroitin sulfate (CS) isomers, CS, and dermatan sulfate (DS). The separation efficiency was investigated by varying the experimental parameters such as concentration and pH of the BGE, separation voltage, internal diameter of capillary, different size, and morphology of gold nanomaterials. Results showed that different size and morphology of gold nanomaterials had different effects on the separation of CS and DS. The best separation of CS and DS was achieved in the BGE composed of aqueous 150 mmol/L (mM) ethylenediamine + 20 mM sodium dihydrogen phosphate + 30% v/v GNRs, pH 4.5, at the separation voltage of ?10 kV. Capillary was 59.2 cm in length (effective length 49 cm), 50 μm id capillary thermostated at 25°C. CE with bare GNRs used as pseudostationary phase was shown to be a suitable technique for the separation of CS and DS mixtures with wider peaks. RSD of migration time and peak area of CS and DS were 0.13, 0.14 and 0.86, 1.07%, respectively.     

水库地区的水岩作用及其地质环境影响

本文综述了水库地区水环境系统的变化及水岩作用类型和机制, 在此基础上讨论了水库区地质环境的变化和环境灾害的发生, 提出以水环境变化和水岩作用为中心的水库地质环境评价和灾害预测的研究方向。
