A processor is balanced in carrying out a computation if its computing time equals its I/O time. When the computation bandwidth of a processor is increased, like when multiple processors are incorporated to form an array, the critical question is to what degree the processor's memory must be enlarged in order to alleviate the I/O bottleneck to keep the computation balanced. In this paper, for the sorting problem, we present two balanced algorithms on linearly connected and mesh-connected processor arrays, respectively, and show that they reach the derived lower bounds of memory sizes. We also verify that the time complexities of the algorithms are optimal under their respective hardware constraints. 相似文献

2,3-Dihydro-5H-oxazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-5-one 5a was synthesized from anthranilamide 1 and 2-chloro-ethyl isocyanate either by a direct reflux in methanol, or by stirring at room temperature in acetonitrile leading to the intermediate, 2-(2-chloroethyl ureido)benzamide 6a which was subsequently cyclized on heating with an organic base. However, when compound 6a was refluxed with concentrated hydrochloric acid, it furnished 3-(2-chloroethyl)-2,4-dioxo-1H,3H-quinazoline 2a in good yields. 3,4-Dihydro-2H,6.H-[1,3]-oxazino[2,3-b]quinazolin-6-one 5b , 3-(3-chloropropyl)-2,4-dioxo-1H,3.H-quinazoline 2b and 2-(3-chloropropyl ureido)benzamide 6b were obtained similarly from 1 and 3-chloropropyl isocyanate. 相似文献

F(000) = 940, T = 22°C, R = 6.86%, Rw = 7.66% for 820 observed reflections (I > 2.5σ (I)). The coordination number for the copper(II) ion is five, and the coordination geometry about copper(II) ion is a buckled square pyramid with the tetraamine equatorial and a perchlorate ion axial. The tetraamine is coordinated in a square-plannar manner with slight tetrahedral distortions. The four Cu-N distances span a very narrow range, 1.990(10) ?1.994(14)Å. 相似文献

We observe nonlinear pulse reshaping of femtosecond pulses in a waveguide array owing to coupling between waveguides. Amplified pulses from a mode-locked fiber laser are coupled to an AlGaAs core waveguide array structure. The observed power-dependent pulse reshaping agrees with theory, including shortening of the pulse in the central waveguide. 相似文献
