The influence of processing parameters on the electrical characteristics of RuO2/LaAlO3/Si metal-oxide-semiconductor structures was investigated. In particular, the sputtering regime during deposition of LaAlO3 on Si and the atmosphere used in the post-deposition annealing step were addressed by determining capacitance-voltage and gate current-voltage characteristics. These results were correlated with compositional information obtained by Rutherford backscattering spectrometry and nuclear reaction analysis. A post-deposition annealing step in oxygen at 600 °C resulted in better electrical characteristics of the final structure as compared to the same treatment performed in nitrogen. This result is explained by oxygen ability to heal oxygen vacancies in the LaAlO3 film, especially at the dielectric/semiconductor interface region. A thermalized sputtering regime during deposition of LaAlO3 on Si leads to capacitors with electrical characteristics superior to those deposited in ballistic regime. Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are highly modular porous crystalline polymers that are of interest for applications such as charge‐storage devices, nanofiltration membranes, and optoelectronic devices. COFs are typically synthesized as microcrystalline powders, which limits their performance in these applications, and their limited solubility precludes large‐scale processing into more useful morphologies and devices. We report a general, scalable method to exfoliate two‐dimensional imine‐linked COF powders by temporarily protonating their linkages. The resulting suspensions were cast into continuous crystalline COF films up to 10 cm in diameter, with thicknesses ranging from 50 nm to 20 μm depending on the suspension composition, concentration, and casting protocol. Furthermore, we demonstrate that the film fabrication process proceeds through a partial depolymerization/repolymerization mechanism, providing mechanically robust films that can be easily separated from their substrates.  相似文献

Nitrogen heterocycles are found in a majority of approved small‐molecule pharmaceuticals, and the number of approved fluorinated drugs is increasing each decade. Therefore, new approaches for accessing fluorinated nitrogen heterocycles are of great significance. A novel, scalable, and metal‐free method for accessing a wide range of fluorinated indoles is described. This oxidative‐dearomatization‐enabled approach assembles 2‐trifluoromethyl NH‐indole products from simple commercially available anilines with hexafluoroacetylacetone in the presence of an organic oxidant. The nature of the aniline N‐capping group is critical for the success of this new reaction. Furthermore, the indole products contain a 3‐trifluoroacetyl group, which can be exploited to access a plethora of useful functional groups.  相似文献

Presented in this Letter is a mild new method to stereoselectively ring open 1,1-disubstituted vinyl oxiranes using dialkyl dithiophosphate nucleophiles. This new reaction proceeds in toluene at room temperature to afford tri- and tetrasubstituted allylic alcohols with high Z-selectivity. The syn relationship between the alcohol and the newly incorporated dithiophosphate moiety presented an opportunity to evaluate the anionic hopping properties of the ring opening product. Treatment of the ring opening product with base results in a facile phosphate hopping followed by a selective thiolate 3-exo-trig instead of a 5-exo-tet cyclization.  相似文献

In this work, 0.30 μm thick LiNbO3 layers have been deposited by sputtering on nanocrystalline diamond/Si and platinised Si substrates. The films were then analyzed in terms of their structural and optical properties. Crystalline orientations along the (0 1 2), (1 0 4) and (1 1 0) axes have been detected after thermal treatment at 500 °C in air. The films were near-stoichiometric and did not reveal strong losses or diffusion in lithium during deposition or after thermal annealing. Pronounced decrease of the roughness on top of the LiNbO3 layer and at the interface between LiNbO3 and diamond was also observed after annealing, compared to the bare nanocrystalline diamond on Si substrate. Furthermore, ellipsometry analysis showed a better density and a reduced thickness of the surface layer after post-deposition annealing. The dielectric constant and losses have been measured to 50 and less than 3.5%, respectively, for metal/insulator/metal structures with 0.30 μm thick LiNbO3 layer. The piezoelectric coefficient d33 was found to be 7.1 pm/V. Finally, we succeeded in switching local domain under various positive and negative voltages.  相似文献
