The first detailed study of the palladium-catalyzed amination of aryl nonaflates is reported. Use of ligands 2-4 and 6 allows for the catalytic amination of electron-rich and -neutral aryl nonaflates with both primary and secondary amines. With use of Xantphos 5, the catalytic amination of a variety of functionalized aryl nonaflates resulted in excellent yields of anilines; even 2-carboxymethyl aryl nonaflate is effectively coupled with a primary alkylamine. Moderate yields were obtained when coupling halo-aryl nonaflates with a variety of amines, where in most cases the aryl nonaflate reacted in preference to the aryl halide. Overall, aryl nonaflates are an effective alternative to triflates in palladium-catalyzed C-N bond-forming processes due to their increased stability under the reaction conditions.  相似文献

The dianion derived from (2Z,6Z)‐3,7‐diphenyl‐N2,N6‐di(pyridin‐2‐yl)pyrrolo[2,3‐f]indole‐2,6(1H,5H)‐diimine (H2BL), a modified BODIPY ligand precursor, is shown to be capable of bridging two metal complex fragments RuL2, L=2,4‐pentanedionato (acac?), 2,2’‐bipyridine (bpy) or 2‐phenylazopyridine (pap) in [Ru(acac)2Ru(μ‐BL)Ru(acac)2] ( 1 / 2 ), [Ru(bpy)2Ru(μ‐BL)Ru(bpy)2](ClO4)2 ([ 3 ](ClO4)2) and [Ru(pap)2Ru(μ‐BL)Ru(pap)2](ClO4)2 ([ 4 ](ClO4)2). The compounds, including a diastereoisomeric pair 1 (meso) and 2 (rac) were spectroscopically and structurally characterized. Reversible electron transfers as revealed by cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry allowed for an EPR and UV‐vis‐NIR spectroelectrochemical investigation of several neighboring charge states. Together with susceptibility measurements and TD‐DFT calculations the assignment of oxidation states reveals that 1 , 2 are diruthenium(III) species which can be oxidized or reduced by one electron whereas 3 2+ and 4 2+ contain ruthenium(II) and get reduced or oxidized mainly at the dianionic bridge ( 3 2+) or are reduced at the ancillary ligands pap ( 4 2+).  相似文献

The kinetics of oxidation of amino acids (Arg, His, Lys, Phe, Thr and Tyr), a dipeptide (Gly-His), and BSA (bovine serum albumin) by two persistent water soluble free radicals of the hydrazyl type has been studied.The rate decreases in the order Arg>Lys>Tyr>Thr>HisBSAPheGly-His with bothfree radicals. Addition to the reaction mixture of - and -cyclodextrin decreases the oxidation rate, probably due to amino acidencapsulation in the cyclodextrin cavity. -Cyclodextrin protects more efficiently against oxidation than -cyclodextrin.  相似文献

We have used a variety of microscopic techniques to reveal the structure and motion of flux line arrangements, when the flux lines in low T c type II superconductors are caused to move by a transport current. Using small-angle neutron scattering by the flux line lattice (FLL), we are able to demonstrate directly the alignment by motion of the nearest-neighbor FLL direction. This tends to be parallel to the direction of flux line motion, as had been suspected from two-dimensional simulations. We also see the destruction of the ordered FLL by plastic flow and the bending of flux lines. Another technique that our collaboration has employed is the direct measurement of flux line motion, using the ultra-high-resolution spectroscopy of the neutron spin-echo technique to observe the energy change of neutrons diffracted by moving flux lines. The muon spin rotation (μSR) technique gives the distribution of values of magnetic field within the FLL. We have recently succeeded in performing μSR measurements while the FLL is moving. Such measurements give complementary information about the local speed and orientation of the FLL motion. We conclude by discussing the possible application of this technique to thin film superconductors.  相似文献

Two new complexes, based on the unit Ru2Cl(μ-O2CC4H4N)4 (1) (O2CC4H4N = pyrrole-2-carboxylate), Ru2Cl(μ-O2CC4H4N)4(H2O)·4H2O [1(H 2 O)·4H 2 O], and Ru2Cl(μ-O2CC4H4N)4(Me2CO) [1(Me 2 CO)], are synthesized and structurally characterized. The physical properties of these complexes are studied and compared with those previously reported for Ru2Cl(μ-O2CC4H4N)4(thf)·thf·H2O [1(thf)·thf·H 2 O]. The nature of the solvent molecule bonded to the axial position of the dimetallic unit determines the supramolecular interactions leading to different arrangements in the solid state. The presence of NH groups in the pyrrolic rings favours the existence of hydrogen bond interactions that are present in the three complexes. In addition, complex 1(Me 2 CO) shows π–π stacking interactions through pyrrolic rings of different dimetallic units. Dedicated to the memory of Prof. F. Albert Cotton.  相似文献

We report on a novel highly semiconducting 1D coordination polymer architecture obtained by the reaction of a Cu(II) salt with 2,2'-dipyridyldisulfide under microwave solvothermal conditions. This reaction proceeds with an unusual C-S and S-S bond cleavage of the 2,2'-dipyridyldisulfide ligand. The unprecedented architecture of this coordination polymer consists of a 1D chain formed by the assembling of Cu9 cluster cages. The electrical conductivity behavior of this novel material suggests new perspectives for the use of coordination polymers as electrical conducting materials.  相似文献

2,3-Dihydro-3-[(S)-1-phenethyl]quinazolinone and some new 2-substituted derivatives bearing isopropyl, o-nitrophenyl and p-nitrophenyl groups were prepared in 40-90% yield by amidation of isatoic anhydride with (S)-phenylethylamine, followed by condensation with triethyl orthoformate, isopropylaldehyde, o-nitro- and p-nitro-benzaldehyde, respectively. The two 2-subtituted dihydroquinazolinones obtained either by using isopropylaldehyde, o-nitro- or p-nitrobenzaldehyde, were separated and purified before their NMR spectra in CDCl3 solutions were recorded. The detection of the low energy conformation of O=C-N-phenethyl segment in solution allowed the correlation of the NMR data with the configuration of newly stereogenic carbon C-2; thus, one diastereomer was labeled SS while the other was RS. Configurations determined by the NMR method were corroborated by X-ray diffraction analysis. X-ray structures of each diastereomeric series showed characteristic conformational types: a propeller-like for the SS and a hairpin for the RS series. Interatomic distances of the hairpin conformation suggest the existence of intramolecular face-to-face interactions between two aromatic rings.  相似文献

An experimental setup is presented here for the automated analysis of microsamples, based on the on-line coupling of a capillary SPE module and a CE unit using a two-position six-port valve, an open-closed valve to isolate electrically the sample preparation from the CE unit and a "T" interface. A C18 trapping microcolumn (dimensions 2.5 cm x 100 microm id x 360 microm od) was used for the SPE step. The utility of the proposed experimental setup was demonstrated by applying it to the determination of quinolone antibiotics in serum microsamples, which was efficiently carried out in less than 20 min (4 min for protein denaturation and 15 min for analytes preconcentration and CE-UV separation-determination). A complete optimization study was performed for preconcentration and cleanup of quinolones, the coupling of sample preparation module to the CE unit and electrophoretic separation of quinolones. A preconcentration factor of 10.4 was achieved. The volume injected with the proposed method was 125 nL versus 160 nL introduced by hydrodynamic injection. The volume required for the analysis was 2 microL, which makes the proposed experimental setup very useful for the analysis of microsamples in fields of current interest such as metabolomics or proteomics.  相似文献
