A hexameric metal–organic nanocapsule is assembled from pyrogallol[4]arene units, which are stitched together with indium ions. This indium‐seamed capsule is the first instance of a M24L6 type hexameric coordination cage held together exclusively by trivalent metal ions. Explicitly, unlike previously reported pyrogallol[4]arene‐based metal‐seamed capsules, the current In3+ seamed capsule is entirely supported by O→In coordinate bonds. This work demonstrates the important proof of concept of the ability of pyrogallol[4]arene to react with metals in higher oxidation states to assemble into atomically‐precise hexameric coordination cages. As such, these results open up exciting avenues toward the assembly of previously unanticipated metal–organic capsules, for example offering inspiration for tackling metals exhibiting high valence states such as in the lanthanide and actinide series. 相似文献

Currently, there are no reliable biomarkers available that can aid early differential diagnosis of reactive arthritis (ReA) from other inflammatory joint diseases. Metabolic profiling of synovial fluid (SF)—obtained from joints affected in ReA—holds great promise in this regard and will further aid monitoring treatment and improving our understanding about disease mechanism. As a first step in this direction, we report here the metabolite specific assignment of 1H and 13C resonances detected in the NMR spectra of SF samples extracted from human patients with established ReA. The metabolite characterization has been carried out on both normal and ultrafiltered (deproteinized) SF samples of eight ReA patients (n = 8) using high-resolution (800 MHz) 1H and 1H─13C NMR spectroscopy methods such as one-dimensional 1H CPMG and two-dimensional J-resolved1H NMR and homonuclear 1H─1H TOCSY and heteronuclear1H─13C HSQC correlation spectra. Compared with normal SF samples, several distinctive 1H NMR signals were identified and assigned to metabolites in the 1H NMR spectra of ultrafiltered SF samples. Overall, we assigned 53 metabolites in normal filtered SF and 64 metabolites in filtered pooled SF sample compared with nonfiltered SF samples for which only 48 metabolites (including lipid/membrane metabolites as well) have been identified. The established NMR characterization of SF metabolites will serve to guide future metabolomics studies aiming to identify/evaluate the SF-based metabolic biomarkers of diagnostic/prognostic potential or seeking biochemical insights into disease mechanisms in a clinical perspective. 相似文献

The present work is a methodological study to investigate the effect of chromium (VI) stress on wheat seedlings. Point detection capability of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) was utilized for the monitoring of in-situ chromium uptake in wheat (Triticum aestivum) seedlings. Chromium accumulation and its effects on other elements in wheat seedling were investigated by comparing the intensities of spectral lines of chromium and other minerals present in the LIBS spectra. In-situ LIBS spectra of the different parts of the wheat seedlings were recorded by directly focusing the laser beam on the surface of root, stem, and leaf of the seedlings grown with and without chromium-containing solutions. The spectra obtained from the different parts (root, stem, and leaf) of the wheat plant were analyzed to determine the distribution pattern/accumulation of chromium. Effect of the chromium uptake on the distribution pattern of other elements like calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), sodium (Na), and potassium (K) was also investigated. It was observed that chromium concentrations in plant organs decreased in the following order: roots > leaves > stems. 相似文献

Abstract Chloro-bis(2,2-dithio-1,3,2-dioxaphospholane/dioxaphosphorinane)bismuth(III) compounds have been synthesized by the reaction of bismuth trichloride with sodium 2,2-dithio-1,3,2-dioxaphospholane/dioxaphosphorinane in 1:2 molar ratio in benzene solution. Reactions of these chloro-bis(2,2-dithio-1,3,2-dioxaphospholane/dioxaphosphorinane)-bismuth(III) compounds with sodium tetraisopropoxyborate in equimolar ratio in benzene solution yield the corresponding heterobinuclear bismuth derivatives with boron. All compounds were characterized by elemental analyses and molecular weight measurements. Plausible structures are proposed on the basis of IR and 1H, 11B, 13C, and 31P spectroscopic studies. 2-Mercapto-2-thioxo-1,3,2-dioxaphospholanes-/dioxaphosphorinanes and the corresponding chloro-bis(2,2-dithio-1,3,2-dioxaphospholane/dioxaphosphorinane)bismuth (III) compounds show antifungal activities against Fusarium and Trichoderma. A facile synthesis of 4-amino-N-benzylbenzo[b][1,8]naphthyridin-2(1H)-ones 3 is described from N-benzyl-N-(3-cyanoquinolin-2-yl)acetamides 2 with t-BuOK in excellent yields in mild conditions. These reactions proceeded at room temperature under aerobic atmosphere in very short period. The cyclization reactions were also extended with N-alkyl amino acetamide analogues affording the products in good yields. 相似文献
