Noncollinear difference frequency mixing of dye laser and Nd:YAG second harmonic (fundamental) radiation from a commercial laser system is employed for the generation of 2.7–5.3 μm (1.6–1.7 μm) radiations in a flux-grown KTiOAsO1 crystal. The generated radiation is used to scan the methane absorption in the fundamental (v 3) and its first overtone (2v 3) band at pressure 90 torr in a laboratory made single pass gas cell of length 33 cm.  相似文献

Aromatic, allylic, and aliphatic compounds containing a chlorohydrin group were selected as substrates for the enzymatic kinetic resolution mediated by Amano AK lipase from Pseudomonas fluorescens immobilized in silk friboin-alginate spheres. Thus, the enantioselectivity of the process was sufficient for the production of the desired alcohols and acetates in good yields and high enantiomeric purities. This Letter provides a simple, cheap, and practical protocol for enantioselective synthesis of chlorohydrins and reinforces the versatility of silk fibroin as supports for heterogeneous catalysts.  相似文献

We prepared various chiral α-alkyl, β-aryl ketones with good to excellent enantiomeric excess through the Baker’s yeast asymmetric double-bond reduction of the corresponding α,β-unsaturated substrates adsorbed onto the resin Amberlite XAD-7. This methodology was compatible with substrates bearing both electron-donating and withdrawing groups attached to the aromatic ring. Elongation of the α-alkyl substituent of the starting material strongly affected the reactivity and enantioselectivity of the reaction.  相似文献

A wide range of polyfunctional aryl and heteroaryl zinc reagents were efficiently prepared in THF by using (TMP)2Mg ? 2 LiCl (TMP=2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperamidyl) in the presence of ZnCl2. The possible pathways of this metalation procedure as well as possible reactive intermediates are discussed. This experimental protocol expands the tolerance of functional groups and allows an efficient zincation of sensitive heterocycles such as quinoxaline or pyrazine. The zincated arenes and heteroarenes react with various electrophiles providing the expected products in 60–95 % yield.  相似文献
