Ce mémoire décrit la synthèse de phosphonates comportant une chaîne perfluorée. Ces composés sont obtenus par la télomérisation d'allylphosphonates de dialkyle en présence d'un agent de transfert fluoré de type mercaptan. Ensuite, nous employons deux méthodes de déalkylation menant sélectivement soit au monoacide soit au diacide phosphonique. Tous ces produits comprenant une extrémité de chaîne phosphonée, sous forme acide ou ester, ont été caractérisés et leur adhésion respective sur des plaques d'acier est étudiée. Ces tests montrent que le monoacide phosphonique est un excellent promoteur d'adhésion et qu'il est aussi efficace que le diacide. This article describes the synthesis of phosphonic derivatives bearing a perfluorinated chain. These compounds have been synthetized by telomerization of dialkyl allylphosphonate with a fluorinated transfer agent type mercaptan. Then two methods of dealkylation leading selectively were used to mono or to diacid phosphonic moieties. All the products bearing phosphonic end-groups, more or less acidic, have been characterized and their own adhesion on steel plates is studied. These tests show that phosphonic monoacid is an excellent adhesion promoter on steel, as efficient as the diacid compound.  相似文献

We report powder and single crystal EPR measurements of [Cu(tda)(phen)](2)·H(2)tda (tda = thiodiacetate, phen = phenanthroline) at 9.7 GHz. This compound consists of centrosymmetric copper(II) ion dimers, weakly ferromagnetically exchange-coupled (J = +3.2 cm(-1)), in which the dimeric units are linked by hydrophobic chemical paths involving the phen molecules. EPR revealed that the triplet spectra are collapsed by interdimeric exchange interactions mediated by that chemical path. Analysis and simulation of the single crystal EPR spectra were performed using Anderson's exchange narrowing model, together with statistical arguments. This approach allowed us to interpret the spectra modulated by the interdimeric interactions in situations of weak, intermediate, and strong exchange. We evaluated an interdimeric exchange constant J' = 0.0070(3) cm(-1), indicating that hydrophobic paths can transmit weak exchange interactions between centers at relatively long distances of the order of ~10 ?.  相似文献

The catalytic mechanism of nitrate reduction by periplasmic nitrate reductases has been investigated using theoretical and computational means. We have found that the nitrate molecule binds to the active site with the Mo ion in the +6 oxidation state. Electron transfer to the active site occurs only in the proton‐electron transfer stage, where the MoV species plays an important role in catalysis. The presence of the sulfur atom in the molybdenum coordination sphere creates a pseudo‐dithiolene ligand that protects it from any direct attack from the solvent. Upon the nitrate binding there is a conformational rearrangement of this ring that allows the direct contact of the nitrate with MoVI ion. This rearrangement is stabilized by the conserved methionines Met141 and Met308. The reduction of nitrate into nitrite occurs in the second step of the mechanism where the two dimethyl‐dithiolene ligands have a key role in spreading the excess of negative charge near the Mo atom to make it available for the chemical reaction. The reaction involves the oxidation of the sulfur atoms and not of the molybdenum as previously suggested. The mechanism involves a molybdenum and sulfur‐based redox chemistry instead of the currently accepted redox chemistry based only on the Mo ion. The second part of the mechanism involves two protonation steps that are promoted by the presence of MoV species. MoVI intermediates might also be present in this stage depending on the availability of protons and electrons. Once the water molecule is generated only the MoVI species allow water molecule dissociation, and, the concomitant enzymatic turnover. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Comput Chem, 2009  相似文献

The Py(2)N(4)S(2) octadentate coordinating ligand afforded dinuclear cobalt, copper and zinc complexes and the corresponding mixed metal compounds. The overall geometry and bonding modes have been deduced on the basis of elemental analysis data, MALDI-TOF-MS, IR, UV-vis and EPR spectroscopies, single-crystal X-Ray diffraction, conductivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements. In the copper and zinc complexes, a μ-hydroxo bridge links the two metal ions. In both cases, the coordination geometry is distorted octahedral. Magnetic and EPR data reveal weakly antiferromagnetic high spin Co(II) ions, compatible with a dinuclear structure. The magnetic characterization of the dinuclear Cu(II) compound indicates a ferromagnetically coupled dimer with weak antiferromagnetic intermolecular interactions. The intra-dimer ferromagnetic behaviour was unexpected for a Cu(II) dimer with such μ-hydroxo bridging topology. We discuss the influence on the magnetic properties of non-covalent interactions between the bridging moiety and the lattice free water molecules.  相似文献

We have performed extensive small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) diffraction studies of the vortex lattice in single crystal YNi2B2C for B‖c. High-resolution SANS, combined with a field-oscillation vortex lattice preparation technique, allows us to separate Bragg scattered intensities from two orthogonal domains and accurately determine the unit cell angle, β. The data suggest that upon increasing field there is a finite transition width where both low- and high-field distorted hexagonal vortex lattice phases, mutually rotated by 45°, coexist. The smooth variation of diffracted intensity from each phase through the transition corresponds to a redistribution of populations between the two types of domains.  相似文献

The novel pyridine-containing 14-membered macrocycle 3,11-dithia-7,17-diazabicyclo[11.3.1]heptadeca-1(17),13,15-triene (L), which contains an N2S2 donor set, was synthesized, and its protonation behavior was studied by absorption titration with CH3SO3H. The reaction of L with Pd(II) was studied spectroscopically, and the square-planar complex [Pd(L)](BF4) was isolated and characterized. The reactions between L and NiX2 x 6 H2O (X = BF4, ClO4) in ethanol or acetonitrile afforded the octahedral complexes [Ni(CH3CN)(H2O)(L)](X)2 and [Ni(H2O)2(L)](X)2, respectively. The square-planar complexes [Ni(L)](X)2 were obtained by heating these octahedral complexes. Spectrophotometric titrations of [Ni(L)](BF4)2 were performed with neutral and negatively charged ligands. The color of nitromethane solutions of this square-planar complex turns from red to cyan, purple, blue, yellow-green, and pink following addition of halides, acetonitrile, water, pyridine, and 2,2'-bipyridine, respectively. X-ray structural analyses were carried out on the {[Ni(ClO4)(H2O)(L)][Ni(H2O)2(L)]}(ClO4)3, [Ni(CH3CN)(H2O)(L)](ClO4)2, [{Ni(L)}2(mu-Cl)2](ClO4)2, and [{Ni(L)}2(mu-Br)2]Br2 x 2 CH3NO2 complexes.  相似文献

The title compound, Cu(glyglygly)Br·1·5H2O, crystallizes in the space group C2/c, with a = 21.468(7), b = 6.716(5), c = 16.166(6) Å, = 98.39°, and Z = 8. The tripeptide is bonded to one Cu(II) ion through the nitrogen [Cu–N=1.97(1)Å] and oxygen [Cu–O=2.019(8)Å] atoms of the amino end glycine residue and to another Cu(II) through one oxygen atom [Cu–O=1.931(9)Å] of the terminal carboxyl group. This give rise to covalently bonded and infinite ···–Cu–tripeptide–Cu–··· chains. These chains are linked to one another by a network of H-bonds involving the water molecules and bromide ions. The Cu(II) ion is in a distorted tetragonal pyramidal coordination polyhedron. At the corner of the base of the pyramid are the terminal glycine nitrogen and oxygen atoms of one tripeptide, a carboxylic oxygen of another tripeptide and a bromide ion. The fivefold coordination is completed with a water molecule at the top of the pyramid [Cu–Ow=2.286(9)Å]. For all orientations of the applied magnetic field the single crystal EPR spectra display a single anisotropic exchange collapsed resonance without hyperfine structure. Its position was measured in three perpendicular planes and the crystal g-tensor evaluated from the data. This tensor is interpreted in terms of the contributing Cu(II) complexes in the unit cell to deduce the principal values g1 = 2.273, g2 = 2.050 and g3 = 2.131 for the molecular gyromagnetic tensor. We also discuss the magnitude of the exchange interaction between neighboring copper ions in the lattice on the basis of the features in the EPR spectra and the structural information.  相似文献
