Zusammenfassung In dieser Arbeit wurden Schlußfolgerungen über den simultanen Verlauf der beiden Reduktionsphasen von Resazurin überprüft.Weiters wurden Bedingungen für die quantitative titanometrische Bestimmung von Resazurin und seiner Derivate ermittelt.
The conclusions about the simultaneous course of reduction of Resazurin to Resorufin and Resorufin to Dihidroresorufin were verified in this work.The conditions for the quantitative titanometric determination of Resazurin and its derivatives were found.

To serve as a measurement standard, a (certified) reference material must be stable. For this purpose, the material should undergo stability testing after it has been prepared. This paper looks at the statistical aspects of stability testing. Essentially, these studies can be described with analysis of variance statistics, including variant regression analysis. The latter is used in practice for both trend analysis and for the development of expressions for extrapolations. Extrapolation of stability data is briefly touched upon, as far as the combined standard uncertainty of the reference material is concerned. There are different options to validate the extrapolations made from initial stability studies, and some of them might influence the uncertainty of the reference material and/or the shelf-life. The polycondensation of p-aminobenzoic acid by the use of triphenylphospine and hexachloroethane is described. One way to obtain a mixed solution of rigid rod and flexible coil polymers is the polycondensation of the rigid chains in a solution of a flexible polymer matrix. Results on matrix polycondensation of poly(p-benzamide) in solutions of poly(methyl methacrylate), poly(methyl methacrylate-co-styrene), polystyrene and polyacrylonitrile are reported. It is shown that there exists an interrelation between the phase behavior of the mixed polymer solutions and the influence of the matrix polymer on the synthesis of poly(1.4.-benzamide). The ternary phase diagrams of the rigid rod/flexible coil polymer solutions were determined.  相似文献

Cells require metal ions as cofactors for the assembly of metalloproteins. Principally one has to distinguish between metal ions that are directly incorporated into their cognate sites on proteins and those metal ions that have to become part of prosthetic groups, cofactors or complexes prior to insertion of theses moieties into target proteins. Molybdenum is only active as part of the molybdenum cofactor, iron can be part of diverse Fe-S clusters or of the heme group, while copper ions are directly delivered to their targets. We will focus in greater detail on molybdenum metabolism because molybdenum metabolism is a good example for demonstrating the role and the network of metals in metabolism: each of the three steps in the pathway of molybdenum cofactor formation depends on a different metal (iron, copper, molybdenum) and also the enzymes finally harbouring the molybdenum cofactor need additional metal-containing groups to function (iron sulfur-clusters, heme-iron).  相似文献

Plants contain water-soluble chlorophyll-binding proteins (WSCPs) that function neither as antennas nor as components of light-induced electron transfer of photosynthesis but are likely constituents of regulatory protective pathways in particular under stress conditions. This study presents results on the spectroscopic properties of recombinant WSCP from cauliflower reconstituted with chlorophyll b (Chl b) alone or with mixtures of Chl a and Chl b. Two types of experiments were performed: (a) measurements of stationary absorption spectra at 77 and 298 K and CD spectra at 298 K and (b) monitoring of laser flash-induced transient absorption changes with a resolution of 200 fs in the time domain of up to 100 ps. On the basis of a theoretical analysis outlined by Renger et al. (J. Phys. Chem. B 2007, 111, 10487) the data obtained in part (a) are interpreted within a model where tetrameric WSCP binds predominantly two Chl molecules in the form of an excitonically coupled "open sandwich" dimer with a tilt angle of about 30 degrees between the chlorin planes. The time-resolved measurements on Chl a/Chl b heterodimers are described by two exponential kinetics with time constants of 400 fs and 7 ps. These kinetics are assumed to reflect a heterogeneous population of WSCPs with Chl dimers either in excitonic coupled "open sandwich" or weakly coupled geometric arrays. The 400 fs component is assigned to excited-state relaxations from the upper to the lower excitonic level of the strongly coupled "open sandwich" dimer, while the 7-8 ps component probably indicates excitation energy transfer from 1Chl b* to Chl a in a dimer array with weak coupling due to significantly longer mutual distances between the chlorin rings.  相似文献
