A novel method for the determination of palladium in synthetic nuclear waste samples has been developed using a computerized voltammetric analyzer. The electrode system consists of hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE)/glassy carbon/Ag-AgCl electrode. Various experimental conditions including electrolyte type, pH and concentration have been optimized, leading to a detection limit of 40 ng/ml. The mixture of 4.10-3M citric acid + 2.10-2M ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer + 4.10-3M EDTA was used as a supporting electrolyte at pH 9.0. Standard addition method was employed to determine the concentration of palladium present in the nuclear waste sample. The relative standard deviation of the proposed method was found to be 8% at 40 ng/ml of palladium content. The method is direct, simple, rapid and free from any possible interference.  相似文献

A differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) method is proposed for the determination of palladium in deoxo catalysts, which are used in recombination units of the cover gas system of nuclear reactors. The electrode system consists of hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE)/ platinum auxillary/ Ag-AgCl reference electrode. The supporting electrolyte consists of 0.02 M diammonium tartrate + 0.08 M ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer at pH 9.0. Fe, Cu, Pb, Ni, Co and Zn did not interfere. The interference by Cd could be eliminated using 0.005 M EDTA. The relative standard deviation of the proposed method was about 4.0% at ∼ 0.5% palladium content in the catalyst. Current research on antimalarial protein kinases has provided an opportunity to design kinase-based antimalarial drugs. We have developed a common feature-based pharmacophore model from a set of multiple chemical scaffolds including derivatives of 3,6-imidazopyridazines, pyrazolo[2,3-d]pyrimidines and imidazo[1,5-a]pyrazines, in order to incorporate the maximum structural diversity information in the model for the Plasmodium falciparum calcium-dependent protein kinase-1 (PfCDPK-1) target. The best pharmacophore model (Hypo-1) with the essential features of two hydrogen bond donors (HBD), one hydrophobic aromatic (HYAr) and one ring aromatic (RA) showed the classification accuracies of 86.27%, 78.43% and 100.00% in labelling the training and test set (test set-1 and test set-2) compounds into more active and less active classes. In order to identify the crucial interaction between multiple scaffold ligands and the target protein, we first developed the homology model using a template structure of P. bergheii (PbCDPK1; PDB ID: 3Q5I), and thereafter performed the docking studies. The residues such as Lys85, Phe147, Tyr148, Leu198, Val211, and Asp212 were found to be the most important interacting residues for possessing PfCDPK-1 inhibitory activity.  相似文献

Fluorine substitutions on the furanose ring of nucleosides are known to strongly influence the conformational properties of oligonucleotides. In order to assess the effect of fluorine on the conformation of 3′‐deoxy‐3′‐fluoro‐5‐methyluridine (RTF), C10H13FN2O5, we studied its stereochemistry in the crystalline state using X‐ray crystallography. The compound crystallizes in the chiral orthorhombic space group P212121 and contains two symmetry‐independent molecules (A and B) in the asymmetric unit. The furanose ring in molecules A and B adopts conformations between envelope (2E, 2′‐endo, P = 162°) and twisted (2T3, 2′‐endo and 3′exo, P = 180°), with pseudorotation phase angles (P) of 164.3 and 170.2°, respectively. The maximum puckering amplitudes, νmax, for molecules A and B are 38.8 and 36.1°, respectively. In contrast, for 5‐methyluridine (RTOH), the value of P is 21.2°, which is between the 3E (3′‐endo, P = 18.0°) and 3T4 (3′‐endo and 4′‐exo, P = 36°) conformations. The value of νmax for RTOH is 41.29°. Molecules A and B of RTF generate respective helical assemblies across the crystallographic 21‐screw axis through classical N—H…O aand O—H…O hydrogen bonds supplemented by C—H…O contacts. Adjacent parallel helices of both molecules are linked to each other via O—H…O and O…π interactions.  相似文献

The decalin structure is found in bioactive molecules. We have developed catalytic enantioselective formal (4+2) cycloaddition reactions via aldol–aldol cascade reactions between pyruvate‐derived diketoester derivatives and cyclohexane‐1,3‐dione derivatives that afford highly functionalized decalin derivatives. The reactions were performed using a quinidine‐derived catalyst under mild conditions. Decalin derivatives bearing up to six chiral carbon centers including tetrasubstituted carbon centers were synthesized with high diastereo‐ and enantioselectivities. Five to six stereogenic centers were generated from achiral molecules with the formation of two C?C bonds in a single transformation resulting in the formation of the decalin system.  相似文献
