花药培养育成玉米纯系及其杂交组合的试种

本文通过玉米花药培养,证明了可以育成在生产上有应用价值的纯系,并能缩短育种年限,加快王米杂种优势利用。实践证明,用人工培养基诱导玉米花粉直接发育成植株而获得花培纯系,与用传统方法产生自交系一样,是玉米育种的一条有效的新途径。     

SELECTION OF PURE LINE OF MAIZE (Zea mays) BY ANTHER CULTURE AND OBSERVATIONS ON ITS HYBRIDS

Pure Lines of Maize valuable in agricultural production could be bred by anther culture. It has been proved by our work that the pure lines obtained by such means are the same as those by conventional inbreeding method. However, the time for breeding is remarkably shortened. So a new and effective way is shown for maize breeding.
