钯催化α-炔醇立体专一合成α-（Z）-氯亚甲基-β-内酯

首次在一氧化碳存在下，以仲丁醇和苯为混合反应溶剂，氯化钯和氯化铜为催 化体系催化α-炔醇羰基化，立体专一合成α-（Z）-氯亚甲基-β-内酯环。     

超临界二氧化碳介质中钯催化炔烃羰基化反应

研究了以超临界二氧化碳为反应介质实现改善钯催化炔烃羰基化反应绿色性的方法 .研究结果表明 :醇的用量、二氧化碳压力和反应温度等因素均对钯催化炔烃羰基化反应的化学选择性均有影响 ,即存在炔烃的羰基化反应与氧化偶合反应的竞争     

Diiodination of Alkynes in supercritical Carbon dioxide

A general,green and efficient method for the synthesis of transdiiodoalkenes in CO2(sc) has been developed.Trans-diiodoalkenes were obtained stereospecifically in quantitative yields via diiodination of both electron-rich and electron-deficient alkynes in the presence of KI,Ce(SO4)2 and water in supercritical carbon dioxide [CO2(sc)]at 40℃.     

Cu（OAc）2/Pyrimidines-Catalyzed Cross-coupling Reactions of Aryl Iodides and Activated Aryl Bromides with Alkynes under Aerobic, Solvent-free and Palladium-free Conditions

Excellent results have been achieved in the Cu（OAc）2-catalyzed Sonogashira cross-couplings of aryl iodides and activated aryl bromides utilizing TBAF （tetrabutylammonium fluoride） as the base and 4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-amine as the ligand. It is noteworthy that the reaction is conducted under aerobic, solvent-free and palladium-free conditions.     

Ammonium Chloride Promoted Palladium-Catalyzed UIImann Coupling of Aryl Bromide

In water, ammonium chloride was found to promote palladium-catalyzed Ullmann coupling reactions of aryl bromides. In the presence of Pd/C, zinc, NH4Cl, and water, coupling of various aryl bromides was carried out smoothly to afford the corresponding homocoupling products in moderate yields.     

在催化体系可回收和无配体条件下溴化四丁基铵中钯催化卤代芳烃与芳基硼酸的Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应

我们发展一种在催化体系可回收和无配体条件下溴化四丁基铵（TBAB）中钯催化卤代芳烃与芳基硼酸的Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应方法。我们发现水的量对反应有很大的影响。当水的用量为1 %（质量比）时,反应的结果最好。在3 mol%的醋酸钯和1.5 g的TBAB（含1%的水）,一系列卤代芳烃与芳基硼酸的顺利地发生Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应,得到中等及良好的产率。而且在溴代芳烃和活泼的氯代芳烃的交叉反应中,Pd(OAc)2/TBAB催化体系可以回收重复使用多次,并且催化活性基本不变。     

氟化银促进烯炔分子内串联反应研究

以烯炔为反应原料,在碱性条件下,顺利地发生分子内串联反应合成了芳基萘类木脂素.研究发现,加入氟化银可以高效地促进反应进行.实验结果表明,以CH2C1CH2C1作溶剂,在AgF和K2CO3存在下,烯炔可以顺利发生分子内串联反应,高产率得到芳基萘类木脂素.     

Novel Role of Carbon Dioxide as a Selective Agent in Palladium-Catalyzed Cyclotrimerization of Alkynes

Carbon dioxide was found as a selective agent to promote the palladium-catalyzed cyclotrimerization of alkynes in water. Both aryl and alkylacetylenes afforded the corresponding cyclotrimerization products regioselectively in high yields using PdCl2, CuCl2, and CO2 as the catalytic system. However, tert-butylacetylene bearing a bulky group gave a dimerization product. Mechanism of this reaction was also discussed.     

胺作为配体在钯催化偶联反应中应用

对近期我们研究小组及其它研究小组在利用胺作为钯催化偶联反应的配体研究进展进行了总结. 钯/胺作为催化体系主要应用的偶联反应包括: Suzuki-Miyaura交叉反应, Sonogashira交叉反应, Stille交叉反应, Hiyama交叉反应和Heck反应. 研究结果表明胺可以作为价廉和高效的配体促进钯催化交叉偶联反应.     

二氧化碳促进的炔烃参与的反应

目前,二氧化碳在有机合成中的应用主要包括两个方面:(1)作为反应底物,(2)作为反应介质.我们在利用二氧化碳为反应介质时发现,二氧化碳介质中的有机反应常常出现选择性受到影响,甚至完全改变,以及反应速率发生改变等现象.所有这些促使我们直接研究二氧化碳对有机反应的影响.我们发现,二氧化碳可以促进炔烃二碘化反应的反应速度.例如苯乙炔二碘化反应:不加入二氧化碳,反应8 h,苯乙炔的转化率仅为21%,产率为19%;加入二氧化碳,反应只需3 h,产率100%.
