采用简化的孤子微扰模型方程组,研究了注入锁定时被动锁模半导体激光器的时序抖动噪声特性.研究发现,当注入锁定的耦合系数为10-3 ps~(-1)时,在100kHz到10GHz的频率范围内,从锁模激光器的时序抖动噪声可从自由运转情况下的皮秒量级(3.83ps)下降至几十飞秒.还讨论了主从锁模激光器的稳态相位差、注入耦合系数、线宽增强因子等参数对时序抖动噪声特性的影响.计算结果表明,时序抖动对稳态相位差不敏感,而耦合系数的变化对其则有显著影响;此外,线宽增强因子越小,时序抖动噪声越小. 相似文献

本文提出了测试平面衍射光栅的分辨特性的新方法,用干涉法测量光栅衍射的波阵面的相位,得出衍射波阵面的三维波面图,并用所取得的相位数据作傅里叶变换求得其在谱面上的光谱衍射斑——光谱线像的强度分布,并可据此确定半宽度值和分辨极限.文中叙述了这一新方法的优点、基本原理和实验方法,并给出应用这方法测量一批光栅所得结果中的两个例子,结果表明,与通常所用直接扫描光谱线法所测结果相符合. 相似文献

An all-solid-state mid-infrared optical parametric oscillator with wide tunability by using two identical multi-grating periodically poled 5-mol.-% MgO-doped lithium niobate cascaded is reported. The pump laser is an acousto-optically Q-switched Nd:YAG laser with 150-ns pulse width at repetition rate of 10 kHz. Wide tunability from 2.789 to 4.957μm at the idler wavelength is achieved by varying the temperature from 40 to 200 ~C and translating the grating periods from 26 to 31 μm with a step of 0.5μm. When the incident pump average power is 8.15 W, the maximum idler output average power is 2.23 W at 3.344 μm and the optic-optic conversion efficiency is about 27.4%. 相似文献

利用掺杂浓度为5 mol%的掺氧化镁多周期极化铌酸锂晶体实现了高效单谐振的准相位匹配光参量振荡器,所使用的周期极化铌酸锂晶体有6个周期,且以1 μm为间隔,从26.5~31.5 μm. 该光参量振荡器以脉宽为150 ns,重复频率为10 kHz的声光调Q Nd∶YAG激光器为泵浦源,且泵浦光波长为1.064 μm. 通过控制晶体的温度(50~200℃)以及改变晶体的极化周期(26.5~31.5 μm),可由该光参量振荡器获得2.83~2.89 μm,3.10~3.38 μm,3.57~3.78 μm,3.95~4.12 μm, 4.28~4.46 μm,4.65~4.79 μm的闲频光连续调谐输出. 且当泵浦功率为8.15 W时,在闲频光输出波长为3.33 μm处,获得了最大输出功率2.17 W. 相似文献

建立了气相色谱-质谱联用法测定纺织品中2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(OIT)、4-氯-3-甲基苯酚(PCMC),2,4,6-三溴苯酚(2,4,6-TBP),2,6-二甲基苯酚(2,6-DMP)、对苯基苯酚(PPP)等5种防腐剂的方法。样品采用甲醇超声提取,提取液浓缩定容后,经DB-5MS石英毛细管柱分离,进行气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析,全扫描定性,选择离子定量。OIT、2,4,6-TBP、2,6-DMP的线性范围为0.3~20μg/m L,r≥0.9991,检出限为0.3 mg/kg;PCMC,PPP的线性范围为0.15~10μg/m L,r≥0.9993,检出限为0.15 mg/kg。5种防腐剂的回收率为72.7%~110%,RSD≤8.4%(n=6)。 相似文献

As the family of magnetic materials is rapidly growing, two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals (vdW) magnets have attracted increasing attention as a platform to explore fundamental physical problems of magnetism and their potential applications. This paper reviews the recent progress on emergent vdW magnetic compounds and their potential applications in devices. First, we summarize the current vdW magnetic materials and their synthetic methods. Then, we focus on their structure and the modulation of magnetic properties by analyzing the representative vdW magnetic materials with different magnetic structures. In addition, we pay attention to the heterostructures of vdW magnetic materials, which are expected to produce revolutionary applications of magnetism-related devices. To motivate the researchers in this area, we finally provide the challenges and outlook on 2D vdW magnetism. 相似文献
