本文以3,5-二(4-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三唑和酪氨酸为混合配体,利用水热法合成了一个单核镍配合物{[Ni(tyr)2(4,4’-bpt)].H2O}.H2O(1)(其中4,4’-bpt=3,5-二(4-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三唑,Htyr=L-酪氨酸)并利用元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射法对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,配合物属于单斜晶系,P21空间群,a=6.0720(12),b=14.083(3),c=17.609(4),β=92.18(3)°,V=1504.6(5)3,Z=2,F(000)=950,S=1.011,最终偏离因子[I>2σ(I)]R1=0.0481,wR2=0.0952,对全部数据R1=0.0583,wR2=0.1000。  相似文献

Based on the bent ligand 1 H-3-(3-pyridyl)-5-(4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole(3,4?-Hbpt) with Co(Ⅱ) ions as well as a series of polycarboxylate co-ligands, three new coordination polymers were yielded, namely, {[Co(op)(3,4?-Hbpt)(H_2O)_3]?2 H_2O}n(1), [Co(cyc)(3,4′-Hbpt)(H_2O)]n(2) and [Co(pro)(3,4′-Hbpt)(H_2O)]n(3)(here, op = o-phthalic anion, cyc = 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylic anion, pro = propanedioic anion). In cooperation with the auxiliary polycarboxylate co-ligands, a variety of Co(Ⅱ) coordination networks, such as 1-D chain 1 and 2-D layer 2 and 3 have been assembled. The magnetic behaviors of compounds 1~3 were studied. All of them indicated the existence of interesting spin-canting behavior.  相似文献

以1-氢-3,5-二(3-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三唑和2,2'-二硫二苯甲酸(H2L)为混合配体与硝酸镍反应合水热成了一个镍配合物[Ni(L)(3,3'-bpt)2·(H2O)3]·H2O(3,3'-bpt=3,5-二(3-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三唑,L=脱质子2,2'-二硫二苯甲酸)(1)并利用元素分析、红外和X射线单晶衍射法对其结构进行了表征。结果表明标题配合物属于单斜晶系,P21空间群,晶胞参数为a=7.9020(16),b=19.152(4),c=18.196(4),β=92.69(3)°,V=2750.7(10)3,Z=4,F(000)=1360,S=1.067。配合物中金属镍(Ⅱ)形成六配位畸变八面体构型,相邻的镍结构单元通过三唑配体的吡啶氮原子桥联形成一维无限链状结构,整个配合物通过丰富的氢键形成三维网络结构(CCDC:986971)。  相似文献

A Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn(NIP)(3,3'-bpt)]·H2O(1, NIP = 5-nitroisophthalate, 3,3'-bpt = 1H-3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazolate) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction at 140 ℃ and structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction and luminescent properties. In complex 1, the zinc atom is five-coordinated with three carboxylate oxygen atoms from three H2 NIP and two nitrogen atoms from two 3,3'-bpt, respectively, forming a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry and showing a 1D chain structure, which is further bridged by NIP to form a 3D supramolecular network via self-assembly of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new complex [Cu(L)(1,10-phen)]n(1, L = N-3-pyridine sulfonyl amino acid) has been synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis, and its crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 11.481(2), b = 18.094(4), c = 8.5198(17) , β = 102.26(3)°,V = 1729.5(6) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.759 g/cm3, F(000) = 932, μ = 1.422 mm-1, R = 0.0368 and wR = 0.0893. In 1, the Cu(Ⅱ) ion adopts a slightly distorted five-coordinated square pyramidal geometry. The L2- ligand adopts O of the carboxyl bridging adjacent Cu(Ⅱ) units to form an infinite chain structure along the c axis. Also, π-π stacking interactions between the adjacent chains expanded the 1-D structures into a 3-D supramolecular structure.  相似文献
