The Routes of Administration of Amikacin as Consideration in Reptile Therapy

The research was conducted to know the effect of amikacin administrations to the concentration of drug in reptile. The 16 sanca batik snakes (Broghammerus reticulatus) were adapted then divided into four groups of which each was administered5 mg · kg^–1 body weight of amikacin by posterior and anterior intravenous and intramuscular injection, respectively. The blood collection was done by cardio-puncture to each group at minute 1, 60 and 24, 48 h after drug injection and the drug concentration was analysed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The result showed that the drug by i.v. or i.m. administration routes (t1,t48) from posterior region had higher concentrations (81.90 ± 23.1) mg · mL^–1, (17.23 ± 5.29) mg · mL^–1) compared to the anterior injection (P < 0.01). The other concentration comparisons between regions resulted in no significant difference.     

The chaotic response of a fluttering panel: The influence of maneuvering

The influence of maneuvering on the chaotic response of a fluttering buckled plate on an aircraft has been studied. The governing equations, derived using Lagrangian mechanics, include geometric non-linearities associated with the occurrence of tensile stresses, as well as coupling between the angular velocity of the maneuver and the elastic degrees of freedom. Numerical simulation for periodic and chaotic responses are conducted in order to analyze the influence of the pull-up maneuver on the dynamic behavior of the panel. Long-time histories phase-plane plots, and power spectra of the responses are presented. As the maneuver (load factor) increases, the system exhibits complicated dynamic behavior including a direct and inverse cascade of subharmonic bifurcations, intermittency, and chaos. Beside these classical routes of transition from a periodic state to chaos, our calculations suggest amplitude modulation as a possible new mode of transition to chaos. Consequently this research contributes to the understanding of the mechanisms through which the transition between periodic and strange attractors occurs in, dissipative mechanical systems. 基于路径选择的深海水下运动目标被动深度估计

深海水下运动目标的深度估计是目标分辨与识别中的重要一环。基于深海运动目标在深海中的直达波与海面反射波的到达时延与位置之间的关系，寻找时延图上运动目标的候选路径，利用候选路径模拟目标的运动路径，提出了一种可用单水听器实现的水下运动目标深度估计方法。通过用候选路径的估计时延与实际接收时延的比较对路径进行筛选，从而减少了需要的位置先验信息。2018年在南海进行的深海实验数据处理的结果表明该估计方法可行，对于实验中距离15km以内的拖曳声源，深度相对估计误差可以达到15%以内。     

用于一氧化氮检测的小分子荧光探针研究进展

生物小分子NO以其重要的生理学和病理学作用受到科学家们的广泛关注。高选择性、高灵敏度、低毒性NO分子荧光探针的设计和开发,在环境检测、食品安全及人体内NO检测等领域具有重要意义。本文以小分子荧光探针对NO的识别机制为主线,从唑环的形成、螺内酰胺开环、还原脱氨、二氢吡啶的芳构化、NO与金属络合物的反应、与非金属Se的反应和亚硝胺的形成出发,综述了近年来NO小分子荧光探针的研究进展。对NO探针设计及其识别性能研究方面的工作进行了总结,并讨论了NO荧光探针今后的设计思路和重点研究方向。     

Chemistry of bicyclic 5-6 systems: Synthesis of oxazolo[3,2-a]pyridines and their salts with a ring-junction nitrogen atom

The present review highlights the synthetic procedures reported for the preparation of oxazolo[3,2-a]pyridines as a class of 5-6 bicyclic heterocycles with a nitrogen atom at the ring junction. The different sections included the synthesis of the investigated analogs through the reactions of (1) β-ketoesters with α,β-unsaturated ketones (2) δ-oxoacids or esters or unsaturated carboxylic acids with glycinol derivatives (3) unsaturated ketoesters with enamines (4) ethoxymethylenes with amidoglycinol derivatives (5) pyridinium salts with phenylglycinol (6) Multicomponent reactions, and (7) Synthesis of tetracyclic systems. The aim of the present study is to demonstrate a synopsis of the synthesis of compounds containing oxazolo[3,2-a]pyridine skeleton with high yields using readily and accessible starting materials, and efficient synthetic routes until now. The stereochemistry of the obtained enantiopure heterocycles, the isolation of the isomers and the reaction mechanisms of the unexpected products are discussed.     

Adjacency matrices and chemical transformation graphs

The vast numbers of molecular objects and chemical transformations of a substrate cannot be evaluated even intuitively, which necessitates the development of simple reaction monitoring methods. Here this problem is formulated for the first time, and possible solutions are substantiated.

对一些不便应用“误差均分”原则选择仪器的实验 ,提出应用“误差影响分析”的方法选择仪器。     

基于模糊TOPSIS法的职业选择定量分析

由于职业选择受多种因素的影响,且许多因素又具有模糊不确定性,单纯地从定性的角度无法准确清晰地进行选择判断.为解决这一问题,本文运用模糊TOPSIS法对职业选择问题进行定量分析.首先,从个人兴趣爱好、单位的工资收入水平、地理位置、单位性质、发展前景、继续深造的条件和机会、发展机会等,建立职业选择的评价指标体系;然后,采用模糊集理论与专家综合评判相结合的方法求出模糊评价指标的概率并给出所有评价指标的权数;接着,以模糊数学和传统TOPSIS(逼近理想解的排序法)法为基础,建立职业选择评价方法;最后,以某大学生职业选择为例,验证该评价方法的有效性.结果表明,运用模糊TOPSIS法对职业选择定量分析是可行的.     

Routes to chaos and mode-locking in interferometers with nematic film inserts

The influence of time-dependent periodic optical drive in the Fabry-Perot interferometer system has been investigated using a theoretical model equation. A variety of features such as different routes to chaos, multiperiodic oscillations, coexistence of multiple attractors and mode-locking with devil’s staircase are found to occur for a certain range of parametric values.     

On the topological representation of catalytic cycles with nonlinear steps

Reaction route analysis is applied to visualize reaction networks in several heterogeneous catalytic reactions. Combination of the theory of complex reactions with the notion of catalytic cycles results in a topological representation of complex mechanisms with the nodes comprising all possible surface species including free sites and branches indicating interconnections between reactions.
