建立了蔬菜中除虫菊素的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)快速检测技术。采用乙腈提取,盐析后无需净化,直接进样分析,正离子多反应监测(MRM)模式测定。结果表明,6种除虫菊素的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 5~0.999 9,在0.05、0.1、0.5 mg/kg 3个加标水平下,6种物质的平均回收率为73.9%~109.3%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为0.4%~7.7%;除虫菊素Ⅰ、除虫菊素Ⅱ的定量下限为0.01mg/kg,瓜叶菊素Ⅰ、瓜叶菊素Ⅱ、茉酮菊素Ⅰ和茉酮菊素Ⅱ的定量下限为0.05 mg/kg,定量下限均指除虫菊素总量。结果表明该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,适用于蔬菜中除虫菊素的快速检测分析。 相似文献

探讨了用氢为载气的氢火焰离子化检测器,进行多种农药制剂气相色谱分析时的优点。分别使用5%SE-30/ChromosorbGAWDMCS填充的1m×3mmi.d.玻璃柱,SE-30的12m×0.32mi.d.石英毛细管柱进行试验,已成功地应用于十一种有机磷杀虫刑、五种氢基甲酸酯杀虫剂和八种拟除虫菊酯的测定。 相似文献

An HRGC/ECD method is presented which permits the identification and quantitation of individual components of pyrethrins (cinerin I, jasmolin I, pyrethrin I, cinerin II, jasmolin II, pyrethrin II) in indoor matrices (airborne particles, house dust) after application of an agent containing pyrethrum. In order to prepare calibration standards for the individual components of the pyrethrum extract, the pyrethrins were isolated hy semi-preparative HPLC and their content and purity were determined by 1H-NMR spectroscopy. 相似文献

本文以除虫菊花中的除虫菊酯萃取为对象,研究用超临界CO2对其萃取时,施加超声场对萃取物降解及萃取速率的影响.结果表明,在实验范围内施加超声场(200kHz,200W电功率)没有引起超临界CO2流体"空化",从而没有使易分解组分除虫菊酯降解;施加超声场可以提高除虫菊酯的萃取速率,且对萃取速率的影响比用水为共溶剂强,在实验范围内,萃取优化工艺条件为萃取压力(20MPa);施加超声场(200kHz,200W电功率);萃取温度(40℃);添加共溶剂水(0.5ml水/g干花);CO2流量(2.0L·min-1). 相似文献

A commercial pyrethrum extract was used as a source of chrysanthemol for the synthesis of the citrophilus mealybug (Pseudococcus calceolariae) sex pheromone. The chrysanthemic acid esters (pyrethrins I) were isolated and subsequently reduced to obtain chrysanthemol, which was used for ester pheromone synthesis. Field tests showed that the pheromone synthesized using plant-derived chrysanthemol was as attractive to male P. calceolariae as the pheromone obtained using a commercial isomeric chrysanthemol mixture. 相似文献
