研究的主要内容围绕着顾客资产驱动因素及同辈影响对青少年消费者购买意向和实际购买行为的影响展开.在文献综述的基础上,以运动品牌为例,分析价值资产、品牌资产、关系资产以及同辈影响对于青少年消费者购买意向的影响.实证研究表明,同辈影响对于青少年消费者购买意向有着非常显著的影响,同辈群体的炫耀、谈论与推荐行为越多,则青少年消费者的购买意向越强烈.与此同时,购买意向对于实际购买行为的影响虽是正向且显著地,但受到购买惯性的影响而减弱.结论一定程度上从统计上论证了青少年消费者的购买特点,同时也为运动品牌的青少年产品营销活动提供了参考依据.  相似文献

建立了香蕉皮快速、高效对重金属离子铅吸附性能的方法。采用分光光度法测定重金属离子铅的浓度,分别研究了7种不同形态的吸附剂对废水中重金属离子铅的吸附性能。在优化的实验条件下,重金属离子铅浓度与吸光度的线性相关系数R=0.999 83,且方法相对标准偏差(RSD)低于3%。结果表明,香蕉皮对废水中的重金属离子铅有良好的吸附效果,吸附率达到91.3%。利用香蕉皮去除废水中的重金属离子,可以变废为宝,且方法吸附率高、准确可靠、精密度高,可用于吸附废水中重金属离子铅。  相似文献

Most of the known efficient algorithms designed to compute the nucleolus for special classes of balanced games are based on two facts: (i) in any balanced game, the coalitions which actually determine the nucleolus are essential; and (ii) all essential coalitions in any of the games in the class belong to a prespecified collection of size polynomial in the number of players. We consider a subclass of essential coalitions, called strongly essential coalitions, and show that in any game, the collection of strongly essential coalitions contains all the coalitions which actually determine the core, and in case the core is not empty, the nucleolus and the kernelcore. As an application, we consider peer group games, and show that they admit at most 2n−1 strongly essential coalitions, whereas the number of essential coalitions could be as much as 2n−1. We propose an algorithm that computes the nucleolus of an n-player peer group game in time directly from the data of the underlying peer group situation.Research supported in part by OTKA grant T030945. We report the implementation and evaluation of a ‘peer assisted learning’ (PAL) scheme designed to reduce the so-called ‘cooling off’ phenomenon in undergraduate mathematics. ‘Cooling off’ occurs when mathematics undergraduates lose motivation and interest in their studies, despite having previously actively chosen to study it at higher levels. We found that, despite concerns about the novel didactic contract inherent in PAL schemes, a majority of students chose to engage with the scheme, and that the student leaders of the PAL sessions were generally capable of implementing a student-centred pedagogy. Furthermore, we found that students who attended the PAL sessions had higher achievement in their final examinations, even after controlling for their lecture attendance and prior attainment. We conclude by arguing that PAL may provide a useful mechanism for reducing the prevalence of the ‘cooling off’ phenomenon in some – but not all – groups of mathematics students.  相似文献

The present paper describes the combined implementation of two approaches which are based on the work of Erving Goffman and focus on the analysis of the interactional participation structures. Our aim is to examine the ways that differing interpretations of the ongoing interactions may lead the students to adopt differing roles, which in turn affects the process of negotiating and establishing shared meanings. For this purpose we analyse the interaction processes in one ‘expert’ group within the ‘Jigsaw’ form of cooperation (Aronson, 1978 Aronson, E. 1978. The jigsaw classroom, Beverly Hills, CA: Sage.  [Google Scholar]), decomposing the participants’ roles according to their interactional status and their interpersonal effect. Our analysis points out the different roles that emerge in the process of collaborative interaction, and the influence of these roles on group achievement and individual learning possibilities.  相似文献

为了进一步提高基于P2P的内容分发网CDN(content delivery network)的搜索效率,对用户就近组成的节点群(peer group)进行了研究,提出了节点群相似的概念和基于关键词的节点群相似性度量模型.当一个需求在本节点群不能满足时,优先到相似性高的节点群中查找,以较快地满足跨节点群的需求.度量模型对任意两个节点群首先根据节点中各文档关键词的一致程度判断对应两个节点的相似度,然后根据相似节点对的数量和相似度来判断两个节点群相似度.实验表明,使用所提出的度量模型得出的计算结果比传统的基于VSM的算法更接近于实际情况.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Social media platforms such as WhatsApp are increasingly used in formal education settings. However, there is little research to guide educators on how to set up effective peer tutoring groups on social media platforms, particularly between tutors and tutees who rarely meet face-to-face. In the context of a WhatsApp mathematics tutoring project, we present evidence-based principles to guide the establishment and operation of peer tutoring groups on a social media platform. The development of the principles followed a design-based research framework, based on theories about peer learning, participation barriers to social media use in a low socio-economic setting, and input from participants, who were high school students and university students in Cape Town, South Africa. The refined principles provide guidance for others in similar settings who aim to use tutoring groups on a social media platform to achieve education goals.  相似文献

The undergraduate computational chemistry research group headed by Mauricio Cafiero at Rhodes College has a history of including, promoting, and supporting women in this predominantly male field. Alums of this research group from 2004 to 2019 include nine M.Ds, two science researchers, two Ph.D.s, one secondary teacher, two pharmacists, a physical therapist, two nurses, six current medical school students, and five current science graduate students. They have produced 18 peer-reviewed publications with female undergraduate first authors and over 100 conference presentations, including 9 international conference presentations. While Professor Cafiero does all he can to support these students, he attributes the continuous success of the group in recruiting, retaining, and supporting these women to the students themselves. The students' success and visibility on campus helps to recruit new students. The heavy presence of women in this group provides a strong support system for women who may otherwise feel isolated in a male-dominated field; and these support groups provide models and support for women to overcome common obstacles that women in science face. We will profile three recent graduates who will discuss how the above points affected them during their time in the research group and discuss their experience in the context of some literature on women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.  相似文献
