The aim of this paper is to study the asymptotic behavior of solutions for some reaction–diffusion systems in biology. First, we establish a Liouville type theorem for entire solutions of these reaction–diffusion systems. Based on this theorem, we derive the stabilization of the solutions of the reaction–diffusion system to the unique positive constant state, under the condition that this positive constant state is globally stable in the corresponding kinetic systems. Two specific examples about spreading phenomena from ecology and epidemiology are given to illustrate the application of this theory.  相似文献

Recently, the discovery of vanadium-based kagome metal AV3Sb5 (A= K, Rb, Cs) has attracted great interest in the field of superconductivity due to the coexistence of superconductivity, non-trivial surface state and multiple density waves. In this topical review, we present recent works of superconductivity and unconventional density waves in vanadium-based kagome materials AV3Sb5. We start with the unconventional charge density waves, which are thought to correlate to the time-reversal symmetry-breaking orders and the unconventional anomalous Hall effects in AV3Sb5. Then we discuss the superconductivity and the topological band structure. Next, we review the competition between the superconductivity and charge density waves under different conditions of pressure, chemical doping, thickness, and strains. Finally, the experimental evidence of pseudogap pair density wave is discussed.  相似文献

Isomeric forms of indoline spiropyrans show unusual behavior compared with similar compounds, according to experimental data. DFT modeling for gas phase was made to consider the simplest case without environmental effects, which revealed the intramolecular reasons for occurrence of ring opening reaction depending on the particular structure of the compound. The questions of charge redistributions, the changes of geometry and chemical bonds in the structures are also discussed.  相似文献

在石墨烯的化学气相沉积工艺中,铜箔是决定石墨烯薄膜质量的重要因素。传统铜箔由于制备工艺的限制,存在大量的缺陷,导致石墨烯薄膜的成核密度较高。本工作选用抛光铝板、抛光不锈钢板、微晶玻璃和SiO2/Si作为基材,用热蒸镀法制备了不同粗糙度的铜箔,并详细讨论了以该系列铜箔生长高平整度石墨烯薄膜的条件及铜箔对石墨烯薄膜品质的影响。实验结果表明,铜箔以(111)取向为主,与基材分离后,表面具有纳米级平整度。在生长石墨烯后,从SiO2/Si剥离的铜箔成核密度是4种基材中最小的。同时,从SiO2/Si剥离的铜箔晶体结构变化最不明显,具有良好的结晶性,表面几乎不存在铜晶界缺陷。当压强为3 000 Pa,氢气和甲烷流速分别为300 mL/min和0.5 mL/min时,可以获得约1 mm横向尺寸的石墨烯单晶晶畴。  相似文献

Nitrene transfer reactions have emerged as one of the most powerful and versatile ways to insert an amine function to various kinds of hydrocarbon substrates. However, the mechanisms of nitrene generation have not been studied in depth albeit their formation is taken for granted in most cases without definitive evidence of their occurrence. In the present work, we compare the generation of tosylimido iron species and NTs transfer from FeII and FeIII precursors where the metal is embedded in a tetracarbene macrocycle. Catalytic nitrene transfer to reference substrates (thioanisole, styrene, ethylbenzene and cyclohexane) revealed that the same active species was at play, irrespective of the ferrous versus ferric nature of the precursor. Through combination of spectroscopic (UV-visible, Mössbauer), ESI-MS and DFT studies, an FeIV tosylimido species was identified as the catalytically active species and was characterized spectroscopically and computationally. Whereas its formation from the FeII precursor was expected by a two-electron oxidative addition, its formation from an FeIII precursor was unprecedented. Thanks to a combination of spectroscopic (UV-visible, EPR, Hyscore and Mössbauer), ESI-MS and DFT studies, we found that, when starting from the FeIII precursor, an FeIII tosyliodinane adduct was formed and decomposed into an FeV tosylimido species which generated the catalytically active FeIV tosylimide through a comproportionation process with the FeIII precursor.  相似文献

晶体硅表面钝化是高效率晶体硅太阳能电池的核心技术,直接影响晶体硅器件的性能。本文采用第一性原理方法研究了一种超强酸-双三氟甲基磺酰亚胺(TFSI)钝化晶体硅(001)表面。研究发现,TFSI的四氧原子结构能够与Si(001)表面Si原子有效成键,吸附能达到-5.124 eV。电子局域函数研究表明,TFSI的O原子与晶体硅表面的Si的成键类型为金属键。由态密度和电荷差分密度分析可知,Si表面原子的电子向TFSI转移,从而有效降低了Si表面的电子复合中心,有利于提高晶体硅的少子寿命。Bader电荷显示,伴随着TFSI钝化晶体硅表面的Si原子,表面Si原子电荷电量减少,而TFSI中的O原子和S原子电荷电量相应增加,进一步证明了TFSI钝化Si表面后的电子转移。该工作为第一性原理方法预测有机强酸钝化晶体硅表面的钝化效果提供了数据支撑。  相似文献

高性能功能材料在诸多领域具有广泛的应用前景,是人们一直关注的研究热点。高压可以有效地改变物质的原子间距和成键方式,是获得新型功能材料的重要途径。在碳材料的高压研究中,许多有趣的功能碳材料,如光学透明碳、高强度弹性碳和超硬非晶碳等,已经通过不同的碳前驱体合成。本文简要介绍了作者近年来在低维碳基纳米复合材料高压研究中取得的进展,基于设计的不同低维碳前驱体,高压下截获了具有超硬特性、新型压致共价聚合及发光增强的碳材料。  相似文献

BPh3 catalyzes the N-methylation of secondary amines and the C-methylenation (methylene-bridge formation between aromatic rings) of N,N-dimethylanilines or 1-methylindoles in the presence of CO2 and PhSiH3; these reactions proceed at 30–40 °C under solvent-free conditions. In contrast, B(C6F5)3 shows little or no activity. 11B NMR spectra suggested the generation of [HBPh3]. The detailed mechanism of the BPh3-catalyzed N-methylation of N-methylaniline ( 1 ) with CO2 and PhSiH3 was studied by using DFT calculations. BPh3 promotes the conversion of two substrates (N-methylaniline and CO2) into a zwitterionic carbamate to give three-component species [Ph(Me)(H)N+CO2⋅⋅⋅BPh3]. The carbamate and BPh3 act as the nucleophile and Lewis acid, respectively, for the activation of PhSiH3 to generate [HBPh3], which is used to produce key CO2-derived species, such as silyl formate and bis(silyl)acetal, essential for the N-methylation of 1 . DFT calculations also suggested other mechanisms involving water for the generation of [HBPh3] species.  相似文献
