Ti2O3 thin films have been prepared through atomic layer deposition and subjected to electrical resistivity measurements as a function of temperature. The as-prepared films were stable for up to three weeks. In Ti2O3 thin films, the insulator-metal transition is observed at ∼80 K, with nearly 3–4 orders of magnitude change in resistivity. The anomalous increase in electrical resistivity in the films is in accordance with the two-band model. However, the energy interval between the bands depending on the crystallographic c/a ratio leads to a change in electrical resistivity as a function of temperature.  相似文献

One of the most common problems in wounds is delayed healing and complications such as infection. Therefore, the need for novel materials accelerates the healing of wounds especially abdominal wounds after surgery besides high efficiency and safety is mandatory. The rate of wound healing, anti-inflammatory and biocompatibility of Zn-Al LDH (Zn-Al layer double hydroxide) alone and loaded with Curcumin (Zn-Al LDH/Curcumin) was screened via in-vivo assays through intramuscular implantation in rat abdominal wall with intact peritoneum cavity. The implanted drugs were formed through Curcumin loaded into LDH of Zn-Al with drug release of 56.78 ± 1.51% within 24 h. The synthesized nanocomposite was characterized by (TGA/DTA) thermal analysis, (XRD) X-ray diffraction, (FESEM) Field emission scanning electron microscopy, (HRTEM) high resolution transmission electron microscope, energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) and low-temperature N2 adsorption, pore volume and average pore size distribution. The integrity of blood circulation, inflammatory signs, wound healing rate, capacity of tissue integration, antigenicity and composite biocompatibility, auto fluorescence ability of collagen bundles and the tensile strength of the muscle were assessed histopathologically after 7 and 30 days’ post-implantation. Excellent wound healing ability was achieved with shortest length between the wound gap edges and higher tensile strength of the muscle. Besides emit florescence very well followed by good healing and tensile muscles strength in Curcumin while very low strength with scar formation in Zn-Al LDH/Curcumin in both acute and chronic wound. No signs of inflammation in Curcumin & Zn-Al LDH. No vessels obstruction or bleeding observed in both Zn-Al LDH and Curcumin more than Zn-Al LDH/Curcumin and control which examined through candling. Good healing & infiltrated immune cells in same groups through histopathological examination. This work supports the anti-inflammatory, wound healing and biocompatibility of both LDH and Curcumin with living matter, increasing their biomedical applications in this era with safety and increasing efficacy with prolonged drug release.  相似文献

The surface charge is a key concept in electrochemistry. Mathematically, the surface charge is obtained from a spatial integration of the volume charge along a particular direction. Ambiguities thus arise in choosing the starting and ending points of the integration. As for electrocatalytic interfaces, the presence of chemisorbates further complicates the situation. In this minireview, I adopt a definition of the surface charge within a continuum picture of the electric double layer. I will introduce surface charging behaviors of firstly ordinary electrochemical interfaces and then electrocatalytic interfaces featuring partially charged chemisorbates. Particularly, the origin of nonmonotonic surface charging behaviors of electrocatalytic interfaces is explained using a primitive model. Finally, a brief account of previous studies on the nonmonotonic surface charging behavior is presented, as a subline of the spectacular history of electric double layer.  相似文献

过渡金属磷化物作为助催化剂广泛应用于电催化、光(电)催化、电化学储能等领域,但其在水介质中的稳定性研究较少。我们以磷化镍(NixP)作为研究对象,详细研究了所制备的NixP与水的反应行为。研究结果表明: NixP与水反应生成H2,同时自身被氧化生成PO43-和Ni2+,发生严重的化学腐蚀。腐蚀的程度与NixP的晶体结构、元素比例等因素有关。通过在NixP表面沉积NiO、ZnO、TiO2保护层可显著抑制NixP的化学腐蚀,提高NixP在水介质中的抗腐蚀能力。  相似文献

为了研究局部凸起对边界层转捩的影响,采用转捩SST模型分别对亚临界、临界和超临界状态下带突起的圆柱绕流问题进行了数值模拟,分析了不同Reynolds数下带突起的圆柱绕流问题的近壁面流动特征以及表面时均压力与摩擦力系数的分布和凸起对圆柱表面流动分离以及转捩的影响,对比了有无凸起两侧圆柱表面时均压力、摩擦力系数的不同. 结果表明:当来流Reynolds数处于临界区时,气流在圆柱上表面凸起处形成了3个反向旋转的漩涡,之后随着θ的增大,发生了流动分离和流动转捩现象;对于不同Reynolds数下的来流,圆柱上表面的凸起可以使气流发生转捩的位置提前;圆柱上表面的凸起使流速增大、压强降低,从而导致圆柱产生升力,随着来流Reynolds数的增大,其升力逐渐变大.   相似文献

Ion-selective water treatment is needed to address emerging problems in an energy- and cost-efficient manner. Capacitive deionization (CDI) is a membraneless water treatment technology, which relies on storing ions in charged electric double layers (EDLs) of micropores. CDI has shown remarkable selectivity, with local density approximations (LDAs) showing some success in guiding selective separations. However, many underlying processes are represented by lumped fitting parameters in LDA models, hindering further progress. Atomistic models help unravel selectivity mechanisms, but are difficult to integrate with cell-level CDI theory. Here, we review and extend LDA models for CDI, highlight a knowledge gap in connecting between LDA and atomistic models for CDI, and emphasize and build upon analogies between micropore EDLs and nanofiltration membranes.  相似文献

高超飞行器在中低空以极高马赫数飞行时, 飞行器表面会遇到湍流与高温非平衡效应耦合作用的新问题. 这种高焓湍流边界层壁面摩阻产生机制是新型高超声速飞行器所关注的基础科学问题, 厘清此产生机制可以为减阻方法的设计提供指导, 具有重要的工程实用价值. 本文选取高超声速飞行时楔形体头部斜激波后的高焓流动状态, 开展了考虑高温非平衡效应的湍流边界层直接数值模拟研究, 并设置同等边界层参数下的低焓完全气体湍流边界层流动作为对比, 采用RD (Renard & Deck)分解技术研究了高焓湍流边界层摩阻的主要产生机制, 对摩阻产生的主要贡献项积分函数分布进行了详细分析, 研究了高温非平衡效应对摩阻产生的影响规律; 采用象限分析技术, 研究了摩阻分解湍动能生成项的主导流动事件. 计算结果表明, 高温非平衡效应会使得壁面摩阻脉动条带的流向和展向尺寸均减小. 分子黏性耗散项和湍动能生成项是高焓湍流边界层摩阻生成的主要流动过程. 分子黏性耗散项主要作用在近壁区, 高焓流动的分布与低焓流动存在差异. 象限分析表明, 上抛和下扫运动是影响摩阻分解中湍动能生成项的主导事件.   相似文献

将一种人工合成的无机聚合物——蒙脱石皂石黏土(smectite,Sm)应用于基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱分析(matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry, MALDI-TOF-MS),以检测糖类化合物。 将传统的有机基质2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮(trihydroxyacetophenone, THAP)与阳离子交换后的皂石黏土混合制备成新型复合基质,应用于糖类化合物的检测。通过比较不同的制样方法,测定不同分子直径的糖类化合物,发现由于受复合基质晶面间距的限制,只有小分子糖类化合物能进入晶面间隙充分接触有机基质并被离子化,从而实现对小分子糖类化合物的选择性检测。  相似文献

It has been predicted that by the year 2030, 5G and beyond 5G (B5G) networks are expected to provide hundreds of trillions of gigabytes of data for various emerging applications such as augmented, mixed, and virtual reality (AR/MR/VR), wireless computer-brain interfaces (WCBI), connected robotics and autonomous systems. Most of these applications share data with each other using an open channel, i.e., the Internet. The open and broadcast nature of wireless channel makes the communication susceptible to various types of attacks (e.g., eavesdropping, jamming). Thus, there is a strong requirement to enhance the secrecy of wireless channel to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of transmitted data. Physical layer security (PLS) has evolved as a novel concept and robust alternative to cryptography-based techniques, which have a number of drawbacks and practical issues for 5G and beyond networks. Beamforming is an energy-efficient PLS technique, that involves steering of the transmitted signal in a particular direction, while considering that an intruding user attempts to decode the transmitted data. Motivated from these points, this article summarizes various beamforming based PLS techniques for secure data transmission in 5G and B5G networks. We investigate the eight most promising techniques for beamforming in PLS: Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA), Full-Duplex Networks, Massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO), Cognitive Radio (CR) Network, Relay Network, Simultaneous Wireless Information and Power Transfer (SWIPT), UAV Communication Networks and Space Information Networks, and Heterogeneous Networks. Moreover, various physical layer threats and countermeasures associated with 5G and B5G networks are subsequently covered. Lastly, we provide insights to the readers about constraints and challenges for the usage of beamforming-based PLS techniques in various upcoming future applications.  相似文献
