The formation of the optical polaron and bipolaron in two-dimensional (2D) systems is studied in the intermediate electron–phonon coupling regime. The total energies of the 2D polaron and bipolaron are calculated by using the Buimistrov–Pekar method of canonical transformations. The obtained results are compared with other existing results obtained by using the Feynman path integral method and the modified Lee–Low–Pines unitary transformation method. It is shown that the electron–phonon correlation significantly reduces the total energy of the 2D polaron in comparison with the energy of the strong coupling (adiabatic) polaron. It is found that the polaron formation in 2D systems is possible when the electron–phonon coupling constant α is greater than the critical value αc?2.94, which is much lower than a critical value of the electron–phonon coupling constant α in three-dimensional (3D) systems. The critical values of the Fröhlich coupling constant α and the ratio η=ε/ε0 (where ε and ε0 are the high frequency and static dielectric constants, respectively), which determine the bipolaron stability region in 2D systems, are calculated numerically. It is interesting for application to the layered cuprate superconductors that the (bi)polarons are formed more easily in quasi-2D regions than in the bulk. It is argued that the high-Tc cuprate superconductivity can exist above the bulk superconducting transition temperature Tc as the persisting superfluidity of polaronic (bosonic) Cooper pairs and large bipolarons at quasi-2D grain boundaries or in the CuO2 layers above Tc.  相似文献

In this paper we establish the characterization of the weighted BMO via two weight commutators in the settings of the Neumann Laplacian ΔN+ on the upper half space R+n and the reflection Neumann Laplacian ΔN on Rn with respect to the weights associated to ΔN+ and ΔN respectively. This in turn yields a weak factorization for the corresponding weighted Hardy spaces, where in particular, the weighted class associated to ΔN is strictly larger than the Muckenhoupt weighted class and contains non-doubling weights. In our study, we also make contributions to the classical Muckenhoupt–Wheeden weighted Hardy space (BMO space respectively) by showing that it can be characterized via the area function (Carleson measure respectively) involving the semigroup generated by the Laplacian on Rn and that the duality of these weighted Hardy and BMO spaces holds for Muckenhoupt Ap weights with p(1,2] while the previously known related results cover only p(1,n+1n]. We also point out that this two weight commutator theorem might not be true in the setting of general operators L, and in particular we show that it is not true when L is the Dirichlet Laplacian ΔD+ on R+n.  相似文献

Protein extraction for two‐dimensional electrophoresis from tissues of recalcitrant species is quite problematic and challenging due to the low protein content and high abundance of contaminants. Proteomics in Shorea robusta is scarcely conducted due to the lack of a suitable protein preparation procedure. To establish an effective protein extraction protocol suitable for two‐dimensional electrophoresis in Shorea robusta, four procedures (borate buffer/trichloroacetic acid extraction, organic solvent/trichloroacetic acid precipitation, sucrose/Tris/phenol, and organic solvent/phenol/sodium dodecyl sulfate) were evaluated. Following these, proteins were isolated from mature leaves and were analyzed for proteomics, and also for potential contaminants, widely reported to hinder proteomics. The borate buffer/trichloroacetic acid extraction had the lowest protein yield and did not result in any banding even in one‐dimensional electrophoresis. In contrast, organic solvent/phenol/sodium dodecyl sulfate extraction allowed the highest protein yield. Moreover, during proteomics, organic solvent/phenol/sodium dodecyl sulfate extracted protein resolved the maximum number (144) of spots. Further, when proteins were evaluated for contaminants, significant (77–95%) reductions in the nucleic acids, phenol, and sugars were discernible with refinement in extraction procedure. Accumulated data suggested that the organic solvent/phenol/sodium dodecyl sulfate extraction was the most effective protocol for protein isolation for proteomics of Shorea robusta and can be used for plants that have a similar set of contaminants.  相似文献

Coherent exciton-phonon coupling in CdSe/ZnS nanocrystals have been investigated by temperature-dependent two-dimensional electronic spectroscopy (2DES) measurements. Benefiting from the ability of 2DES to dissect assembles in nanocrystal films, we have clearly identified experimental evidences of coherent coupling between exciton and phonon in CdSe/ZnS nanocrystals. In time domain, 2DES signals of excitonic transitions beat at a frequency resonant to a longitudinal optical phonon mode; in energy domain, phonon side bands are distinct at both Stokes and anti-Stokes sides. When temperature increases, phonon-induced exciton dephasing is observed with dramatic broadening of homogeneous linewidth. The results suggest exciton-phonon coupling is essential in elucidating the quantum dynamics of excitonic transitions in semiconductor nanocrystals.  相似文献

This study was to investigate the optimal additions of the cellulose decomposition reaction to obtain the most yield of 5-HMF and other furan derivatives in various biphasic systems with FeCl_3-CuCl_2 mixed catalysts, and explore its depolymerization kinetics.A series of controllable reactions have been performed under mild environmentally friendly atmosphere. The experiment results showed that49.13 wt% of 5-HMF was the maximum production along with 2.98 wt% other furan derivatives catalyzed by mixed Lewis acid FeCl_3-CuCl_2 under the two phases which included high concentration NaCl aqueous phase and n-butanol organic phase at 190℃ for 45 min.The conclusion suggested that two-phase systems benefited the yield of 5-HMF,furan derivatives via extracting the target products from reaction phase to organic phase to avoid rehydration of 5-HMF.The kinetic calculation revealed the conversion with mixed catalysts had lower reaction apparent activation energy(21.65 kJ/mol,190-230℃) and the reaction rate was faster than that with acid-based catalysts.Based on experiment exploration, the probable mechanism of cellulose decomposition with FeCl_3-CuCl_2 was proposed.  相似文献

Two‐dimensional (2D) layered nanomaterials, e.g. graphene and molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), have rapidly emerged in material sciences due to their unique physical, chemical and mechanical properties. In the meanwhile, there is a growing interest in constructing electrochemical sensors for a wide range of chemical and biological molecules by using these 2D nanomaterials. In this review, we summarize recent advances on using graphene and MoS2 for the development of electrochemical sensors for small molecules, proteins, nucleic acids and cells detection. We also provide our perspectives in this rapidly developing field.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel structure for a dual-gated graphene nanoribbon field-effect transistor (GNRFET) is offered, which combines the advantages of high and low dielectric constants. In the proposed Two Different Insulators GNRFET (TDI-GNRFET), the gate dielectric at the drain side is a material with low dielectric constant to form smaller capacitances, while in the source side, there is a material with high dielectric constant to improve On-current and reduce the leakage current. Simulations are performed based on self-consistent solutions of the Poisson equation coupled with Non-Equilibrium Green's Function (NEGF) formalism in the ballistic regime. We assume a tight-binding Hamiltonian in the mode space representation. The results demonstrate that TDI-GNRFET has lower Off-current, higher On-current and higher transconductance in comparison with conventional low-K GNRFET. Furthermore, using a top-of-the-barrier two-dimensional circuit model, some important circuit parameters are studied. It is found that TDI-GNRFET has smaller capacitances, lower intrinsic delay time and shorter power delay product (PDP) in comparison with high-K GNRFET. Moreover, mobile charge and average velocity are improved in comparison with low dielectric constant GNRFET. The results show that the TDI-GNRFET can provide Drain Induced Barrier Lowering (DIBL) and Subthreshold Swing near their theoretical limits.  相似文献

Convective flow and heat transfer in an inclined channel bounded by two rigid plates held at constant different temperatures with one region filled with porous matrix saturated with a viscous fluid and another region with a clear viscous fluid different from the fluid in first region is studied analytically. The coupled nonlinear governing equations are solved using regular perturbation method. It is found that the presence of porous matrix in one of the region reduces the velocity and temperature. Results have been presented for a wide range of governing parameters such as Grashof number, porous parameter, angle of inclination, ratio of heights of the two layers and also the ratio of viscosities.  相似文献

The two phase flow equations frequently used in geothermal engineering ignore capillary pressure, which results in a singular system of equations. Analysis of these equations reveals three mechanisms for altering saturation: local boiling, the spatial dependence of flowing enthalpy due to the convective transport of fluid, and counterflow. A scalar function is associated with each of these three mechanims. At each point in space, flows are essentially two dimensional, with gravity establishing a vertical hierarchy, in that volumetric, energy and mass fluxes can never point below a lower member in this triple. With increasing liquid saturation, the characteristics associated with the saturation equation move up from below this grouping of directions, and eventually may even point above volumetric fluxes. Finally, weak shocks and the associated entropy condition are considered. The characteristics of the saturation equation coincide with the velocity of extremely weak shocks, and saturation increases with the passage of a weak shock, provided the magnitude of the characteristic speed increases with saturation.Notation Cl liquid heat capacity - Cm rock heat capacity - Cv vapour heat capacity - G counterflow energy flux - h flowing enthalpy - hl liquid enthalpy - hv vapour enthalpy - k permeability - k downward vector - P pressure - S liquid saturation - T temperature - dT/dP derivative at saturation - z vertical coordinate - l liquid viscosity - v vapour viscosity - Pl liquid density - m rock density - v vapour density - porosity  相似文献
