黑色签字笔字迹种类与书写时间的鉴定一直是国内外法庭科学研究领域的热点问题。基于拉曼光谱法的分辨率高、稳定性好、效率高以及无损检测等优点,对收集的16种品牌或牌号的黑色签字笔字迹样本进行测试。完成同一品牌或牌号同一时间在不同存储条件(暗室和光照)与不同纸张本底(复印纸和笔记本)字迹样本的制备。将样本字迹剪裁,双面胶固定在载玻片上,放入储存箱内避光保存,间隔一段时间对样品进行测试,测试工作共持续1年,形成图谱数据库。在考察实验条件如测量点、激光功率及共焦类型等因素影响的基础上,筛选出最佳条件。在此条件基础上,检测黑色签字笔在不同书写时间、储存环境、纸张本底等条件下的字迹样本。实验结果表明:(1)存储条件(暗室和光照)、纸张本底(复印纸和笔记本)等不同条件下,同种黑色签字笔字迹的拉曼位移相同,重复性好,受水和纸张等本底的干扰较小。(2)根据拉曼位移的差异可将16种黑色签字笔分成5类。(3)以2#样本为例, 1 140 cm^-1处拉曼光谱特征峰,归属为酯类化合物的C-O伸缩振动ν(CO)。酯类化合物的含量随着时间延长而不断减少,因此随着书写时间越久远,特征峰的相对强度越大(8→1)。通过拟合后计算出相对面积数值I,样本书写时间越早,I值越大,反之I值越小。研究结果可用于快速、准确、无损判定黑色签字笔字迹的种类和推断其相对书写时间。  相似文献

The design of efficient heavy atom-free triplet photosensitizers (PSs) based on through bond charge transfer (TBCT) features is a formidable challenge due to the criteria of orthogonal donor-acceptor geometry. Herein, we propose using parallel (face-to-face) conformation carbazole-bodipy donor-acceptor dyads (BCZ-1 and BCZ-2) featuring through space intramolecular charge transfer (TSCT) process as efficient triplet PS. Efficient intersystem crossing (ΦΔ=61 %) and long-lived triplet excited state (τT=186 μs) were observed in the TSCT dyad BCZ-1 compared to BCZ-3 (ΦΔ=0.4 %), the dyad involving TBCT, demonstrating the superiority of the TSCT approach over conventional donor-acceptor system. Moreover, the transient absorption study revealed that TSCT dyads have a faster charge separation and slower intersystem crossing process induced by charge recombination compared to TBCT dyad. A long-lived charge-separated state (CSS) was observed in the BCZ-1 (τCSS=24 ns). For the first time, the TSCT dyad was explored for the triplet-triplet annihilation upconversion, and a high upconversion quantum yield of 11 % was observed. Our results demonstrate a new avenue for designing efficient PSs and open up exciting opportunities for future research in this field.  相似文献

A new approach to optimal maintenance of systems (networks) is suggested. It is applied to systems subject to two external independent shock processes. A system ‘consists’ of two parts, and each shock process affects only its own part. A new notion of bivariate signature is suggested and used for obtaining survival characteristics of a system and further optimization of the preventive maintenance actions. The preventive maintenance optimization is considered in the univariate discrete scale that counts the overall numbers of shocks of both types. An example of a transportation network is considered. Interferonopathies are rare genetic conditions defined by systemic inflammatory episodes caused by innate immune system activation in the absence of pathogens. Currently, no targeted drugs are authorized for clinical use in these diseases. In this work, we studied the contribution of sulforaphane (SFN), a cruciferous-derived bioactive molecule, in the modulation of interferon-driven inflammation in an immortalized human hepatocytes (IHH) line and in two healthy volunteers, focusing on STING, a key-component player in interferon pathway, interferon signature modulation, and GSTM1 expression and genotype, which contributes to SFN metabolism and excretion. In vitro, SFN exposure reduced STING expression as well as interferon signature in the presence of the pro-inflammatory stimulus cGAMP (cGAMP 3 h vs. SFN+cGAMP 3 h p value < 0.0001; cGAMP 6 h vs. SFN+cGAMP 6 h p < 0.001, one way ANOVA), restoring STING expression to the level of unstimulated cells. In preliminary experiments on healthy volunteers, no appreciable variations in interferon signature were identified after SFN assumption, while only in one of them, presenting the GSTM1 wild type genotype related to reduced SFN excretion, could a downregulation of STING be recorded. This study confirmed that SFN inhibits STING-mediated inflammation and interferon-stimulated genes expression in vitro. However, only a trend towards the downregulation of STING could be reproduced in vivo. Results obtained have to be confirmed in a larger group of healthy individuals and in patients with type I interferonopathies to define if the assumption of SFN could be useful as supportive therapy.  相似文献

A fundamentally new recognition method of bio-objects (e.g., cancer cells as the most important case of them) that escape the immune system supervision control is suggested. It is proposed to use a unified complex consisting of several molecular groups (e.g., antibodies or their fragments) bound with each other. Binding targets are localized on the surface of this bio-object. The choice of the targets is determined by antigen profiling being expressed on the surface of these bio-objects. The recognition efficiency appears to be notably higher than in a situation when molecular groups do not form a unified complex and act separately.  相似文献

基于垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)的自旋反转模型, 数值研究了由一个光反馈VCSEL (定义为主VCSEL, M-VCSEL)输出的混沌光单向注入到另一个VCSEL (定义为副VCSLE, S-VCSEL)所构成的主副VCSELs系统的混沌动力学特性, 分析了注入强度、M-VCSEL与S-VCSEL之间的频率失谐以及M-VCSEL所受到的光反馈强度对系统混沌输出时延特征(包括强度时延特征(I-TDS) 和相位时延特征(P-TDS))以及输出带宽(BW)的影响. 结果显示: 通过调节注入强度和频率失谐, 该系统混沌输出的两个偏振分量(X-PC和Y-PC)的P-TDS和I-TDS可以同时得到抑制; 进一步分析注入强度和频率失谐对混沌BW的影响, 发现在较大负频率失谐区域, 系统可输出BW超过30 GHz 的X-PC和Y-PC混沌信号; 结合系统混沌输出信号的TDS与BW在注入强度和频率失谐参量空间下的演化特性, 可确定宽带宽、低时延特征混沌信号输出的参量空间区域. 此外, 通过合理调节M-VCSEL 所受到的光反馈强度, 可以显著优化系统的混沌输出信号质量.  相似文献

A new rotational band has been identified and assigned to 188Au for the first time using the 173Yb(19F,4nγ) reaction at the beam energies of 86 and 90 MeV. This band is proposed to be built on the πh9/2  νi13/2 configuration by comparing the band properties with known bands in neighboring nuclei. The prolate-to-oblate shape transition through triaxial shape has been proposed to occur around 188Au for the πh9/2  νi13/2 bands in odd-odd Au isotopes on the basis of total Routhian surface (TRS) calculations.  相似文献

High-spin states in 161Er have been studied experimentally via the 150Nd(16O, 5n) reaction at a beam energy of 86 MeV. Three rotational bands built on the 5/2+[642], 3/2-[521], and 11/2-[505] configurations have been extended up to high-spin states, and particularly, the α = -1/2 branch of the ground state 3/2-[521] band has been revised significantly. We present a robust algorithm to detect the arrival of a boat of a certain type when other background noises are present. It is done via the analysis of its acoustic signature against an existing database of recorded and processed acoustic signals. We characterize the signals by the distribution of their energies among blocks of wavelet packet coefficients. To derive the acoustic signature of the boat of interest, we use the Best Discriminant Basis method. The decision is made by combining the answers from the Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) classifier and from the Classification and Regression Trees (CART) that is also accompanied with an additional unit, called Aisles, that reduces false alarms rate. The proposed algorithm is a generic solution for process control that is based on a learning phase (training) followed by an automatic real time detection while minimizing the false alarms rate.  相似文献
