Without resorting to either the Kawaji’s simplified model of interaction with only two-dimensional phonons or to the equipartition approximation for the phonon distribution, the characteristics of the momentum relaxation time of the conduction electrons in a quantized surface layer for interaction with intravalley acoustic phonons have been analysed under the condition of low temperature. The scattering and the mobility characteristics thus obtained for an n-channel (1 0 0)-oriented Si inversion layer are apparently quite different from what follows in the traditional framework.  相似文献

Polyamide-imide (PAI) fibrous mats were fabricated through electrospinning and further treated with atmospheric-pressure plasma. The surface characteristics of the PAI fibrous mats were examined to determine the effect of plasma treatment on the hydrophilic properties. FT-IR, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and contact-angle analysis indicated that the hydrophilicity of the PAI fibrous mats increased upon the introduction of hydrophilic groups by plasma treatment. The concentration of functional groups, including oxygen, and the surface roughness of the PAI fibrous mats increased with increasing treatment time. The optimum plasma treatment time for surface modification of the PAI fibrous mats under atmospheric pressure was 120 s.  相似文献

Riboflavin was covalently linked to mesoporous SBA-15 silica surface via grafting technique. Then fluorescence properties of the system obtained were analyzed in the presence of several metal and organic cations. Both quenching and strengthening of fluorescence as well as significant changes in the maximum fluorescence wavelength were observed. The results were compared with absorption and fluorescence data obtained for riboflavin water solutions.  相似文献

Let k,n2 be integers. A generalized Fermat curve of type (k,n) is a compact Riemann surface S that admits a subgroup of conformal automorphisms HAut(S) isomorphic to Zkn, such that the quotient surface S/H is biholomorphic to the Riemann sphere C? and has n+1 branch points, each one of order k. There exists a good algebraic model for these objects, which makes them easier to study. Using tools from algebraic topology and integration theory on Riemann surfaces, we find a set of generators for the first homology group of a generalized Fermat curve. Finally, with this information, we find a set of generators for the period lattice of the associated Jacobian variety.  相似文献

In this paper we give an algorithm to determine semi‐isogenous mixed surfaces with given geometric genus, irregularity and self‐intersection of the canonical class. As an application we classify irregular semi‐isogenous mixed surfaces with and geometric genus equal to the irregularity; the regular case is subjected to some computational restrictions. The adsorption of OCN (cyanato anion) on boron nitride (B12N12 and B16N16) and boron phosphide nano-cages (B12P12 and B16P16) in terms of energetic, geometric, and electronic properties are studied using density functional theory calculations. Our study results indicated that the first OCN strongly prefers to be adsorbed from its N atom upon B atoms of the nano-cages than the O atoms of OCN. These findings have been rationalized using frontier molecular orbitals and total electron density plots. The energy gap of the B12P12 is significantly reduced upon the adsorption of OCN compared to B12N12, thus leading to the increase in electrical conductance of nano-cage.  相似文献

In this article we prove a version of Noether's Theorem (of Calculus of Variations) which is valid for a general regular (compact) surface. As a special feature, the Lie group of transformations is allowed to act on the Cartesian product of the surface and the functional space. Additionally, we apply the Theorem to a problem in Classical Differential Geometry of surfaces. The given application is actually an example showing how Noether's Theorem can be used to construct invariant properties of the solutions to variational problems defined on surfaces, or equivalently, of the solutions to the associated Euler-Lagrange equations resulting from them.  相似文献

In this work, the influence of cathodic (Red) and anodic (Ox) pre-treatment on boron doped diamond (BDD) films grown with different sp2/sp3 ratios was systematically studied. The sp2/sp3 ratios were controlled by the addition of CH4 of 1,3,5 and 7 sccm in the gas inlet during the growth process. The electrodes were treated in 0.5 mol L−1 H2SO4 at −3 and 3 V vs Ag/AgCl, respectively, for 30 min. The electrochemical response of BDD films was investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and Mott–Schottky Plot (MSP) measurements. Four film sample sets were produced in a hot filament chemical vapor deposition reactor. During the growth process, an additional H2 line passing through a bubbler containing the B2O3 dissolved in methanol was used to carry the boron. The scanning electron microscopy morphology showed well faced films with a small decrease in their grain size as the CH4 concentration increased. The Raman spectra depicted a pronounced sp2 band, mainly for films with 5 and 7 sccm of CH4. MSP showed a decrease in the acceptor concentration as the CH4 increased indicating the CH4 influence on the doping process for Red–BDD and Ox–BDD samples. Nonetheless, an apparent increase in the acceptor concentrations for both Ox–BDD samples was observed compared to that for Red–BDD samples, mainly attributed to the surface conductive layer (SCL) formation after this strong oxidation process. The EIS Nyquist plots for Red–BDD showed a capacitance increase for the films with higher sp2 content (5 and 7 sccm). On the other hand, the Nyquist plots for Ox–BDD can be described as semicircles near the origin, at high frequencies, where their charge transfer resistance strongly varied with the sp2 increase in such films.  相似文献

In this work, a superhydrophobic nickel surface is fabricated by coupling electro and electroless deposition without chemical modification. SEM study reveals that electrodeposited nickel surface is characterized by nanocone arrays and has a contact angle of about 135°. After adding electroless deposition, as the second step, hemispherically topped nickel nanocone arrays are formed which leads to a high contact angle of 153.6°. That is, nickel surface has successfully transformed from hydrophobic to superhydrophobic. This transition is investigated both from the aspects of chemical composition and surface structure and proves the latter is the dominant factor. The present study inspires us to do more research about the creation of rough surfaces and enriches our comprehension about superhydrophobicity.  相似文献
