采用热分解法, 以柠檬酸钠和尿素为前驱体, 通过控制反应温度制备了不需要结合任何固体分散基质即可呈现明亮固态发光的碳纳米粒子(CNPs). 利用X射线衍射(XRD), 透射电子显微镜(TEM), X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、 紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)和光致发光光谱(PL)等对CNPs的物相、 形貌和粒径、 表面基团及光学特性进行了表征. 结果表明, 该CNPs为无定形碳结构, 准球形形貌, 粒径分布在5~15 nm范围, 其表面存在C=O, C=N和O=C—N等基团. CNPs的水溶液和固体粉末在365 nm紫外光辐射下, 均呈现明亮的蓝绿色发光. 将该CNPs粉末用作荧光试剂可直接显现不同非渗透性客体表面的潜指纹(LFPs). 在365 nm紫外光激发下, CNPs粉末刷显后的LFPs细节特征清晰可辨, 强荧光背景客体表面的LFPs获得了高对比度的显现效果. 同时, 老化30 d的LFPs利用CNPs粉末也能够显现出可识别的指纹细节. CNPs发光粉末作为指纹试剂在刑侦领域具有潜在的应用前景.  相似文献

The controlled and efficient synthesis of polymers with tailored topologies is challenging but important for exploring structure/property research. Herein, we proposed a concept of macro-latent monomer to achieve the controlled growth of polymer topologies.The macro-latent monomer was installed by a dynamic furan/maleimide covalent bond at the chain terminal. One-shot reversible additionfragmentation chain transfer(RAFT) polymerization of styrene and the macro-latent monomer created controlled growth of polymer topologies.Low temperature such as 40 ℃ could not activate the macro-latent monomer and thus the polymerization created the homo-polystyrene. By contrast, high temperature of ~110 ℃ activated the macro-latent monomer, and a maleimide-terminated macro-monomer was released via the retro-Diels Alder reaction. This macro-monomer immediately joined the cross polymerization with styrene and thus produced the side chains. By delicately manipulating the polymerization temperature, the predetermined placement of the macro-latent monomer-derived polymeric sidechains created controllably growing topologies, including star-, π-shaped, and density-variable grafting copolymers. This work paved a new way for creating on-demand topologies and would greatly enrich the topology synthesis.  相似文献

This study describes our development of a microfluidic reaction scheme for the synthesis of fused indoline ring systems found in several bioactive compounds. We have utilized a continuous-flow microfluidic reactor for the reaction of hydrazines with latent aldehydes through the interrupted Fischer indolization reaction to form fused indoline and azaindoline products. We have identified optimal conditions and evaluated the scope of this microfluidic reaction using various hydrazine and latent aldehyde surrogates. This green chemistry approach can be of general utility to rapidly produce indoline scaffolds and intermediates in a continuous manner.  相似文献

 根据满足边界条件的一系列电磁场方程,采用场匹配法,详细推导了外开槽同轴波导的特征方程。在外开槽同轴波导光滑内同轴半径等于零的情形下,即变成外开槽圆波导,得到其特征方程。数值模拟了外开槽同轴波导及外开槽圆波导中TE01模式的传播特性,得到了不同尺寸外开槽同轴波导开槽间隙半张角和槽深与特征根的变化关系。结果表明:开槽越深,间隙半张角越小,特征根值越小。  相似文献

When modeling spatially distributed normal responses Yi in terms of vectors xi of explanatory variables, one may fit a linear model assuming independence, and then use the empirical variogram of the residuals to determine an appropriate parametric form for the autocorrelation function. Suppose, however, that the responses are not normally distributed—for example, Poisson or Bernoulli. One may model spatial dependence using a hierarchical generalized linear model in which, conditional on a latent Gaussian field Z = {Zi}, the Yi have independent distributions from the exponential family, with an appropriate link function connecting their conditional means with the linear predictors xtiβ + Zi. The question then is how to determine an appropriate model for the autocorrelation function of Z. The empirical variogram of the Yi is no longer appropriate, since (unless the link function is the identity) it is on the wrong scale. We propose here an alternative, the latent scale covariogram, whose graph reflects the autocorrelation structure of the underlying normal field. We illustrate its use on several real datasets, together with a simulated dataset, and obtain results quite different from those obtained using the variogram. The latent class mixture-of-experts joint model is one of the important methods for jointly modelling longitudinal and recurrent events data when the underlying population is heterogeneous and there are nonnormally distributed outcomes. The maximum likelihood estimates of parameters in latent class joint model are generally obtained by the EM algorithm. The joint distances between subjects and initial classification of subjects under study are essential to finding good starting values of the EM algorithm through formulas. In this article, separate distances and joint distances of longitudinal markers and recurrent events are proposed for classification purposes, and performance of the initial classifications based on the proposed distances and random classification are compared in a simulation study and demonstrated in an example.  相似文献

斜坡中通常发育有多种裂面 ,这些裂面能否在滑坡发育过程中形成滑面 ,将取决于裂面所处的应力状态、裂面的性质、形态、发育密集程度等因素。裂面聚类分析就是通过对裂面所处应力状态的分析 ,确定斜坡中存在的多组潜在滑面 ,然后对斜坡中多组裂面进行聚类分析。其基本方法是将所研究的一组样本 (裂隙或潜在滑面 )中的每一个样本看成一类 ,根据样品间相似系数或距离的大小 ,每次将最为相近的合并 ,计算合并后新类与其他类之间的距离 ,再选择最小距离合并 ,最后将一组样本合并成所需要的类 ,确定斜坡中最有可能发育成滑动面的裂面 (或变形带).  相似文献

KMnF3 and DKDP crystals have been studied around their phase transitions using a conduction calorimetry technique where a long periodical square thermal pulse (0.05 K in amplitude) is superposed to a heating or cooling ramp as low as 0.06 K h−1. Specific heat data obtained in the dissipation and relaxation semiperiods of the square pulse become different inside the phase transition interval. The electromotive force developed by the heat fluxmeters at the end of the relaxation semiperiod (underlying signal) is compared with the DTA trace obtained in a second run with the same temperature ramp but without the modulated perturbation. The comparison between the DTA trace and specific heat data obtained in the first run allows us to determine the value of the latent heat and to obtain information about the kinetic of the phase transition.  相似文献

Imaging of latent fingerprints using time-resolved (TR) method offers a broader platform to eliminate the unwanted background emission. In this paper, a novel TR imaging technique is demonstrated and implemented, which facilitates the detection of latent fingerprints with nanosecond resolution. Simulated experiments were carried out with two overlapping fingerprints treated with two fluorescent powders having different lifetimes in nanosecond range. The dependence of the fluorescence emission intensity in nanosecond resolution of TR imaging is also revealed.  相似文献

Antithrombin (AT) is a plasma glycoprotein which possesses anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory properties. AT exhibits various forms, among which are native, latent and heterodimeric ones. We studied the potential of capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry (CE-MS) using a sheath liquid interface, electrospray ionization (ESI), and a quadrupole-time-of-flight (Q-TOF) mass spectrometer to separate and quantify the different AT forms. For CE separation, a neutral polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) coated capillary was employed. The protein conformation was preserved by using a background electrolyte (BGE) at physiological pH. A sheath liquid of isopropanol-water 50:50 (v/v) with 14 mM ammonium acetate delivered at a flow rate of 120 μL h−1 resulted in optimal signal intensities. Each AT form exhibited a specific mass spectrum, allowing unambiguous distinction. Several co-injection experiments proved that latent AT had a higher electrophoretic mobility (μep) than native AT, and that these conformers could associate to form a heterodimer during the CE analysis. The developed CE-MS method enabled the detection and quantitation of latent and heterodimeric forms in a commercial AT preparation stored at room temperature for three weeks.  相似文献
