The present study reports the first phytochemical investigation of the seed kernels of Manilkara bidentata (Balata) harvested in Trinidad, W.I. Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis of the n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, ethanol and methanol extracts showed a total of 39 components. 2,6,10,14,18-pentamethyl-2,6,10,14,18-eicosapentaene (74.93%), 9-octadecenoic acid, (Z)- 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester (79.98%), (Z)-ethyl oleate (92.75%), Z,E-2-methyl-3,13-octadecadien-1-ol (80.51%) and 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furancarboxyaldehyde (50.32%) were the major constituents identified in the n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, ethanol and methanol extracts, respectively. The extracts showed the presence of several bioactive components and provides reference data for further research of its active constituents. 相似文献

A rapid method had been used for comparative study on Artemisia halodendron Turcz. and its two related plants by gas phase-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The comparison of the volatile oils obtained in three plants by GC-MS were similar in 20 compositions. However, n-Hexadecanoic acid (10.40%), Biphenyl (7.867%) and 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid (7.25%) were the predominant in the volatile oils of A. halodendron Turcz., whereas these constituents did not exist in the other two plants. And the study investigated the effect of three plants against CCl4-induced hepatotoxicity in mice. 70% ethanol extracts of A. halodendron Turcz. showed weaker protective effect than the other two plants. It suggested that they provide a basis for the identification of the A. halodendron Turcz. from the other two plants and the ethanol extract from three plants exerted a protecting effect against hepatotoxicity. 相似文献

Helichrysum faradifani (Asteraceae) is a perennial shrub growing in rocky and sandy places of Madagascar. The plant is used in the Malagasy traditional medicine as a wound-healing agent, disinfectant and for the treatment of syphilis, diarrhea, cough and headache. In the present work, we analysed the chemical composition of the essential oil distilled from the aerial parts of H. faradifani by GC-MS and evaluated its insecticidal activity against 2nd, 3rd and 4th instar larvae of the lymphatic filariasis vector Culex quinquefasciatus by acute toxicity assays. The most sensitive were 2nd instar (LC50 = 85.7 μL L?1) larvae. For the 3rd and 4th instar larvae, the estimated LC50 were 156.8 and 134.1 μL L?1, respectively. Monoterpene hydrocarbons (51.6%) were the major fraction of the essential oil, with the bicyclic α-fenchene (35.6%) as the predominant component. Sesquiterpene hydrocarbons (34.0%) were the second major group characterising the oil, with γ-curcumene (17.7%) as the most abundant component. 相似文献

AbstractA comprehensive study on essential oil samples extracted from Ridolfia segetum Moris (Apiaceae) collected in Tarquinia (Italy) is reported. In this study, a 30-hour, fractionated, steam distillation procedure for essential oil preparation was applied. The gas chromatographic-mass spectrometry analysis showed monoterpene o-cymene and phenylpropanoid dill-apiol as the major essential oil’s constituents revealing a new chemotype dependent on extraction duration. Great impact of the duration of the distillation process on chemical profile of essential oil was observed; prolonged distillation gives chemically more diverse essential oil samples. Preliminary microbiological evaluations of the essential oils samples revealed some activity, although not high, against Candida albicans. 相似文献

采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱法测定水中25种挥发性有机物的含量,并研究了其在污水厂应急溯源中的应用。25种挥发性有机物在一定的质量浓度范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3.143s)在0.6~5.0μg·L-1之间。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在91.6%~102%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.7%~4.6%之间。在一起污水厂冲击案例中,通过污水管网采样及污水样品分析,确定污染因子二氯甲烷,并根据二氯甲烷浓度变化快速锁定污染源头,确保污水厂出口水质达标。 相似文献

AbstractIn this study Eucalyptus globulus essential oil was tested on major mosquito species and toxicity was compared with temephos. Mortality was calculated after 24?h and 48?h post treatment. In 24?h treatment essential oil show strong larvicidal activity with LC50 and LC90 values were 30.198ppm, 103.389ppm for Anopheles stephensi, 13.578ppm, 106.755ppm for Aedes aegypti; and, 7.469ppm, 32.454ppm for Culex quinquefasciatus and 48?h post treatment LC50 and LC90 values were, 12.576, 49.380ppm for Anopheles stephensi, 7.926, 34.470ppm for Aedes aegypti and 4.408, 21.048ppm for Culex quinquefasciatus. Chemical composition of essential oil using GC-MS and FT-IR analysis shows the presence of 1,8-cineol, (71.7%); α-pinene, (9.14%) as a major compounds. Our findings suggest that essential oil from Eucalyptus globulus leaves can be used for control of mosquito larvae. 相似文献

为开发新型高温释放型烟用香料,以2,3,5,6-四甲基吡嗪和薄荷醇为原料,经过酯化反应制备了3,6-二甲基-2,5-吡嗪二甲酸二薄荷醇酯(DPAME)。采用在线热裂解-气相色谱-质谱联用技术(Py-GC-MS)在空气氛围和不同的温度(300、600和900℃)下,对DPAME进行热裂解研究,裂解产物经GC-MS进行了定性和半定量分析。结果表明,DPAME在300℃下裂解产生了多种有致香效果的醛类、薄荷烯和薄荷醇等;在600℃和900℃下裂解产生了烯烃类、烷基吡嗪、薄荷醇和薄荷烯等香味物质,并且吡嗪类的种类和相对含量在这两个温度下明显增加。结合DPAME的热裂解产物分析和卷烟感官评吸结果,初步推测了其可能的裂解机理。采用该方法可以方便、快速地分离鉴定物质的热裂解产物,为该物质在烟草中的加香应用提供理论依据。 相似文献

提出了同位素稀释-气相色谱-质谱法测定白酒中23种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物含量的方法。样品用正己烷-乙酸乙酯(1+1)混合液提取后,经DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱分离,采用电子轰击离子源选择离子反应监测模式进行质谱测定,同位素内标法进行定量分析。23种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的线性范围在0.2~3.0mg·L-1之间,测定下限(10S/N)在0.05~0.1mg·kg-1之间。加标回收率在73.2%~122%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.49%~11%之间。 相似文献

采用液液萃取-气相色谱-质谱法同时测定环境水体中的24种半挥发性有机物。水样经二氯甲烷萃取,萃取液经浓缩定容后在DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱上分离,质谱中选择电子轰击离子源-选择离子监测模式,以菲-D10为内标物进行定量。24种化合物的质量浓度在一定范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限为0.03~0.28μg·L-1。加标回收率在70.1%~128%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于6%。实际样品分析结果表明,某地地表水和化工区水样中均检出硝基苯类、氯代苯酚类、酞酸酯类等化合物。 相似文献
