High dielectric loss materials have an important application in electromagnetic (EM) absorption fields. In this paper, the ternary nanocomposites: 1T/2H-MoS2/Mo2S3 with heterogeneous interfaces are synthesized by hydrothermal method. XRD, XPS, FTIR, SEM, and TEM measurements are applied to study the structure, morphology, and composition. The frequency spectra of complex permittivity (εr-f) are measured in 2–18 GHz by vector network analyzer. The results show that the nanocomposites have higher dielectric loss angle tangents than the reported 2H-MoS2 absorbers. Based on the εr-f spectra, the reflection loss-frequency curves () are simulated at given thicknesses. An effective absorption bandwidth of 5.2 GHz (12.8–18 GHz) and a peak of −29.49 dB are achieved in a thin thickness of 1.62 mm, which are comparable to the reported 2H-MoS2 absorbers with complex composition, showing that the 1T/2H-MoS2/Mo2S3 nanocomposites have great application potential as an EM wave absorber in the Ku band. 相似文献

Crystal, electronic structures and the magnetic and electromagnetic wave absorption properties of BaFe12-xCoxO19 (x = 0–2) M-type hexaferrites prepared by a co-precipitation technique were studied. The analyses of X-ray diffraction patterns indicated that the samples mainly crystallized in the P63/mmc hexagonal structure, with the additional constitution of Y-type hexaferrite as x > 0. The replacement of Co2+ for Fe3+ in BaFe12-xCoxO19 changed the lattice constants and caused lattice distortions. Particularly, Co2+ doping also reduced magnetization and hard magnetic property of BaFe12-xCoxO19. This is ascribed to magnetic moment of Co2+ smaller than that of Fe3+ and to the decrease of magnetocrystalline anisotropy. Having studied electromagnetic wave absorption properties in the frequency range f = 0.1–18 GHz, we found BaFe12-xCoxO19 showing high reflection loss (RL) values at frequencies of 0.1–15 GHz, but fairly low RL values at higher frequencies. These features suggest that BaFe12-xCoxO19 can be suitable to electronic devices working at GHz frequencies. 相似文献

The Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) phenomenon has been described through the IEC 61000-4-2. ESD current parameters' values, have been set in this Standard. The theoretical ESD current waveform defined in this standard, describing the conventional Contact discharge mode, needs to be re-evaluated on the basis of accurate experimental data. Even though the standard deals with commercial ESD generators, its goal is to simulate the natural phenomenon as good as possible. More and accurate data may contribute to the better simulation of the natural phenomenon. New values and better comprehension of the phenomenon demand new measurements based on high end measuring equipment. Such works and publications have been carried out the past years. Yet, the need to systematize and integrate this work remains. Larger and trust-worthy series of measurements need to be carried out and presented clearly.This paper deals with new ESD-current data, taken with broadband equipment. New and more detailed measurements like these, were never before taken at such a large number of individuals. The goal of this work is that the data acquired can serve as a basis for re-evaluating the conventional approach of the scientific community to the ESD event.In this paper, using a broadband measuring system, new parameters' values are measured and relations are presented, following standard statistical procedures. The results, which occur from measurements carried out on tenths of human individuals, are questioning the Standard in many points. A new way of approaching the standardization of the ESD current is proposed, as the excuse of the poor measuring equipment that sets barriers on the measuring accuracy, does not apply any more. The charging voltages of 500 V and 1000 V were also examined since such range of voltages are often met at ESD events and they are considered very harmful. 相似文献

In this paper, we defined the scattering energy intensity based on the Poynting vector to quantitatively study the cloak effect of electromagnetic waves in the time domain. The influences of the effective working frequency bands of four kinds of electromagnetic cloak materials, incidence angle of electromagnetic waves and the number of approximately cloak layers on the cloak effect are studied. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time to use the time domain method to quantitatively study the effective working frequency band and the scattering energy intensity of cloak materials. 相似文献

This paper presents a volume integral equation method for an electromagnetic scattering problem for three-dimensional Maxwell's equations in the presence of a biperiodic, anisotropic, and possibly discontinuous dielectric scatterer. Such scattering problem can be reformulated as a strongly singular volume integral equation (i.e., integral operators that fail to be weakly singular). In this paper, we firstly prove that the strongly singular volume integral equation satisfies a Gårding-type estimate in standard Sobolev spaces. Secondly, we rigorously analyze a spectral Galerkin method for solving the scattering problem. This method relies on the periodization technique of Gennadi Vainikko that allows us to efficiently evaluate the periodized integral operators on trigonometric polynomials using the fast Fourier transform (FFT). The main advantage of the method is its simple implementation that avoids for instance the need to compute quasiperiodic Green's functions. We prove that the numerical solution of the spectral Galerkin method applied to the periodized integral equation converges quasioptimally to the solution of the scattering problem. ABSTRACTThe paper deals with a mixed problem for nonstationary generalised Maxwell equations. The boundary conditions are of Riemann-Hilbert type. The problem is reduced to a mixed problem for a wave equation where the boundary conditions are of Dirichlet type as they were introduced by D. Spencer in the middle 1950?s. We set up a correspondence between solutions of the Yang–Mills equations on and in Minkowski spacetime via de Sitter space. Some known Abelian and non-Abelian exact solutions are rederived. For the Maxwell case we present a straightforward algorithm to generate an infinite number of explicit solutions, with fields and potentials in Minkowski coordinates given by rational functions of increasing complexity. Electromagnetic processing was used to study the effects of electro-magneto forming on the dimensional control and thermal stability of sintered powder metal (PM) parts. The investigation was carried out on sinter-hardened, low chromium-molybdenum bainitic steel. The results show an increase in the microhardness of about 14% for the electromagnetic processed parts compared to the as-sintered parts. This was attributed to the 2% increase in the density, 17% and 29% reduction in the volume fraction of porosity and width of the bainitic lath, respectively, due to the electromagnetic processing. Dimensional characterization was carried out using a vertically aligned push-rod dilatometer. After four thermal cycles of heating and cooling, at a controlled rate of 5 °C/min to 1000 °C, the electromagnetic processed parts exhibited reduced dimensional change of about 44% lower than for the as-sintered parts. This is significantly important for applications that demand high dimensional tolerance and performance, especially at elevated temperatures. 相似文献

A simple wet chemical method was used to synthesize Fe-doped MnO2 composites with iron amount ranging from 0 to 90 M percent. X-ray diffraction, electron probe micro-analyzer, scanning electron microscopy and vector network analyzer were employed to investigate the effect of iron doping on the microstructure and electromagnetic performance of the as-synthesized samples. Results indicate that relative small content of Fe-doping cannot change the α-MnO2 structure but can promote the formation of hollow-structural morphology. The as-obtained products are transformed into a novel compound (Fe0.67Mn0.33)OOH with the increase of Fe-doping to 30 mol%. The possible formation mechanism was proposed in detail. Compared with the pure MnO2, the Fe-doped samples exhibit decreased dielectric loss but increased magnetic loss with increasing the iron content below 20 mol% while relatively poor electromagnetic properties with the iron content above 30 mol%. 相似文献
