The nanofluid and porous medium together are able to fulfill the requirement of high cooling rate in many engineering problems. So, here the impact of various shapes of nanoparticles on unsteady stagnation-point flow of Cu-H2O nanofluid on a flat surface in a porous medium is examined. Moreover, the thermal radiation and viscous dissipation effects are considered. The problem governing partial differential equations are converted into self-similar coupled ordinary differential equations and those are numerically solved by the shooting method. The computed results can reveal many vital findings of practical importance. Firstly, dual solutions exist for decelerating unsteady flow and for accelerating unsteady and steady flows, the solution is unique. The presence of nanoparticles affects the existence of dual solution in decelerating unsteady flow only when the medium of the flow is a porous medium. But different shapes of nanoparticles are not disturbing the dual solution existence range, though it has a considerable impact on thermal conductivity of the mixture. Different shapes of nanoparticles act differently to enhance the heat transfer characteristics of the base fluid, i.e., the water here. On the other hand, the existence range of dual solutions becomes wider for a larger permeability parameter related to the porous medium. Regarding the cooling rate of the heated surface, it rises with the permeability parameter, shape factor (related to various shapes of Cu-nanoparticles), and radiation parameter. The surface drag force becomes stronger with the permeability parameter. Also, with growing values of nanoparticle volume fraction, the boundary layer thickness (BLT) increases and the thermal BLT becomes thicker with larger values of shape factor. For decelerating unsteady flow, the nanofluid velocity rises with permeability parameter in the case of upper branch solution and an opposite trend for the lower branch is witnessed. The thermal BLT is thicker with radiation parameter. Due to the existence of dual solutions, a linear stability analysis is made and it is concluded that the upper branch and unique solutions are stable solutions.  相似文献

A new approach for tree-level amplitudes with multiple fermion lines is presented. It primarily focuses on the simplification of fermion lines. By calculating two vectors recursively without any matrix multiplications, the result of a fermion line is reduced to a very compact form depending only on the two vectors. Comparisons with other packages are presented, and the results show that our package FDC provides a very good performance in the processes of multiple fermion lines with this new approach and some other improvements. A further comparison with WHIZARD shows that this new approach has a competitive efficiency in computing pure amplitude squares without phase space integration.  相似文献

Purpose of studyOtostegia limbata (Benth.) Boiss. (Family: Lamiacae) is an important underexplored ethnomedicinal plant that has been used as antinflammatory, anticancer and antibacterial herbal remedy previously. The present work was aimed to evaluate the antioxidant, antimicrobial, antileishmanial, and anticancer prospective of O. limbata stem and leaf extracts.ResultsThe highest amount of phenolic and flavonoid content was obtained in the methanol-acetone and methanol stem extracts i.e., 53.29 ± 1.33 and 28.64 ± 1.16, respectively with highest DPPH scavenging in MeH stem extract (IC50 = 34.5 ± 1.34 μg/ml). Significant amount of catechin, gallic acid, apigenin and rutin was quantified. A moderate antibacterial and substantial antifungal activity was observed. Cytotoxicity against brine shrimps categorized 21% of stem (3 out of 14 extracts) and 57% (8 out of 14 extracts) of leaf extracts as potent. Substantial cytotoxicity against THP-1 cell line (IC50 = 3.46 ± 0.25 μg/ml) and Leishmania (IC50 = 1.50 ± 0.23 μg/ml) was exhibited by methanol-distilled water leaf extract while noteworthy antiproliferative activity against Hep-G2 (IC50 = 0.44 ± 0.45 μg/ml) was manifested by n-hexane stem extract. Absence of hemolysis in normal RBCs signified plant’s selective cytotoxicity. Methanol-distilled water and chloroform stem extracts displayed prominent protein kinase inhibition and antidiabetic potential of plant.ConclusionThe results of present study recommend O. limbata as a potential source of antifungal, antileishmanial, anticancer, and α-amylase inhibitory agents.  相似文献

考虑自有平台和第三方平台两种分时租赁方式,将汽车质量划分为性能质量和环境质量,构建销售模式、纯分时租赁模式和混合模式下的产品线策略模型,研究制造商产品线策略与商业模式之间的相互作用。研究发现,同品牌产品间竞争和合并效应是分时租赁模式影响产品线策略的两个关键因素。同品牌产品间竞争的加剧和合并效应的增大都会激励企业选择性能更好的车型而忽略其环境表现。分时租赁模式能同时改进利润与产品环境表现,但存在条件:当消费者价格敏感性较低时,使用成本高且合并效应小是实现同时改进的条件;当消费者价格敏感较高时,使用成本低且合并效应小则是同时改进的条件。  相似文献

铯原子D1线的非经典光由于其波长接近于量子点的独特优势,在固态量子信息网络的发展中有着重要的应用前景.在之前的工作中,利用两镜连续简并光学参量振荡器中的参量下转换过程,制备出2.8 d B正交压缩真空态光场.然而,所产生光场的压缩度较低,对于对压缩光具有实用意义的可调谐性能也未做进一步探究.理论分析表明,光学参量振荡器后腔镜对信号光透射率的增加及内腔损耗的减小可以提高压缩度.因此,本文在该研究基础上,通过使用高光洁度腔镜及优化腔镜镀膜参数等方式对光学参量振荡器进行改良,降低了光学参量腔阈值,获得压缩度为3.3 d B的单模正交压缩真空光.当光学参量腔运转为参量反放大状态时,在系统稳定运行的情况下,制备的明亮压缩态光场能够连续调谐80 MHz,为其在量子信息网络中的应用奠定了良好的基础.  相似文献

Mitochondrial dysfunction has been associated with diverse pathological conditions globally. Specifically, in adipose tissues, mitochondrial dysfunction is the primary cause of obesity and obesity-related illnesses. An existing drugs such as atorvastatin and other lipid-lowering drugs demonstrated adverse effects and initiated other diseases. Thus, we need to explore new methods to prevent and treat obesity. In this study, we used the cell screening method to identify several natural compounds that increase adipocyte UCP1 gene expression. The identified drug Curcumin was evaluated in cell models and the In-silico model. We found curcumin is an active compound of turmeric belonging to Zingiberaceae (ginger family), which activates the Nrf2 mechanism. Curcumin potentially endorses the expression of UCP1 in the brown adipocyte in vitro cellular model. Curcumin plays an important role that modulating mitochondrial function and improving mitochondrial DNA quantification, ATP production, and cell viability. We have established an efficient in vitro cell experiment system to study the metabolic regulation of UCP1. The in-silico model revealed curcumin-UCP1 interaction. Curcumin, via enhancing mitochondrial activity, could be a helpful therapeutic molecule against metabolic disorders or obesity-related diseases. Curcumin will be the subject of more research in both human and murine models, which will provide novel therapeutic pathways for the treatment of metabolic illnesses by modulating the control of mitochondrial function.  相似文献

以2-巯基苯并噻唑(2-MBT)、 苯并三氮唑(BTA)和苯氧基乙醇(MSDS)作为缓蚀剂, 研究了其加入在酸性蚀刻液后对PCB厚铜线路的缓蚀效果。通过接触角测试、电化学测试和蚀刻因子得出缓蚀状态,并结合扫描电子显微镜观察铜表面形貌。通过分子动力学计算和量子化学模拟分析缓蚀剂在铜表面的吸附机理。结果表明,2-MBT + MSDS与BTA + MSDS的分子结构可有效地平行吸附在铜表面,且吸附能高于单一缓蚀剂。加入了2-MBT + MSDS的蚀刻液,对厚度约为33 μm铜线路进行刻蚀,铜线路的蚀刻因子提高到6.59,可有效应用于PCB厚铜线路制作。  相似文献

The two-dimensional (2D) materials with nodal line band crossing have been attracting great research interest. However, it remains a challenge to find high-stable nodal line structure in 2D systems. Herein, based on the first-principles calculations and theoretical analysis, we propose that monolayer B6O possesses symmetry protected Dirac nodal line (DNL) state, with its Fermi velocity of 106 m/s in the same order of magnitude as that of graphene. The origin of DNL fermions is induced by coexistence of time-reversal symmetry and inversion symmetry. A two-band tight-binding model is further given to understand the mechanism of DNL. Considering its robustness against spin—orbit coupling (SOC) and high structural stability, these results suggest monolayer B6O as a new platform for realizing future high-speed low-dissipation devices.  相似文献

Two new divalent copper (C1) and zinc (C2) chelates having the formulae [M(PIMC)2] (where M = Cu(II), Zn(II) and PIMC = Ligand [(E)-3-(((3-hydroxypyridin-2-yl)imino)methyl)-4H-chromen-4-one] were obtained and characterized by several techniques. Structures and geometries of the synthesized complexes were judged based on the results of alternative analytical and spectral tools supporting the proposed formulae. IR spectral data confirmed the coordination of the ligands to the copper and zinc centers as monobasic tridentate in the enol form. Thermal analysis, UV-Vis spectra and magnetic moment confirmed the geometry around the copper center to be tetrahedral, square pyramidal and octahedral. Study of the binding ability of the synthesized compounds with Circulating tumor DNA (CT-DNA) bas been evaluated applying UV-Vis spectral titration and viscosity measurements. The copper and zinc oxides were achieved from the copper and zinc nano-particles structures Schiff base complexes as the raw material after calcination for 5 hr at 600°C. On the other hand, synthesized of C1 and C2 NPs were used as suitable precursors to the preparation of CuO and ZnO NPs. Finally, the synthesized of the two complexes exhibited enhanced activity against the tested bacterial (Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia Coli) and fungal strains (Candida albicans and Aspergillus fumigatus) as compared to HPIMC. Among all these synthesized compounds, C1 exhibits good cleaving ability compared to other newly synthesized C2.  相似文献
